Prenez des vacances de votre vie bien remplie et découvrez cette cabane en rondins rustique unique installée dans la forêt au pied des montagnes de la Mission sur 80 acres. Depuis le pont, profitez de la vue imprenable sur la Mission Valley, les couchers de soleil et la faune (cerfs, dindes et peut-être même un ours). La cabine est décorée de façon distincte dans des antiquités occidentales. Il y a un lit queen au rez-de-chaussée. La cabine peut accueillir 2 personnes. La salle de bain a un lavabo, une douche et des toilettes écologiques. La cuisine est entièrement équipée mais pas de lave-vaisselle. Il y a un barbecue sur le pont. La maison des propriétaires est située sur la même propriété à une distance confortable. Pas de wifi. Pas de télé. Pas d'animaux de compagnie. Flathead Lake et Polson sont à 12,8 km. Randonnées et pêche en montagne et lacs de montagne. Pêche et sports nautiques au lac Flathead et à la rivière Flathead.

Little Cabin

The cabin was beautiful, such attention to detail and decor. Our hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. The full kitchen allowed us to cook dinner every night. We enjoyed watching the horses, the deer, and the turkeys in the field. The view from the porch was spectacular, as was the almost total silence of the area. What a wonderful stay.

Tinette was wonderful, meet us at the cabin showed us around. Very secluded and peaceful. Loved sitting on front porch. Oh she left homemade cookies in the counter!!!

Peaceful, quiet, and perfect view. The cabin is clean and supplied with household needs, yet tucked away from the noise of the world. My wife and I were able to rest, recharge and enjoy the beauty of God's creation.

Perfect Retreat

Great basecamp for exploring the southern Flathead Valley. Tons of stuff to do on and around Flathead Lake. Mornings and evenings at the cabin were total relaxation. Gorgeous sunsets just about every night. A special place.

Fabulous

Trinette & Bob were super friendly people. We really enjoyed their hospitality. We had a great time on their property. Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful sunsets and mountain views. You can see Flathead Lake from their porch as well as turkeys, black tail deer, and horses. We loved our visit to Polson, Montana. It’s a one of a kind very special cabin. Thanks, Matt & Elaine

Wonderful, peaceful, comfortable

The”Cabin in the woods” is a true haven of peace, a delightful hideaway, incredibly clean and comfortable, not to mention in one of the most beautiful areas in the country. Trinette and Bob are incredible hosts - available for whatever you need but not intrusive. Lovely people! This will not be our only visit to this truly remarkable sanctuary.

Beautiful Cabin!

This was a beautiful cabin with breathtaking views and sunsets. We enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the wildlife. The cabin was comfortable and quiet. The cabin was well stocked we didn't need anything. You will enjoy looking at how special it was built and decorated. It is so unique. Trinette met us when we arrived. Bob and Trinette were the best of host and hostess. The location is great. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for a beautiful time at your cabin.

Rustic Cabin Retreat

We had a great four night stay at this wonderful cabin in July. The host are incredible and the location is stunning. There is plenty of wildlife in the area and the sunsets viewed from the front porch of the cabin were awesome to watch. Ideal location for two individuals looking to get out of the city. Plenty of side trips are accessible from this cabin,; a day on Flathead Lake, a (long) day trip to Glaicer National Park, and a visit to the nearby National Bison Range are all worthwhile adventures. Trinette and Bob are great hosts and we hope to visit again next year!

Serenity in the woods.

For our 18th year of Marriage my wife and I decided to leave the kid's at home (with grandma) for once and for us to have our time of peace and quiet. We could not have picked the most perfect place to stay then at this beautiful cabin in the woods! The cabin is beautiful from top to bottom inside and out, the detail are perfect throughout! The scenery was beautiful all around with a beautiful covered porch in the front of the cabin to look out on a pasture and watch the sun set and also see all the wildlife around you. The peacefulness of this cabin was what we were looking for and needed. To hear all the sounds of nature right out your door or window was amazing. We just wanted to say thank you to Bob and Trinette for sharing your Beautiful Cabin in the woods with us and all your special touches, it was the Serenity were looking for and needed! Beautiful and unique cabin in the woods. We loved every minute of our stay.

