Dreams Park & Dreams Farmhouse

We loved staying at this house. Everyone has a room or porch they could go to get away from others. There are so many unique aspects of the house were fun to find. I never heard from the management. I emailed saying we arrived and all was good. We did have to call maintenance and he was wonderful! Steve was at our house within an hour! The front porch and back siding could use a power wash for a better front porch experience, but that's the only thing I would change. Thank you.

Nice place near Cooperstown

Plenty of room for us during Hall of Fame weekend. Weather was perfect, and chairs in the front yard made memorable evenings. It was clean, easy to access, and no mechanical problems. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful home w plenty of space. Minutes from Field of Dreams park and a short drive to Cooperstown. The view is amazing. Family friendly and peaceful.

Beautiful home

All in all it was a great stay. Location was ideal- 10ish minute drive to dreams park. We would definitely start there again. Pros: Location of house Lots of beds and sleeping options Big open house with lots of storage Big driveway for several cars to park in Awesome sunroom to relax in Window units in all the rooms to keep the house nice and cool Cons: Not many towels provided. We ended up having to wash towels every day Bugs. There were bugs and spiders everywhere, but that’s a given with a house tucked back in the woods

Loved that we were out in the country and was easy to find.

six older guys from the Woodstock era stayed here for HOF Weekend and probably only two complaints were not enough towels/wash cloths and need more warnings at stop of the one stairwell that the ceiling is very low, i personally hit my head 4 times... but in their defense, i dont have any suggestions on how to do that unless a big sign as you get to the top step look up>????

Very Conveniet.

The overall experience was perfect and my family had a great time. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace the couch in the TV room. The fire pit was great fun and the closeness to the ball fields and Cooperstown was perfect.

Ideal for dreams park tournament !

We came down for a 12U tournament at dreams park - location was truly ideal - Quiet and comfortable for our boys, A great way for us to relax at the end of long baseball days! Air conditioning/ laundry/ kitchen & extra beds/ bathrooms made it an ideal stay- ver clean & comfortable! Thank you for an unforgettable week!

Loved everything about this property while our son played at Cooperstown Dream Park! The location, charm & quaintness were perfect for our family after a long day at the ballpark or in between games. Super clean & had everything my family needed!

This property is so nostalgic and sweet.

My family enjoyed this house! We were in town for baseball and this checked all the boxes for us. The house was built in 1826 and has great character. The beds were comfortable and the pantry was fairly stocked with essentials. I would definitely recommend this property.

Getting away

After a year and a half stuck in and around our house due to the pandemic this was our first chance to travel. We visited Cooperstown and the museum but really took in the open space and fresh air. It was fantastic. The house was perfect for our family and it fulfilled the much needed get away- safely.

Bucket list

Our stay at your home was everything we had hoped for. My siblings and I had planned this trip for my dads 89th birthday. We all love the game of baseball and it was on the bucket list of each of us to see the hall of fame with him. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay!!!

Nice stay in country, Cooperstown

This house was really nice for our stay. When we turned up the road to the house, we were welcomed by an amazing field of sunflowers! The house is good for a group/families. plenty of space, towels, beds, bathrooms, etc. Only drawback is that the house is about 10-15 mins south of the dreams park, a little inconvenient when you have to make numerous trips back and forth into Cooperstown, the lake, the park., the store. But overall, a lovely place.

This is a perfect little farmhouse. It’s a little slice of quiet paradise, close to Dreamland Park, and opposite the traffic patterns from downtown Cooperstown. I highly recommend this property..

This house was perfect for our family. We were there for the Baseball Tournament at Cooperstown Dreams Park, only 7 minutes from the park. Michele was so easy to work with and I would highly recommend this property. This trip is one will will never forget!!!!! Thanks again Michele!!!!

Great Place to Rent in Cooperstown

This is a very nice farmhouse that is perfect for families. The property was immaculate with a great yard, etc. and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. We would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to visit Cooperstown or play at Dreams Park. It is very close (about 3 miles away) from Dreams Park and the property manager was attentive to everything that we needed as well. Great place!

More than expected

This is a great old house that has been creatively expanded, lovingly restored and thoroughly renovated and stocked for modern living. The exterior says old-school stately farmhouse, the interior reflects someone's love of hard crafted working and (someone else's?) desire to live a comfortable life with modern conveniences. The result is sometimes quaint, sometimes quirky, but overall great. The lawns are huge and well maintained. We had a great cookout for a relatively large crowd of players and families there. There is no central air conditioning, but each room has it's own window unit that is more than effective. Washer/Drier/Gas Stove and Oven/Dishwasher, all new and fully stocked with what you need to use them. There are more towels, sheets, and blankets than you could ever need. The list goes on like that in every category. The house manager, Michele, was responsive to questions beforehand and needs during and even after our stay. Couldn't have asked for more help. Summary Loved it!

Blown Away!

We were so happy in this lovely home! Everything was perfect from the get go. Our communication with the host was smooth and articulate, check-in via a lockbox was effortless, and the house itself was extremely homey and very comfortable. We loved the retro feel! The kitchen was stocked with all essentials - we needed for nothing. We were pleasantly surprised by the pretty views surrounding the property, and found the 15 minute drive to Cooperstown to be fast, easy and quite scenic. Most importantly, we are sticklers for cleanliness and were over-the-moon happy with how immaculate this home is. Thank you, we would love to return!

I just adore this property and how established it feels and how efficiently it runs. The setting is lovely... A picture perfect white farmhouse set on a private knoll on a corner lot with a flag proudly waving on the pole out front. Front porch, enclosed side porch, open deck area...lots of really nice outdoor spaces to enjoy.
