Villa Blanca - Superbe Penthouse à ciel ouvert à Playa Los Muertos

Nouveaux propriétaires = Nouvelle inscription, mais même grand condo qu'avant. Villa Blanca est un charmant appartement en attique en plein air situé au sud de la Zona Romantica. Cet appartement moderne de style méditerranéen avec 3 chambres et 5 salles de bains peut accueillir confortablement 7 personnes. Il offre une vue sur la baie de Banderas, à un pâté de maisons de la plage (Playa Los Muertos) et à quelques minutes des meilleurs restaurants et bars de Puerto Vallarta. Ce condo englobe tout le dernier étage et comprend un service de ménage 6 jours par semaine. Profitez à la fois de la proximité de la ville et de la plage. Le meilleur des deux mondes.

Il y a trois suites principales climatisées, toutes dotées de lits king-size et d'une salle de bains privative. Deux ont des balcons privés et le troisième a un lit de jour. Le salon en plein air, la cuisine et la salle à manger offrent un immense espace pour recevoir et profiter de la vue. Un toit-terrasse juste au-dessus de l'unité offre une vue plus large et un bain de soleil. Une piscine et une douche extérieure au premier étage sont communes et constituent un excellent moyen de se laver après la plage. Conçu par l'architecte mexicain Diego Mendez de las Penas, ce bâtiment unique en son genre vous inspirera. Notez que le 1er étage (où se trouve la piscine) se trouve à quelques pas de la rue et le Penthouse à plusieurs autres, de sorte que la disposition ne serait pas idéale pour les personnes âgées ou handicapées.

La Zona Romantica est la zone la plus ancienne et la plus charmante de Puerto Vallarta avec ses rues pavées et ses toits oranges. La plage juste en dessous du condo est Playa Los Muertos, une plage gay friendly. Si vous marchez sur la droite, vous atteindrez la plage plus populaire parmi les familles et les mexicains.

Wonderful penthouse escape!

Villa Blanca was the perfect spot to call home while we explored PV & Jalisco. Host & staff were easy to contact and lovely to interact with. I recommend it fully & hope to find myself there again!

Awesome property

Fabulous facility! So well equipped with everything you could need. Very spacious, clean and bright. Location is great - walking distance to everything! Would go back anytime!!! The host was excellent at communicating and made our stay as effortless as possible!

Gorgeous open-air view of the ocean

The property’s 3 bedroom suites accommodated our group of 3 couples. The open-air living area is unique with a great view of the ocean. A housekeeper visits six days. That was a nice feature. PV has a high noise level from loud music, people partying, new construction and road noise. This particular street was quiet at night (after 11 pm) but somewhat noisy during the day from construction and music playing at nearby Blue Chairs. The bedrooms’ doors and sound machines blocked most of the daytime noise. The open-air living area is unique with a lovely view of the ocean. We had a few issues surface. Even though the property owner couldn’t immediately fix all of them he was always responsive and thoughtful. The wifi was either inoperable or spotty at best, which was frustrating. I’m hoping it’s been fully addressed for future guests. The unit’s overall “fit and finish” is not great. It didn’t impact our stay but the place didn’t look as nice as it could have. Finally, the 75 unavoidable steps to the unit’s door are no joke. We were all 55+ and found the steps challenging. I was fully aware of the steps but I developed severe hip arthritis in the last few months and sometimes struggled to get up and down them. Getting the luggage up the stairs was hard. If you have any lower-body or walking issues, this place isn’t for you. Otherwise, you’ll get a bonus “step” workout every time you return to the unit. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

This Open Environment layout was fun for many reasons. The mornings are filled with birdsong and fly bys. The hummingbirds were busy in the blooms of the healthy flowerpots and shrubs. The breeze with the Ocean waves and view offers refreshing salt air and a great experience. We arrived the day after the hurricane. No air or electricity, but it was fine. Glamping is a word i would use for a stay under these conditions. Once the electricity was back on, the whole week flew by quickly. October is still pretty warm in PV, the sun sets around 6:30P. The rooms are air conditioned and well appointed. The living space is mostly shaded, and very private. The pool is always ready to welcome you for a cooling dip. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. Will is a great host, and his staff are always nearby to assist if you need it.

Amazing location, design, and amenities!

This stunningly beautiful apartment, with a breathtaking panoramic view, was perfect for 4 adults. The AC in each well-soundproofed bedroom made sleeping a dream, and the gorgeously-landscaped, open-air living space, well-appointed kitchen, and pool allowed us to enjoy the tropical breezes while we socialized.

