Bienvenue dans notre unité située au 6ème étage à Estero Beach and Tennis Club. Vous allez vraiment aimer votre séjour ici! Non seulement notre propriété a tous les éléments essentiels de la maison, mais vous allez adorer la vue sur les eaux du golfe du Mexique depuis votre lanai. Le complexe possède de beaux paysages, des sentiers de randonnée, une piscine chauffée avec des chaises longues et des courts de tennis. Situé au sud de la plage de Fort Myers, juste en face de la marina Fishtail et du Santini Plaza (boutiques et restaurants). Profitez de toutes ces commodités du style de vie en Floride à un prix exceptionnel.

Lorsque vous entrez dans notre propriété mise à jour, vous êtes accueilli par une superbe disposition des pièces, une cuisine avec la plupart des petits appareils électroménagers, une table à manger pour quatre personnes, une zone familiale confortable comprenant un canapé (convertible en canapé-lit si nécessaire) et une télévision à écran plat. La chambre a un lit king size. La salle de bain privée a une baignoire / douche. Notre propriété comprend une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une machine à laver et un sèche-linge dans le hall (quartiers), draps, serviettes et chaises de plage.

Great Visit to Fort Myers

My boyfriends and I LOVED staying in Fort Myers! The location of staying here was great. There is still a lot of construction, and things that are closed down, but if you are looking for a quiet get away, this is a great option.

Great stay in 605A

Stunning sunsets from this condo. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The beach and pool are great with the beach about to be much nicer once the renourishment project is completed. The beach to the north is great for walking. It was super convenient to get Ubers from the condo to go to any restaurants in the evening. We had a 10 stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely wonderful week on the beach. Beautiful view, Nicely furnished condo, great place to stay. The 4 below is about “ quality of furniture” because the one outdoor chair on the deck had the seat pulling away from the frame. We’d recommend two chairs on the deck. The gorgeous pool was a wonderful place to spend a great part of the day. Overall this is a marvelous unit for a beach stay. Kudos and thank you to the owners. Visited Doc Fords, Coopers Hawk, and Love Boat. Publix nearby is a real perk.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and actually, the construction was minimal and didn’t bother us. We went to Fort Myers pre Hurricane Ian so, it was hard seeing some of the old mom and pop places still closed from the storm. You could tell the condo had been redone, but the work had definitely been rushed. Great furniture, but could I didn’t feel like it was really clean. Especially the bathroom! I was disappointed in the lack of maintenance for the beach. The seaweed was bad, which happens, but up until our last day, there was no attempt to minimize the seaweed on the beach so people could enjoy it. Nice place, especially for the price.

They are working diligently to finish restoring the property from the hurricane, and I am sure it will all look beautiful in the very near future. (hence the 4 star property condition rating)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just spent 2 weeks in a lovely condo at the Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The condo was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. There was an abundance of towels, including beach towels. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of repair work going on in the building due to the incredible damage caused by the hurricane, but we were prepared for that and it did not bother us. We were right on the beach and had beautiful views. Since this gs went so smoothly, we did not have much contact with Tripower. However, the smooth part was thanks to them and we have always found the to be very easy to deal with. We highly recommend condo 605a at Estero Beach and Tennis Club.

Clean, updated, great stay! (but unclear instructions)

Wonderful place to stay! Clean, updated room decorated in a clean minimal tasteful way, quality beach umbrella and chairs! Only pitfall was conflicting departure instructions. 1 email AND 2 large signs posted on fridge say to leave the pool key in the condo offices, while 1 initial email says to leave it in the room. Since 3 said to take it to pool office that’s what we did. However when we got there they told us to leave it in the room! We checked out right at 9am so by the time we went back up to return the pool key to the room they had already changed the room code! Since we were unable to do so we left the pool key on the door knob hoping cleaning services would see it and return it to the room. Please update your emails and signs so they don’t conflict and create confusion for the guests staying in the unit!!!

Terrific Condo!

We loved the condo - it was neat and clean, well-stocked and maintained. The view was superb. The only drawback is the traffic on Estero Boulevard which is virtually grid-locked most of the time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo’s location is in a quieter part of the island, yet just a short Trolley or drive to the busier North end. The strip mall right across the street was great, with several restaurants, clothing stores, a used book store and liquor store. A farmer’s market sets up on the mall parking lot twice a week. The 6th floor west views from this condo are amazing! It is better than the pictures online. Tripower responded quickly and professionally to the few minor issues we had. They were on top of the cleaning issue (lack of dusting and attention to cleaning details) and I’m sure the situation has been rectified. It’s a lovely condo, very well equipped for 2 of us for our 2 week stay.

November 2018 Stay

Picture shows full moon from the unit. We had a great stay. Loved the appartment which is perfect for 2 people. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only little issue are the beachchairs which we prefer to have a higher back to lean the head on. Publix has them. But everything else was great. We used the grill downstairs many times and made some great steaks. The area is great and only a short walk to some stores and restaurants. We also played tennis on the great clay courts. We will definitely come back. Thanks a lot to the owners and Tripower for making it a great stay.

October 2017 Stay

This was a fantastic unit. It included everything you could possibly need for a wonderful holiday and then some. Towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, wine glasses p, dishes, kitchen utensils and beverage glasses for us and neighbours. Great location, great help from Tripower. If there are only two of you...look no further than this spotless studio.
