Maison entièrement rénovée sur le lac Harmony. Emplacement de choix pour s'amuser en famille ou pour une escapade entre adultes. Se trouve juste en face de la plage du lac Harmony et du Split Rock Resort. Si vous cherchez une maison avec quelque chose pour tout le monde, c'est ça! Assis juste entre Jack Frost et Big Boulder, vous n'êtes qu'à quelques minutes de dévaler les pistes en hiver et de nager et de faire du bateau en été. Vous cherchez plus de plaisir? Profitez du parc aquatique couvert H2Oooooh de Split Rock à proximité, ainsi que des restaurants et des magasins locaux.

Cette maison a quelque chose pour tout le monde. De l'arcade au niveau inférieur (avec une balle de ski air hockey et 2 multicades chargées de plus de 2500 jeux), en passant par le vaste pont enveloppant avec bain à remous pour 8 personnes, et l'étage principal ouvert avec une télévision haute définition de 75 pouces.

Needs some attention

Doors did not lock properly, propane empty in outdoor fireplace, towels stained, hot tub did not work, no beach accessible at time of stay, game room in disrepair, gave owner ample time to respond or refund some of our money and no response. Perhaps this is a better rental in the winter months, would not recommend during summer as it seems to be of little concern to owner. If you plan on fishing there is no real access to lake as this house does not have a dock or water access as it appears in pictures.

Wonderful house on Lake Harmony

We loved this house. It was very nicely remodeled and decorated. The location was steps to the lake and dock for kayaking and paddle boarding. The kitchen was nicely equipped with clean and modern appliances and nicely stocked utensils and supplies (something I’ve come to learn is sometimes rare in rentals) We had a family group of 10 and all fit very comfortably and look forward to renting this property again.

Clean, cute and cozy!

As a mom with two children, I really loved how clean this property was! I’m talking pristine condition! No dust or dirt anywhere! The sheets and towels were left in clean plastic bags and there was an abundance of pillows and blankets for each bed! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare meals! The game room was so cute and the kids loved it, although not all the games really work to keep score, you can still use them and have fun playing! The fireplace in the living room is so cozy and is where we spent most our time. We really loved the house for our winter trip and would love to come back in the summer as it’s directly across the street from split rocks private beach!

Perfect house and location

We stayed here with my family of 4, my parents and in laws, and my sister in law with her 3 kids. From the moment we walked in the door, we were impressed. The pictures don’t compare to being there in person. The house was big, plenty of room to spread out, and the location was perfect. It was very clean in every way. The kids enjoyed playing in the game room, walking around the lake, and especially the water activities a few steps away (directly in front of the house). Us adults enjoyed the large deck and hanging out on the super comfy couch, watching deer, the hot tub, and we all enjoyed the huge open kitchen and living room. This place is amazing, a dream home. The beds are comfy and the washer / dryer came in handy. I don’t have any suggestions to make this place better. 5 stars. Thank you for allowing us to rent and create wonderful memories for my family.

Great Lake Harmony House

Great house with plenty of space. Perfect location for skiing at both Jack Frost and Big Boulder. Downstairs game room and bedroom are prefect for a group of kids. Host was quick to respond and check in / check out process was super easy. Would definitely book this house again and recommend to friends.

Pocono Getaway

The house is spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. Location is great. Comfortable linens and beds and lots of plush towels. On the other hand, there were an unexpected number of nits for a premium rental. The listed wifi network and password were not accurate to the VRBO listing, the router needed to be re-booted, the hot water heater needed to be re-started, the shades on one window of one of the bedrooms had broken partial slats, the other window had no covering at all, the freezer door refused to close completely (we fixed the issue).

Great location on a fantastic lake!

Spent long weekend with 2 adults and 4 kids (11,12, two 13). House is in a great spot, walking distance to restaurants and activities but on a private, quiet road (great for morning walks). The lake has a community vibe, with a handful of local spots for food/drink that are the definition of causal and friendly. We didn't explore much around the broader area, but BVT and the local mini-golf/arcade were a hit with our crew. Brad's house has everything we needed and more, he did a great job updating the home - high quality throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

Overall good but won’t be back

Pros: The house was beautiful. The check in process was super easy. The host was extremely quick with communication. I think the house was great but definitely not for 7k for 3 nights. Cons: When I arrived there were dirty towels in the washer, unwashed and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I contacted the host and he said he could try to find someone to come over. I was with family after flying in from Miami and really didn’t want someone in the house so my mom just did it. I stayed in the master and the pillow situation was really pathetic lol just two small flat pillows. The master bath the water would barely stay warm you had to keep messing with it. The garbage can outside was completely filled to the top with garbage and bags of garbage which was knocked over and some type of animal must have gotten into it when we arrived. The house is across the street from the lake but you aren’t allowed to use it unless you are a member or pay $22 per person, just an inconvenience. The house was nice but for four seasons prices it was giving one season.

