Vous allez vouloir rester ici! Cette unité de 1 chambre à coucher et 1 salle de bain vient d'être rénovée en 2019. Les nouvelles armoires de cuisine, les planchers de bois franc, les nouvelles moquettes, les télévisions à écran plat, la peinture fraîche et les nouveaux meubles sont quelques-unes de ses caractéristiques. Lorsque vous ne profiterez pas de cette unité joliment décorée, vous adorerez vous asseoir sur le patio où vous pourrez garder un œil sur les enfants pour vous rafraîchir et jouer à la piscine!

Situé près de la 28ème rue, vous serez séduit par le fait que vous serez à distance de marche de la promenade et de certains des meilleurs restaurants et lieux de divertissement proposés par Ocean City, notamment le parc d'attractions Jolly Roger. Vous serez également idéalement situé pour les événements sportifs / activités sur la plage, notamment le mondialement célèbre White Marlin Open et le spectacle aérien d'Ocean City!

Long weekend stay

Place was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but only a few minutes walk from main road, the beach, and amusement park. Hosts were super communicative. Would recommend!

Overall good rental for the price.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean. Website pictures and descriptions were accurate. Convenient centralized location. Found it a little unsettling that the unit directly next to this one was tapped off and marked unsafe for entry. The stairwell and entryway leading to these two units had a funny smell, but thankfully it wasn't in the unit.

Fun family vacation

The condo was spacious, great location and the pool was an added bonus! Having two full beds in one bedroom worked out really well with our 4 year old. We were close to the water park, kids rides, fun restaurants and close to the beach. Neighbors at the condo were very friendly. Great experience!

A little cramped

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The photos make the place appear bigger. We also got the sense as if the property was close to the oceanfront. Our major problem was that the bedroom gets stuffy due to poor air-conditioning (old machine).

Fine but not perfect

Decent place to stay for two people but A/C units struggle to keep the place cool and all beds are very uncomfortable, clearly hasn’t been updated in some time. TV is a decade old with only basic cable, no Roku box or Chromecast. You get what you pay for but in this case I should’ve paid a bit more for a hotel with decent A/C and comfy beds.

Nice little condo

The outside of the building was disappointing but the condo was very nice inside. It had everything we needed and was pretty much as described. It was nice to able to sit out on the deck and watch my kids in the pool from there (I would not recommend if your kids are younger because there is no lifeguard). Short walk to the beach and restaurants, entertainment, etc. I would stay here again.

Best experience

Its been my first time in Ocean City. It was the best experience I've had with a rental. Im glad i chose this over staying at a packed hotel in the area. The kids loved the pool when we had extra time in the evenings. I would definitely stay again if we travel to Ocean city again.

Great Location!

The best amenity for our family was the pool where the kids spent most of the time while the grown ups were able to relax on the patio and still could keep an eye on them. 5 Star Beach House

Where do I begin on how WONDERFUL this lovely beach condo was!!? Everything was organized with communication between myself and the property management (from start to finish)! The condo was phenomenal! It was clean to the max (100%)! It had everything we need! The location was a close walk to the beach! The beds were comfy! The kitchen was stocked w/ everything we needed! Myself & my two adult children stayed there over this past weekend! We all said that we would love to stay here again! The pool was fantastic! The neighbors were friendly! The balcony was beautiful to sit on and drink my fresh brewed coffee! There was a table on the deck to eat lunch/ dinner on! The place had everything we could possibly need/ want! WOW- 5 star! We will be in touch next time we need a place to stay in Ocean City! For Sure!!!

Very clean and mostly updated. The master has two queen beds and one bathroom. if you have multiple people, the “one” bathroom, and sharing a room might be an issue for some. I personally enjoyed it and was perfect for my needs.

Good home base

Good spot to grab if you are planning on being out and about. Everything was clean but the age of some things (coffee maker, mattresses) felt aged. Walking distance to Buxy’s Salty Dog.

Great condo!

This location was great. Couple of blocks to the beach, right at the end of the boardwalk. A bit of a walk to the activities on the boardwalk. However, our kids are little and the quiet location with a pool and close beach access worked well for us. Condo was clean. Enough space for four people. Anymore could get tight. Enjoyed out stay and would return in the future.

OC Stay

Overall a great experience and we would come back. As far as the cleaning fee, I’m not okay with that, it was not very clean as they were late getting to our unit, so they rushed. We had to clean when we got there. It was a very nice property and a great location. I don’t feel we should have had to pay a cleaning fee when we had to clean ourselves, and that will be brought up with management.

Mostly perfect stay

Property and ease of use was great. Only negative was the neighboring property was condemned and had a foul odor as we passed. It did not have any affect on our stay as we enjoyed the pool and place.

There’s a cute park right down the street, Jolly Rogers is right there, convenient store at the end of the road & you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The pool was really nice, especially if you have kiddos. It was more modern than a lot of the other condos I seen when looking for somewhere to stay. My only complaints are that they want you out of the condo by 10AM. That’s earlier than a hotel check out. They say this is so someone can come in to clean & sanitize before the next guest arrive, however when we got there I had to completely re-clean the bathroom because it was COVERED in other peoples hair. Pretty gross. The sink, the toilet, the base board heater, covered in hair. Also, the shower head was not the greatest. It either flung water alll over or hurt. Even with my minor complaints, I’d stay there again. Neighbors were super sweet. My family & I had an amazing week away from home!

Amazing

Very clean,looked just like the pictures. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet not far away. I was there with my husband and brother we went there to see the air. We were all impressed with it , and everyone said they would stay there again. It might be good to have a tv in the bedroom, because if the person staying in the living room goes to bed early ,you have no tv to watch, and a new shower head would be good. That’s small things . Just sayin!

Upgrade the shower head, tv channel’s aren’t enough local like espn or nbc Washington, the bedroom window needs to be fixed due to the wind coming in, the back slider door has a wind leakage, overall good location

Relatively clean, but bed was uncomfortable. Must supply your own bed linens and towels. Far from the ocean and in a nondescript neighborhood. Exterior was grungy and neighbors were loud. Rented for two nights but left after one.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as advertised. We would definitely stay here again next year. My only suggestion would be to clean the front of the window AC unit in the bedroom, it was very dusty.
