À propos de cet hébergement

Sur la baie de Belmont Shores avec une vue magnifique sur le front de mer. La plage est juste devant la porte! Courte promenade à pied pour aller manger et faire du shopping dans la 2e rue. Nous avons 3 chambres à coucher, cuisine complète, salle à manger et salon. 8 personnes. Vélos disponibles pour votre usage. Stationnement hors rue.

La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain privée avec douche
2ème chambre a lit queen
La 3ème chambre a des lits superposés
Le salon a un canapé-lit queen Serta
Il y a une 2ème salle de bain avec une baignoire avec pommeau de douche.

Le patio a une grande table, quelques chaises berçantes et une vue incroyable. La plage de la baie est juste de l'autre côté de la rue, la plage de l'océan est à un pâté de maison de la classe mondiale de kitesurf et navigue sur une longue piste cyclable. Les magasins et les restaurants sont excellents et se trouvent à seulement un pâté de maison et demi de la 2e rue.

Nos règles de la maison sont pas de fêtes, pas d'animaux et non-fumeur sur la propriété.

Great location, amazing view.

This rental has the best location! Just great views and easy parking. We didn’t cook at all as we went out to eat so can’t comment on kitchen readiness. Beds were clean and comfy but very elevated off the floor - fyi. Plenty of towels which was nice. Great getaway for our group.

Perfect location

Great location for a fall stay. Right on the water near shops and walking paths. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and parking was easy on the street or in the designated spot.

Comfortable apartment with great location and views.

This is an older apartment that has been updated; it is not fancy but clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is very well supplied. The front patio with a view of the bay is wonderful, and the living/dining room has large sliding glass doors that likewise provide a great view. The location a block from the beach made for great morning walks. Parking on the street was surprisingly easy (in January)

On the Bay

This property was beautiful. It is directly across from the bay and the beach is a block down. It was a short walk to great shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. We would love to stay again!

We loved the location and the place was well stocked with all of the basic essentials. The host did a great job of messaging me back whenever I had a question. We loved our stay! Perfect location to have the bay and the ocean so close. The walking/running path on the beach is the best!

Family beach getaway

Great location steps from beach. Our family stayed for a week and enjoyed surfing, activities in Los Angeles and beach across street from house. Loved that the street closed to traffic each day made for a quiet location. House is clean and comfortable for our family and good communication for check in process. Thank you!!

Amazing Family Getaway

I came here with my husband and 2 young children. There was lots of extra space. We loved that the street was closed between tue house and the sand during the day- the kids enjoyed scootering down the street and going back and forth from the house to the shore all day. We also enjoyed the beach nearby and brought kites as it is the perfect wind for this. We loved the SUPs and used these daily. We also rented kayaks nearby and went into the Naples circle. We DoorDash’es most meals and ate a few nice places nearby also. The boathouse was our favorite. The kitchen is fully loaded, there are plenty of linens and towels. You can watch the sunrise from the patio and the sunset at the nearby beach. The neighborhood was safe, the neighbors and Kelley were friendly. We would stay again if it works out.

Spent 3 beautiful nights here. Waterfront & view was NUMERO UNO#1❗️❗️ Cleanliness #2; #3 TV didn’t work in primary BR; #4, PARKING…8 adults (so at least 2 car spots needed…summertime is hard w/1 little spot and front street closed 9-5pm) . Overall, loved our stay would love to stay again. (Grandsons live here too n LB💕).

Long Beach vacation

The view of the bay and ease to access was wonderful. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards. Having parking was essential. There were no umbrellas or chairs but the kids enjoyed the beach toys. We didn’t realize July 4th was so rowdy in front of the home which left us sheltered inside for several hours. On a different week this wouldn’t have been an issue.

Lovely Stay

We had a great time staying at your place! The location is amazing. Saying good morning to the bikers, walkers and joggers in the morning was a favorite of the littles we had along. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe. The bay was safe to swim in with little kids and we enjoyed playing in the sand. Huntington Beach was a quick 25 minute drive and was a great beach for ocean swimming. Wish we had more time in Long Beach to explore more!

We really enjoyed staying at this home. We didn’t have any issues with the home and the location was perfect! Loved staying by the bay and walking to the beach and all the great places on 2nd St. We had 3 adults and 3 kids and felt very comfortable in the home. Will definitely book here when we visit again! Another great stay on Belmont Shore

Kelley's property is in a fantastic location in Belmont Shore in Long Beach. We stay in this area often and this property may have been the best location yet! Right across from the lagoon, which is ideal for relaxing on the beach, kids swimming, SUP, kayaking etc. Outstanding views, and great vibes from the neighbors, folks walking past the patio, etc., as always in this area! The house was clean and well-stocked. There were 8 of us, and it was a bit cozy (I'd recommend the house ideally for no more than 6) but we made it work. The house has a few "unique" characteristics (keyed access through bedroom, master separated from living by french doors/curtain, etc., the kinds of things that aren't uncommon for beach houses, and didn't negatively impact the stay...but just things to be aware of (it's not a cookie-cutter type home...and we wouldn't want it to be!). Kelley was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We'd book the place again in a heartbeat and hope to have the chance to do so! Thanks again for the great stay!

Great Base to visit LA area

We had a great time. Kelley was a joy to work with. Checked in on us and gave some great tips for local restaurants. Beach across a quiet street. Easy walking to some great restaurants and a quiet porch to sit in rockers to watch evening over the marina. Thanks for a wonderful time!!

Cozy little place!

This property suited us great for our stay in Long Beach! It’s quaint and cozy and the host was super responsive. A couple notes, the parking in back is tight and the locks and curtains in the front can be tricky, but those are small things. We had a great time!

Bumpy Start but great place

The location is amazing right across from the water and the view was great. It was easy to come and go. The place provided everything we needed in all the rooms and the kitchen was well laid out. When we arrived at about 4:30 the place had not been cleaned. The host responded quickly and housekeeper came. We left till about 7:30 and came back to a clean place. The non bunk beds are very high off the ground but worked out fine. Kid liked his bunk bed room. Overall good place to stay.
