Appartement en copropriété 2chambres / 2baths, cuisine et chambres entièrement équipées.
Nous pouvons accueillir 4 personnes sur des lits et 2 autres sur des futons. Parfait pour les fêtes jusqu'à 6. Les enfants après 6 ans et 6 ans sont considérés comme des membres individuels dans votre groupe.
Endroit parfait juste au milieu si Isla Verde Beach.
WiFi, parking, piscines et accès à la plage. Coin Laundry ouvert 24h / 24 et 7j / 7 au niveau du sol.
Marchés, restaurants, magasins, boîtes de nuit, etc., tous les services et attractions à distance de marche.
Désolé les animaux de compagnie, vous n'êtes pas invité. Lieu non-fumeur.

Our Stay

Host, Gaby, was very nice and helpful. Communication was easy. The place was exactly as described. View was wonderful from the balcony!!! Great place for morning coffee or tea and for cocktails in the evening. The common areas were nice and well maintained. Quick walk to the beach! You can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs for your day on the beach. We felt safe there as the security was strong. The location was perfect!! We were able to walk to restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery. Do not be concerned about the description of only air conditioners in the bedrooms as the ocean breeze coming in was delightful and kept us comfortable. We are already looking forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you, Gaby, for everything!

Gaby's Sweet Spot

My friend and I absolutely loved Gaby's apartment. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and in a fantastic location on beautiful Isla Verde beach for exploring all things San Juan. The breeze was so lovely that we never once used the AC, and you have all the amenities you could need, not to mention the ambience of a groovy 1970's art deco styled apartment (my favorite design motif!). We were just two, but the apartment could comfortably sleep several more people, so would be awesome for families and larger groups too. We can't thank our wonderful host enough, she even picked us up at the airport to check us in smoothly. Fantastic stay, and the perfect place for our first time in gorgeous Puerto Rico. We can't wait to come back!

Pros- apartment is close to everything & the beach/view is 10/10Cons- No self check in or instruction of what to do upon arrival, waited outside with my kids at night, had to figure it out with security- took 30 min for host to respond.. Slow WiFi. No bathroom near the beach, Only 3 beach towels & 4 bath towels provided for 5 of us, which were like sandpaper. No extra pillows/blankets/towels. Very outdated

Just Beachy

Loved the apartment. On the beach, best views and convenient to restaurants and a large grocery store. There is air conditioning but we never turned it on. Breeze was enough. You do need transportation to Old San Juan, Uber works well.

Spectacular location

You just can't beat the view. It was breathtaking. The apartment slept 6 comfortablly and has direct accesa to the beach. The area had plenty of shops and restaurants. The check in process was quick and easy. The experience was great!

Perfect

This condo is where its at! It is in a prime location, beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean, and easy to get anywhere. Groceries right across the street, places to eat nearby and within walking distance! The condo was just as listed and had everything we needed. Gaby (the host) met us at the airport and picked us up. (10 minutes from the airport literally). She made sure we were settled and had everything we needed. She even picked up a new remote for the air-conditioner in the main bedroom that the previous renters had misplaced amd delivered it promptly! When I come back we will stay here again and would recommend to all. There are child friendly playgrounds and pools too for those who bring small children.

Perfect location

The condo was very nice. The veiw of the ocean was spectacular. Loved having coffee in the morning and beverages in the evening on the balcony. It was very quiet as well.

Perfect location

Our family (two adults with two teenagers) had a fantastic stay at this property. It was our first time visiting PR and after a little research, I decided Isla Verde was where we should be, and I was not wrong! This apartment is in a building surrounded by hotels, on a strip with several decent restaurants, and of course next to the amazing beach. Everything in the apartment was just as you see in the photos. The only quirky things is that there is no AC or TV in the main living area - these are available in the bedrooms only. But during the day you get such a breeze off the ocean that you don't really need the AC. Gaby was great and offered to pick us up from the airport which was amazing. She showed us around. The wifi is a little quirky, but it works most of the time. My only comment is that I wish there were some beach chairs available for going to the beach since the towels she offers are kind of skimpy and the people who rent chairs are only there certain hours. We thought we would rent a car but ended up just taking ubers everywhere, or paying for a tour with transportation (to the rainforest). We had a great time!

Loved this property!

The view and wrap-around balcony were amazing. The pool and beach were fabulous. The beds were comfy. We liked the resort feeling without the resort crowds or price. We would definitely return here. Even had a restaurant in walking distance where you could eat on the beach. Nice waves at this beach too.

Beachfront paradise

Loved this on the beach location! And we really appreciated the owner providing airport transportation. The rooms are spacious and clean but nothing tops the view from the balcony! Owner is very responsive and helpful.

Amazing views

Views are amazing. Almost look unreal. When you wake up the view and sound of the ocean are mesmerizing. Location of condo is great. Right on beach and close to food stores, restaurants etc. short Uber to Old San Juan.

A great location not such a great experience

So I brought my 81 year old mom back to her home state for her birthday. She immediately complained how filthy the bathrooms were. To apease her I went to the store and purchased a common bathroom cleaner. ( Clorox bathroom cleaner). I was informed that the cleaner "faded" the toilet seat and was charged 350.00 ( no they were not gold). The air conditioner cord burned up and we were without air conditioning fot 30+ hours. The cable was in and out. And we lost power no less than 3 occasions for hours. The surrounding buildings still had power. For the price you would do better to find other accommodations.

Outstanding Family Vacation

The location of this property was fantastic. Perfect for the beach lovers and the younger family members who wanted to explore the area and visit the casinos. Gaby is an awesome host! The location was clean and neat. She thought of everything, down to a rolling cart, for when we went shopping!!! Couldn't ask for a better vacation spot.

Fresh breezes and lovely views

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want to be centrally located to explore Puerto Rico! Gaby is a wonderful hostess, very gracious, responsive and informative. The views are spectacular, no need to go anywhere else for a sunrise or a sunset but right out the sliders to the balcony. Those same sliders, when they are all open, let the fresh breezes all throughout the condo, and can be as cool as having the AC on! The master bedroom and bathroom was comfortable and the air conditioner worked great! The second bedroom was just as cool. Everything was as represented in the photos and description. There is also a stand up fan in the master bedroom that can provide noise and air circulation for those used to a ceiling fan. Keep in mind that on an island utilities are more expensive (everything is usually more expensive on a island), so please be courteous and follow Gaby's requests so her price for this wonderful bit of paradise won't go up in the future. There were several restaurants and grocery/convenience/pharmacy stores nearby. We ate at Metropol restaurant several times because of their coconut flan, made in house. Sixt car rental is 3 blocks down the road.

The apartment was clean and roomy.

This condominium was fantastic! The view of the ocean is great. Gaby was fun and helped us whenever we asked. She even picked us up from the grocery store and took us shopping for a stroller that we needed for our 3 year old! If I could give a higher rating I would!!!

I planned to live in PR for 2 years. Now is 22 and I love it. Even though it's a small Island, it has so many beauties hidden. Is up to you to find them.
As biologists, my husband and I have the opportunity to discover these places. If you are adventurous and physically strong enough to walk in the forest, we have the best advises not found in the touristic guides.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have a corner apartment facing the ocean. We do not hear much noise being on the 17 floor. You do not need AC all the time since the ocean breeze makes the apartment so fresh. However, we have AC only in the bedrooms.
We have security 24/7 and I can pick you up at the airport as you arrive as a welcome courtesy.
