Cette maison personnalisée de haute qualité est construite avec un plafond haut et est très spacieuse pour les grands rassemblements.
Commencez votre journée en vous détendant sur la terrasse surplombant le magnifique lac Pend Oreille, en observant les oiseaux et en voyant les aigles planer au-dessus de votre tête. Rêvez de sauter sur votre bateau et de vous détendre sur le lac en cultivant votre esprit avec une vue magnifique sur le lac, les montagnes et la faune qui vous entoure. Pour le groupe des aventuriers, nous avons des vélos et des kayaks disponibles et pour ceux qui n’ont pas de bateau, des locations de bateaux et de jet-ski sont disponibles à proximité. Vous ne manquerez jamais de choses à faire, si votre esprit aventureux y fait du vélo de montagne, des sentiers de randonnée, de l'équitation, à vingt minutes de route du parc d'attractions Silverwood en été, du ski alpin ou du ski de fond à Schweitzer Mountain ou de la motoneige l'hiver.

Sandpoint est une petite ville étonnante, avec beaucoup de bons restaurants et un endroit idéal pour se promener et faire du shopping. De nombreux événements se déroulent tout l'été, des activités amusantes comme notre festival de musique, des salons de l'automobile, du golf et bien plus encore! Toutefois, si vous préférez passer du temps avec votre famille et vos amis dans une maison loin de chez vous, cet endroit regorge de jeux amusants pour des activités en intérieur et en extérieur.

A peaceful retreat

The grounds of the home are beautifully maintained and you immediately felt a sense of calm as you stepped out to the backyard. The house was filled with vases of flowers and felt welcoming and warm. The house was well equipped, clean and the rooms were filled with natural light. There is every sort of entertainment (pool table, ping pong table, darts, games,water equipment). We enjoyed sitting around the table at night playing games. Daytime we were in the backyard enjoying the view. Ann is very responsive to any questions or needs that you may have.We all want to return soon.

Peaceful Retreat

The most beautiful, relaxing home. We were a group of 8 adults, 2 small children and two dogs. We had friends at an adjacent home, as we were here for a wedding. From the moment we arrived and had a walk-thru with Ann, we stepped into our lakeside oasis. The home was the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We needed absolutely nothing for the home! Beds were all comfortable, views were stunning, and the kitchen was a fun place to gather around for drinks, games and visiting. We have cooks in our group and the kitchen had good knives and plenty of quality implements. Blendtec blender, mixer, plenty of dishware. Hot tub was sparkling clean. Poole table, shuffleboard, karaoke and video games were all used by us on the rainy days. We thoroughly enjoyed the kayak and paddle boards, as did our pups. The aroma therapy in the kitchen and master bath was a nice touch, as well as live plants, and fresh flowers in all the living spaces and bedrooms. We used the BBQ several times and watched some stunning sunsets. I loved the welcome water bottles with our family name on them and the s’mores basket. So thoughtful. We will be back and are so grateful to Ann for being such a wonderful host! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you Ann for everything!

Great experience

We had a small group of friends fly in from out of state. There were so many options for games/things to do, the house kept everyone entertained. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep, kick their feet or enjoy some quiet. Fantastic place to host people.

Wonderful location and great amenities

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The views of the lake were absolutely stunning and we enjoyed them every day. The interior of the house was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our group. We especially loved the hot tub, sauna, and game room - they were perfect for relaxing and having fun. Ann, the host, was amazing - she surprised us with seasonal decorations that made our stay even more special. She was also available to answer any questions we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation!

Amazing home, perfect for a family gathering

House is gorgeous, and HUGE. There is plenty to do inside and out. There were 10 of us, 7 adults and 3 kids. We played shuffleboard, pool and connect 4 the most. Very cold when we were there (Thanksgiving) so totally enjoyed the Hot Tub and Sauna! Watched all of our favorite Football games, (3 big TV's with lots to choose from to watch) enjoyed the grill, our walks - wildlife (saw eagles and a moose!, and a lot of deer evidence...). Only suggestion I have is, there is a train near by - if only they wouldn't blow their horns! Bring ear plugs and/or white noise at night. Ironically, only bothered half of us, the other half were fine. Sand Point is super close by. I can only image how awesome this place would be in summer!

Perfect Fall Family Vacation

Family had an amazing time! So spacious and well stocked with everything you could think of. I brought our Berkey Water filtration system and was surprised there was already one for us to use. All the live plants made this place feel like a home. With the low water this time of year, we weren't able to spend time on the lake, but there are so many other fun things to do that we didn't mind. We enjoy the cooler weather of October and are looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful and spacious home in a perfect location!

Beautiful and spacious home! We enjoyed this vacation so much we are planning to return! Everything was perfect! The beach and water kept our grandkids entertained for hours. Every room has its own bathroom and the closets are so spacious they even fit the pack and plays for the babies. This home is beautifully furnished and has everything in the kitchen you would need. The game room was a blast for everyone! Ann was amazing to communicate with. The family said this was the best vacation home we have ever rented and I agree. Thank you, Ann!

Amazing family getaway!

There were 15 of us. The beautiful home accommadted us well. We could all be in common areas with plenty of room and seating. Outdoors was amazing and the view was a pleasure to take in everyday. There was plenty to do both inside and out! A side note since I did the cooking is the kitchen is the bomb! I dont believe a better host can be found!!

Love this place and location. The house was everything I hope for and more Management was excellent. Ann was a joy to work with, and we are already booked for next year. If you are doing a family vacation this is the place to rent you will be so so happy you did.