The house is lovely… well appointed and spacious. Perfect for our extended family of 8.

Great house. The outdoor living space was perfect for hanging out together; reading, conversation and enjoying a fire (table) after dinner. Hot tub was a real hit. The kitchen was excellent … had everything we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and came with linens and towels (bring your own beach towels). The property was close to local restaurants/ bars. We are a lake swimming family, so our only disappointment was our lack of swimming options; although the property was across the road from the Split Rick resort (beach), we were not permitted to swim there since the house is not, per se, part of the resort . We attempted to swim in the lake early in the mornings before there was excess boat traffic; this only worked out half the time. It was nice, however, having kayak, canoe, and paddle boat rentals right across the road. Overall, the property was fantastic for quality, family time. Our host was also immediately responsive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Poconos!

Great property

This has to be one of the best properties we have stayed at over the years. The location is great, right across the street from the beach and bar. The game room kept our kids occupied for hours. House was well kept and had all the essentials.

Will definitely stay again

We had a great vacation, the house is clean offers plenty of room for your family/friends. Came supplied with everything you need. Enjoyed the hot tub every evening. Great location as we were close to the waterparks Great Wolf and Aquatopia/Camel Beach. And also to restaurants and grocery. Only negative thing I could say is if you enjoy fishing there is nowhere to fish by the house except if you rent a boat. Will definitely book again. Thank you

Family Winter Getaway

The property was fantastic and we enjoyed our family weekend getaway. Here are a few Pros/Cons of our stay... Pros: Entire house was very clean, towels & linens were adequate, TV's and connected services were amazing, Kitchen had all bowels/plates/cups/etc... we needed, Grilll worked fine, We spent a lot of time in hot tub, plenty of parking space, Game room occupied two kids perfectly, beds were comfortable, and the heat worked wonderfully... fire place was the perfect touch! Cons: Link on posting took you to wrong location on Google Maps - should fix this!, Stairs to front door were dangerously icy, Grill was extremely dirty, visitors would appreciate more detailed instructions on how to work the hot tub and check-in - we needed to call and ask where & how to put the door code in but owner was very responsive.

A wonderful home

The house is well-appointed and the lake is great. It's nice to be across from the beach and resort. My boys loved the "game room". The family had a wonderful time and would certainly recommend it to other VRBO renters!

Nice family vacation

Nice house for a family vacation. Little disappointed in cleanliness.. sliding glass doors not cleaned and tracts of doors and outside deck not swept at all. Met cleaning people and they said they were short staffed so not sure if its like that every week. Wasnt a big deal for us to tidy up but not a great broom and limited supplies. It would be awesome if there was a leaf blower to clean deck and a hose for outdoors to rinse feet and beach floats. Definitely not a deal breaker but whenyou spend that much on vacation and also a cleaning fee it should be immaculate INMO. Aside from that house has much to offer..game room hot tub fire pit. The lake is nice, small but very safe for kids. I have 4 grandsons and they enjoyed swimming and fishing and netting frogs. Only other issue is that some days kids were allowed to fish (on other side of lake by bridge) and other days told them they couldn’t depending on which Split Rock employee was working that day. Kitchen well stocked. Living Room TV very nice to watch movies on. Wi Fi worked well in house but not on deck. Overall it was a very nice vacation!

Lake Harmony stay

Property in the midst of renovation - deck not completed. Location good - right opposite beach at lake - but bar/restaurant facility there not open. Beds not made when we arrived but clean sheets provided. Door handles not wiped clean for Covid. Kitchen relatively well stocked with dishes, pots, etc.

Loved this place

We had a very enjoyable first trip post-COVID vaccines to be with family, especially grandsons. This house was modern and clean and set up wonderfully for hanging out with family. Very much enjoyed nearby Hickory Run State Park.