Awesome spacious penthouse

What a great place to stay. the open-air architecture was a new experience for us and was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our family of five but would provide plenty of room for three couples as well. We made good use of the dipping pool as well as the rooftop deck. The bedrooms stayed nice and cool with the AC units in them. Oh, and the little deck off of the master was a nice place to get some quiet time and read. Wonderful experience.

We've visited the area many times before, but had never noticed this building before. Tucked up the hill a few (well maybe a few more than a few lol) is an amazing spot with a fantastic view. Great location, communication and price. We will definitely go back.

C’est un condo avec un architecture très intéressante très belle vue . L’appartement à toutefois

Il n’y avait personne pour nous accueillir pas de clé fonctionnel pour ouvrir la porte d’entrée. Heureusement qu’un des propriétaires est venu à notre rescousse pour nous ouvrir et aider avec nos bagages puisqu’il y a plusieurs marches pour se rendre au peunthouse. Le personnel dont Julio et Angelina la femme de ménage et la préscence et la bienveillance des gardiens de nuits font un excellent travail pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Un rafraîchissement de l’appartement et les meubles serait nécessaire. La terrasse sur le toît

What a great place!

This place was exactly what we were looking for for a group trip. Easily accommodates a group of adults looking for a comfortable place. It's in a great location, walking distance to everything, but also really easy to grab an uber or taxi if you want to go somewhere else. The location is the south end of zona romantica, all the bars and restaurants were within a 10 min walk. The beach is a block away, we found Swell to be a great beach bar to grab some drinks at. The pool felt like our own pool, we didn't really see any other travelers staying while we were there. It was warm and clean and we spent a decent amount of time in there as a group. We only cooked breakfast and didn't explore the kitchen too much, but looked like there was everything there that you would need. The only thing we found was that the bedrooms aren't overly sound proof and we were woken up most mornings with maintenance and construction across the street. All the rooms have white noise machines though. I would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful penthouse condo in the heart of the Zona Romantica, 1 block from Playa de Los Muertos

We received a helpful detailed info packet from the owner a week before traveling to PV. We arrived before checkin time but texted our contact and he met us early and helped us take up our luggage to the condo we could go enjoy the beach until checkin. The Villa Blanca building is beautiful. The penthouse is spacious, clean and charming with the open concept living/dining/kitchen. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds. The location of the condo is great, near the beach and walking distance to the delicious restaurants in Old Town, the Saturday Market, small grocery stores, and Playa de Los Muertos pier. The condo owner was extremely responsive when the washer/dryer were not working and arranged an alternative for us. Zona Romantica is a lively and fun area of PV and you can hear music from two nearby clubs at night, but the music typically shuts down by 11pm, on holidays 12am. We would absolutely stay at Villa Blanca again!

Absolutely wonderful!

This is a wonderful property. We were here for six weeks and over that time, had some of our family stay with us. The property is amazing - lots of room, close to everything, quiet and the most amazing view. Lots of exercise up and down stairs, but that is good. Will was very easy to talk to , and overall a fabulous time! Would give this property a five star.

Villa Blanca Penthouse in PV

Very spacious, great open-air ambiance. Super maid service. Beautiful views from living room deck and rooftop area. On the minus side, you must climb 75 or so steps to access this condo. Not that easy if you’re a senior hauling luggage or groceries. Water pressure was feeble.

Great condo for PV stay

We loved our stay and Villa Blanca! It was as described and the location was great. The open air concept of the living area was wonderful and the view was amazing. Maid service was consistent and we felt an instant bond with the other people staying in the building......many of which were full time residents. They were helpful in giving us the "lay of the land". We will hopefully stay here again. Note to the owner/manager: The water pressure in the back bedroom shower was quite poor. Perhaps the shower head needs cleaning?

I'm originally from Wisconsin but live in Brooklyn with our French Bulldog, Frida. We enjoy traveling, good food, scuba diving, skiing, and going to the theatre.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this property because of it's uniqueness and charm. The round, wandering "piano-like" like architecture was whimsical and reminiscent of the Surrealist movement. We loved that it's open air to smell and hear the ocean (but liked that the bedrooms are private and air-conditioned). Many new luxury building are going up in PV but felt "cookie cutter" so this condo built by a respected Mexican architect stood out in our mind. The combination of modern beauty and Swiss Family Robinson tree-house-living was too good to pass up.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Being one block (up a long staircase) from the beach is ideal. Playa Los Muertos, to the left is ideal for LGBT guests and to the right is ideal for families and local Mexicans. Walking the cobblestone street to the right you'll find some of the best restaurants and bars within one or two blocks. You also get a beautiful view of the maid service 6 days a week! Fairly unique for Airbnbs/VRBOs.