Perfect relaxing getaway!

Amazingly beautiful home. We loved how spacious it is. Very clean and organized. When you first arrive they have aromas going that smell amazing and relaxing, you feel like you are at your own personal spa. Hosts were very helpful. We really loved everything about it but especially the views, the whole house surround sound for music, the kitchen, and the sauna. We even extended our stay an extra 2 days because we loved it so much. It was the perfect anniversary week!

Beautiful and amazingly spacious house

This is an amazingly beautiful house. Everything is perfect for a totally relaxing time. The location on Comeback Bay is excellent with mountain views from all directions, and a view of the bay from the huge patio. Easy access by boat to Lake Pend Oreille without the wind or big waves. You have your own private dock and beach to enjoy with your choice of water toys to use. If you get bored outside, there are tons of games and movies inside, including a pool table, a shuffleboard table and video games. After all that, there is a wonderful hot tub to relax in. The kitchen is a dream for any cook. So spacious and with new appliances and all the kitchen tools you might need. Very comfortable beds in large bedrooms each with it’s own private bathroom. Ann is a superhost. Very responsive to any questions we had. She went out of her way to be accommodating with a couple of unexpected situations we had. We totally enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back again.

A perfect lake getaway to relax and connect with family/friends!

Comeback Bay is the perfect getaway! From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcome and pampered. It offers so much. We were a large family with grandparents, four siblings and several children ages 5-17 and there was something for everyone and plenty of room for everyone to sleep or just hang out whether it was playing games, sitting on the patio watching the sunset, kayaking or paddle boarding on the lake, making dinner together or watching a movie on Netflix. The teens enjoyed playing pool, swimming by the dock and even some karaoke in the game room. It was truly a wonderful experience. And Ann is the perfect host!

Great location and experience

Wonderful house with plentiful amenities. The hosts were excellent and accommodating. Enjoyed the location and the boat dock with a private beach. Comfortable beds and very spacious main room. The game room was a hit with the kids.

Immaculate Home in a Beautiful Location

We rented this home for our annual family trip with our 6 and 7 year old kiddos and can say without a doubt its our favorite! For us, it’s the little things: the house was spotless, they provide directions on how to use everything, all of the amenities worked with no surprises (we’ve been disappointed by a faulty arcade before as well as missing game pieces), and the home in real life exceeded our already high expectations from the photos. We loved playing pool and shuffleboard, using the surround sound for our nightly dance parties in the living room, and cooking in their kitchen was so much fun because they have every pot/pan/spice etc…you can think of that you’d need. The Bullock’s were available through text message for little questions which is so much nicer than messaging through the VRBO app. You can tell they truly care that you enjoy your stay and do everything possible to make sure you do while you’re in their home! Safe to say we’re already trying to figure out when we can fit in another trip!

Immaculate Little Touches Make it Home Away from Home

This home is a hidden gem. Everything about it is wonderful - the beds are comfy - many of us claimed it was the best sleep we had in a while. The kitchen is spacious. The game room provides hours of entertainment. And there are so many nice little touches everywhere from the decor to the fully stocked kitchen. Definitely one of the best homes we've stayed at.

This property was perfect for my family. This house was everything they advertised. They were there when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home. The house has everything you need in the kitchen. They had a nice welcoming basket with things to do in Sandpoint.

Best Vacation Ever!

We just spent the week at the best vacation rental house! The owners made sure to take care of every little need. Our kids spent the week kayaking, fishing, biking and, of course, playing games in the massive game room. The beds were amazingly comfortable and it was truly a relaxing vacation! We are already talking about next year!!

Hands down the best vacation rental!

My sister and my family rented this house together for a “staycation”. Our kids are mostly young adults with full time jobs and Significant Others or spouses, so even though we all live nearby, it’s difficult to get everyone together at the same time lately! This house was THE PERFECT PLACE for everyone to come and go as their schedules permitted. They all loved it and everyone found comfy places to sleep on the nights they could stay. Cousins and siblings played every game, (ping pong, arcade, x-box, shuffle board, darts, spoons, and that terribly addictive game of swinging the ring onto the hook). They fished. They paddle boarded and kayaked out to the little island. Swam. Listened to music. Watched movies on the huge TV’s. We made great meals in the incredible kitchen (It is SO well-stocked and has such great appliances!) Barbecued. Then at night we all sat out on the patio for hours talking (and hoping one of us would get that ring on the hook!) The patio seating is ample and comfy. The view is beautiful. So many birds and interesting things to see. Then when we went to bed, everyone was perfectly comfortable. There is everything you could want for a great night’s sleep, even if you’re on one of the several sleeper sofas. Soft warm blankets, good pillows, plenty of linens and really nice foam pads for extra comfort on the sleepers. The beds are terrific and there are plenty of nice bathrooms, so everyone has privacy and space for showering and getting ready. The entire house is decorated and appointed so beautifully, you know that you are in the home of generous and hospitable hosts. Everything is top notch, beautiful, generously supplied, thoughtfully put together, and in good working order. We never had trouble figuring things out or found anything lacking or broken, but if we had, I would have reached out to Ann, who was so nice and also not very far away. Just a perfect place. We had the BEST time.

Family summer vacation

This is a beautiful, large house. It is fully stocked inside and out- games, bikes, treats, etc. We loved all the space. Upstairs bedrooms have AC, downstairs do not. Large front yard and dock. It would have been helpful with our small grandkids to have room darkening shades. Great spot to vacation all year round.
