North Ocean City -

Last minute plans for Labor Day, that turned out fabulous! There was great weather and this condo is wonderful with an ocean view and a short walk to the beach. Toby the owner was very responsive to all our questions. She provides a full kitchen if you choose to do your own cooking. If you love sunrises and sunsets, you can enjoy both from the 9th floor. For our next trip to OC we will try and book this condo.

Exception owner.

Everything was great except... Air condition broke down. The owner jumped in and did everything she could to get us help. The repairman was there within hours, but sadly had to order a part that would not be in for 10 days. The owner tried to get other places for us and offered to move us to Finwick Inn with a full refund of our payment. sorry she lost out on a rental, but I'd highly recommend this unit & owner.

Ideal Location

Perfect spot for a getaway. Easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean and the owner was responsive to all of our needs. Would highly recommend.

Windy weekend at the beach!

Great weekend, we had a great time. Condo was in good condition--would stay there again. Now if anyone can figure out for the tropical storms to stay away from OC...it would be even better.

2nd season gem

We had a wonderful stay. Toby was fast in returning our messages and he even checked to make sure we were doing well. The condo is in good condition and had everything we needed for a pleasant vacation. Loved the speedy elevator and the lack of noise overall. We loved our stay and would go again.

Great Place

Our family of four enjoyed this condo very much! The beach is so close! We enjoyed the views of the ocean and also ate all our meals on the balcony. It is walking distance to many mini golf’s, arcades, go-carts. The condo is very clean and Toby is very quick in responding and very helpful if you have any questions.

Everything was amazing! We had a great time! Check-in was flawless and checkout was easy! Communication with owner was quick, clear, and informative. The condominium was very clean and had everything we needed. The views from the balcony were amazing!

Clean, comfy and exquisite

The moment we arrived, we knew we had made the perfect choice to book with this owner. The condo was exactly as pictured and described. The owner started communicating with me as soon as I booked the place and frequently sent me information on cool and interesting events, so it was a breeze planning our trip. Our kids were delighted to have tons of stuff to do. We only had to walk a few steps to arrive on the beach and having a pool was a refreshing option. The pool was clean and well maintained. The entire building was well maintained. This condo appeared to have been recently remodeled and the views of the ocean are top notch. We had a fully functional kitchen which made life a lot easier with two kids. We would 100% book with this owner again. We loved all seven days and were sad to leave.

On the Water and Close to Everything

Great location with an amazing view from the 9th floor balcony that faces the water. Right on the border of Delaware and Maryland, so had access to everything in the area with ease. Furnished well with plenty of towels, sheets. Very easy check in process, and a communicative host.

Amazing views

Spent 2-weeks here in 2021, had some family over. Everyone was so impressed with the property. Sunrise views in the morning and sunset views at night. Great stay! Great host too!

Perfect place for the weekend.

Stayed last minute for kids birthday weekend. Owner was friendly and helpful, unit was clean and comfortable. View was amazing and location was away from boardwalk craziness but still close enough to the action.

Truly oceanfront, clean and sufficiently equipped for two

We had a wonderful little weekend stay at this condo in mid-August. It’s far enough away from the awful carelessness of Ocean City’s center. Steps to the ocean and quiet community. Better for small families or couples. Owner was super communicative and helpful with recommendations and updates. The space is a little dated but they’re working on updates so we look forward to coming back to it being cleaned up. Not too much in walking distance but a short ride to everything. Will say that we don’t plan to return to Ocean City for a while because the town seems to forget there’s a pandemic happening! Terrifying how few people work masks and how full the restaurants were. We only got takeout a couple of times and cooked in the condo the rest of the time, it’s stocked with the essentials.

Great view and close to beach

My husband and adult son stayed at Michele’s place for 9 nights. While small, we were comfortable and the balcony view and location of condo made up for any issues we had with the size of the condo. Just to be clear, the living area, bedroom and bath are fine in size but the kitchen is a galley kitchen and works best with one chef! Fortunately for me we ate out or had take in frequently. I will say the kitchen is very well equipped and had everything and more than we needed when we did prepare meals. Couch and living room chair are new this year and all furniture is in good condition. We would stay here again if we are in OC. Great value. Cindy