We cannot say enough about our stay at this little cabin. It was nothing short of awe inspiring. Bob and Trinette are truly wonderful people and were the perfect hosts. We sat one evening and Bob explained the area not only around the cabin but in the valley. So informative. The cabin is like nothing we have seen before. The craftsmanship and detail to every little thing will blow your mind. The personal welcome, homemade cookies and wine were so gracious and appreciated. You would think you are a thousand miles away from everything but can be in town within 15 min. We were very thankful for that. Only an hour from Kalispell and less than 2 hours from Glacier. We will definitely be back. Was the best cabin we have ever stayed in. We woke up every morning to deer and turkeys in the front pasture along with Bob’s horse. Love this magical little place and cannot wait to go back! Thanks Bob and Trinette for everything and making the end of our tour of Montana ….. we’ll just perfect.

So wonderful I stayed longer

Wonderful hand crafted real log cabin with the comforts of a 5 star hotel. Located on the side of the Mission Mountain range with stunning views of a huge down sloping pasture surrounded by large trees, the valley below and more mountains on the other side. Amazing sunsets in those mountains and the spacious front porch is the perfect spot to take it all in. Everyday deer, turkey and horses played and grazed in the pasture. Each morning and evening there were 10-20 deer, 6-10 turkeys and 2 horses in the pasture. I loved it so much I stayed another week and will try to go back in the fall. Absolutely no sounds except those of the woodlands. The hosts were perfect (really). All of this and yet the major shopping stores are a 10 minute drive away. Truly an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely perfect!!

If you’re thinking about staying here, just do it!!! It was so beautiful inside and out, very private, and the view is priceless! We went to Flathead Lake, minutes away and went to Glacier National Park, a little over an hour drive and it’s one beautiful drive to make! The best part was how welcoming the owner was, above and beyond! The craftsmanship of the cabin itself was second to none! Stunning! My husband and I can’t wait to go back!!

Cozy cabin in the foothills

My husband and I took our first trip to Montana and didn’t want to stay in a motel. We wanted a small, cozy cabin in the woods and boy did we get it. The listing pictures don’t do the cabin justice. It is uniquely furnished as a trappers style cabin and has beautiful artifacts decorating the interior and exterior yet had all the modern amenities. The covered front porch looks over a gorgeous meadow and we could see for miles. We saw deer, turkeys and the owners horses in a pasture next to the cabin. It was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were wonderful. We had homemade cookies and complimentary wine and water waiting for us on arrival. I would highly recommend this property!

Perfection

I was reluctant to write what I really feel for fear of this place being full all the time. Everything was absolutely perfect. Bob and Trinette are wonderful hosts. We were met at the cabin by Trinette with a few minute conversation and a welcome. We were then given complete privacy for the entire week. Bob helped recommend a horse ranch to go riding at and Trinette helped with a nice place to have our anniversary dinner. They knew we were out there for our anniversary so when we opened the fridge there was a bottle of wine and a nice anniversary card. The sunsets from the porch are fabulous. The attention to detail in the cabin is amazing. The wildlife was special. The first morning I opened my eyes with my head still on the pillow and there were turkey 20 feet in front of me. We had turkey and deer (whitetail and mule) around the cabin the entire week and it was capped off by 4 very large 10+ point whitetail bucks with velvet hanging from their antlers walking up the field towards the cabin as we stood there on the porch in disbelief that we were actually voluntarily leaving this beautiful place. We will see you next year.

Best cabin you can find!

We stayed here for several nights on our anniversary getaway. It was awesome! The cabin is great and nicely appointed. You have everything you need to relax, cook, and enjoy the scenery around you. You will feel like you're far from town, but most things are about a 15-20 minute drive away. The hosts are wonderful. They are responsive to any needs or requests you might have, and willing to help you enjoy your stay with suggestions about all the local attractions. We loved it and will be back!

My partner & I loved the quaint & fun cabin exploring the property & surrounding MT areas hiking. Especially loved our sporting match of ping pong at the owners cute out-of-way get-away rec area. Very romantic time!

Amazing recharge

This little cabin tucked away in the Montana mountains was just amazing. Waking up to deer and turkeys and horses outside my porch was wonderful. Trinette was a very welcoming host as well. I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. I can't wait to come back.
