Location, Location, Location!

C’etait magnifique! This is truly the best location and one of the loveliest neighborhoods in Paris. Close to all sights, restaurants and shops. Annie was a terrific host, with excellent communication before and during our stay. Her apartment is immaculate and pin-drop quiet. Bed is comfortable and shower quite modern by Paris standards, with plenty of hot water and excellent pressure. Kitchen is well-equipped for a quick meal. We would definitely return. Thank you for hosting us, Annie.

Perfect location

Very close to the metro, so it's easy to get to. Everything you need for cooking meals in, grocery store nearby. Extremely clean.Annie, the host is extremely nice and helpful, getting your luggage to and from the apartment .Please realize that you are staying in an apartment, so it's going to be different from a hotel. And it is four flights of stairs up, which isn't as bad as it sounds. We were able to manage without difficulty.I would definitely stay here again

great host, great location, and quaint apartment

We had a wonderful five night stay in this charming apartment that had a large comfortable bed and efficiency kitchen. Nice bathroom with shower and sink; a second one with sink and commode. The shower/tub combo is great for baths and a little narrow as showers go but perfectly functional.The apartment was very clean and well cared for. Annie was super helpful, providing nice recommendations for food in writing and for touring when we asked. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone or any couple as long as they were good with stairs. Annie was very helpful though with the stairs on arrival—she got our luggage up, and we didn’t accept the offer to bring our luggage down at the end of our stay because we didn’t have a lot to carry. In any case, I would gladly stay again because of the location, the homey feel of the apartment, and Annie’s hospitality.

You Will Love It

The apartment was everything I had hoped for. The location is perfect. The neighborhood is safe, beautiful, and although it looks expensive, I found even the nicest places I ate at were affordable. Annie, the hostess, is more than willing to help with anything you need. She is a charming and proud French woman who sincerely wants you to Paris!

Amazing VRBO! Highly recommended

We spent two weeks in Europe and one of those in Paris. It was the nicest VRBO, every inch was super clean Staying there was like staying with a friend! We had everything that we needed and the owner was accessible for whatever assistance we required. The location is great very safe with tons of shopping restaurants. It is a few flights up, but the owner will help take your luggage up and a Lyft

Such a gem! Super quiet and peaceful after long days of walking and exploring Paris. Annie is very communicative, responds quickly with any questions. Shower is a bit small (my 6’2 husband had to be creative with washing his hair), but everything else is so cozy.

Excellent location in the artsy area of Paris

This was an excellent and safe property in sentimental play. You can get to really wonderful restaurants, shops and museums easily. Annie was very helpful and friendly.

Olympics

We came to watch Olympics and to explore the city of Paris. Annie’s place was perfect for 2. Had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. As previous reviews have said, there are a lot of stairs but this was not an issue for us. Great location that felt right in the heart of restaurants and metro stations yet the apartment faces onto a quiet and safe courtyard. Very peaceful. Cannot say enough about how great this apartment location was and we did not want for anything more!

Perfect Spot

My partner and I had a wonderful week in Paris. The location of this apartment meant we could walk everywhere and the kitchenette allowed us to eat in when we wanted to relax. A quiet and comfortable room!

The location was perfect for our requirements, Annie was a fantastic host, she couldn’t have been nicer and or more helpful. We were unaware there was 4 flights of steps and although this is probably not an issue for most people at times it stopped us coming and going more often.

Cozy Winter Getaway in St Germain

This was a cozy apartment with everything we needed. The host was amazing and helped us with our bags on check-in and check-out. There was a large walk-in closet for our suitcases and clothes for the week. We loved the book-lined walls and the plush reading chair--it was the perfect place to sit after a long day. In terms of the apartment layout, there is a galley kitchen with all the necessities (refrigerator, washer/dryer, sink, microwave, stovetop). The bathroom amenities are split in the layout. The toilet is separate from the sink and shower. The shower is triangle-shaped, so you cannot necessarily stand under the showerhead comfortably depending on your size; however, this was not an issue for us--great water pressure and hot water. As for the location, it was perfectly situated in the beautiful St Germain de Pres. We were within walking distance of so many lovely cafes and restaurants. If this apartment is available during our next trip, we will return.

Live the Paris Life

As long as you can handle a 4th floor walk-up, this apartment is a lovely spot. It is near iconic restaurants and a great creperie. Many of the sites are close by. We bought food at a nearby grocery store and fixed our breakfasts. Annie is lovely to deal with, and security is perfect.

You can't beat this location! Steps away from the Metro, cafes, bakeries, and groceries. Walk to the Louvre, Luxembourg Gardens, and Notre Dame Cathedral, or just wander the neighbourhood to experience some lively restaurants and bars a couple blocks away. Annie is a fantastic hostess; quick to respond and provided useful info and recommendations. She really cares that you enjoy your vacation! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Annie!!

paris gem!

Our time in Paris was perfect, starting and ending with our stay in Annie's apartment. The apartment is very clean, bright and quiet. The 87 steps to the apartment ensure peace and privacy for a couple. The location is perfect, walking distance to everything. The neighbourhood is full of wonderful restaurants and quaint shops. Annie was always available to help and make suggestions.

Perfect location for an adventure in Paris!

The Vrbo is located in the 6th arrondissement, only a three minute walk to the nearest Metro. Rue Bonaparte is a charming destination with cafes and shopping all within walking distance. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, including an amazing walk-in closet! A very special part of our trip was meeting Annie, our host. She was so welcoming, gracious, and helpful- by the time we left, we had become friends! We will miss her! If you are lucky enough to book this Vrbo, you will not be disappointed.

Don't hesitate, look no further!

If you are lucky enough to find this apt available for your stay in Paris, book it without hesitation! Very spacious for the 2 of us, felt like home. Annie is wonderful to work with, has lots of information to share- all you have to do is ask! This apt is a 2 minute walk to everything- metro, the Seine, the Louvre, touristy souvenir shops, real fashion shops, more cafes than one can count. Also less than 10 minutes walk to a Canadian Sports Bar called "the Moose". Thank you Annie for a wonderful stay!!

Great Location, Great Apartment!!

We spent a wonderful week in Paris living like a Parisian in this very comfortable apartment in the middle of a great, historic neighborhood. The kitchenette and washer/dryer were a great convenience. Personally we would prefer this apartment with its own laundry facilities to a fancy 4 star hotel! The owner, Annie, was gracious and helpful. We felt more like guests in a bed and breakfast than renters. The four flights of wooden stairs we preferred to think of as old romantic Paris exercise! Highly recommended.
