Kona Isle C-28 est une nouvelle addition fantastique à Knutson & Associates Property Management à compter de janvier 2019! Nous sommes fiers de représenter cette magnifique unité située au deuxième étage et située dans l��angle du bâtiment hautement souhaitable du bâtiment C de l’île de Kona!

Ces unités du deuxième étage sont vraiment remarquables. Assez haut pour une vue fantastique et assez bas pour ne pas avoir à monter le vol supplémentaire d'escaliers jusqu'au 3ème étage.

L'unité C-28 est un spectaculaire condominium de 1 chambre à coucher, 1 salle de bain avec un canapé-lit dans le salon. Par conséquent, c'est une excellente option pour 4! Le bâtiment C se trouve à l'extrémité sud du complexe, il est donc considéré comme le côté "Shadier" pour vous permettre de rester à l'aise dans la chaleur d'Hawaii!

La climatisation est également disponible pour votre confort dans le salon.

Un téléviseur à écran plat 36 'dans le salon si vous choisissez de rester! Une laveuse / sécheuse également disponible pour votre usage à l'intérieur du condo!

Kona paradise

We stayed for one week and thoroughly enjoyed the location and grounds. We enjoyed the beach area next to the ocean with the lounge chairs and bbq. It was a great area to watch the sunset. The other people staying in the complex were super friendly and we had great conversations one afternoon by the pool. The check-in process went flawlessly and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The unit itself had everything that we needed and the lanai had a great view of the pool and ocean.

Amazing!

My husband and I loved this little condo! The location is fantastic, the view was amazing, loved the salt water pool, sitting in the sand watching the waves crashing on the rocks, the sunsets. The furniture and the bed were all very comfortable. It was handy having a washer/dryer in the unit. We will stay here again!

Common areas were beautiful and view from the balcony was great. bonus beach chairs and towels were appreciated. pull out bed super comfy. Fixtures and such were a bit dated but we didn’t mind since we spent most of our time exploring all the close beaches

Ocean view!

The location is awesome, walking is 1.5 miles from town, the condo has everything we needed, and a great welcome goodie bag with delicious coffee! The on-site office manager, Brian, was very friendly and helpful! The place is nice and quiet. There is a beautiful area to sit and BBQ if you like right at the water’s edge. The bed was comfortable but the best part was the balcony with the view of the ocean! We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed every Moment

We really enjoyed our stay very much. The Place was bigger than expected and the kitchen very well equipped. The lanai offers great Ocean views. The Pool is awesome and very clean. Also the barbecue area Next to it is a wonderful place to hang out during Sunset. The views are breathtaking. All in all, this is a great place in a great, calm neighborhood on one of the Most beautiful islands in the world.

The pool was fantastic and we loved watching sunset from the private beach. The inside was a bit dated but unless you’re planning on spending your Hawaii vacation inside then it shouldn’t be a bother. Great value for the money and the property management company was easy to work with and very responsive.

Overall we loved everything about this condo. The patio also had an incredible view of the ocean! 4 stars given on cleanliness due to the fact that a lot of the dishes weren’t fully cleaned - but was not a problem at all!

Amazing

This condo was exactly as advertised and a great price for the area. The property was beautiful and the view was incredible from the lanai. My kids loved the pool and the beach area. It was a perfect base to explore Kona. The condo had everything we needed-chairs, umbrella, small cooler and even masks and and snorkels. The pull out couch was VERY comfortable and soft. The check in process was very easy with great communication. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay close to Kona.

Nice unit with a great view

This was our fifth stay at Kona Isle, but the first time in this unit. It could use some more plastic cups for use by the pool or down by the grills/beach, but that's a minor issue. It was great for towels, beach accessories, etc. The unit was just what we needed, with a great view from the lanai and generally quieter than other units we've rented. Would be happy to stay in this unit again.

Kona Isle is our favorite condo on the Big Island!

The sandy beach area on the property is our favorite spot to relax; on lounge chairs with shady umbrellas and palm trees, the Kona Isle's private beach is between an expansive green lawn and and the ocean crashing against lava rocks. The lovely, well-maintained pool is heated, the grounds well manicured, and we always enjoy the library on the premises. We have stayed in perhaps a half dozen different units in the Kona Isle; this one has one of the best locations on the property. The unit's owner and management company appear to be in the process of updating the unit as needed and were very responsive. Yes, we'd stay here again. Aloha!

Big Love on the Big Island

Reviewer Comments: We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic trip - the location is excellent for what we needed - it's not close to an oceanfront beach, but it is close to the water and has beautiful views. We wanted to be in Kona and close to food options - we didn't do much in the rental but try to recover from each day's adventures. The property was cute, clean, and functional, and it was easy to follow the guidelines. Looking forward to our return!
