Family vacation

This property is perfect for familes that enjoy fishing. The ranch house is very comfortable. The property has a stocked pond in front of the house. It is perfect for young kids to be able to catch largemouth bass.

Excellent Getaway

We thoroughly enjoy staying at this home when visiting the Broken Bow area. It’s close to town and you don’t feel like your neighbors are right on top of you. Which seems to be the theme in BB these days. The property is comfortable. Amenities are available. The pool is excellent. There are even apple trees in the back yard. The property owner is responsive and helpful. We have stayed in this property in the past and definitely appreciate the owners hospitality.

Fun and Cozy

We had a blast. Only reservation is that we took fishing gear and couldn't fish on property. The House was cozy and super clean. We would stay again! We had 4 kids ages 7-12 and they all were playing and having fun the whole time.

Family getaway

The property and house were lovely. So relaxing and the pictures don’t do it justice. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. We spent the afternoons kayaking at the nearby river and then the evenings playing in the pool and roasting marshmallows. For the rainy evening, there were games provided and the kids loved the game room. We definitely plan to return.

The ladies and I had a great time! Wonderful place! The only thing that worries us was pertaining to the trash. The notes stated leave outside. We was worried about leaving it in the trash bins out in the back because we were uncertain. Other than that. This place is wonderful.

Wonderful place!

This was a great last minute trip! We loved this place. The kids AND the adults enjoyed the pool and the game room. Beautiful home with a farmhouse feel. Hope to visit again!

Great Place

The home, the view, the pool, the game room! All was wonderful. My family and I had the most relaxing week. Our children would have lived in the pool if they could have. It was also perfect for our newborn. We highly recommend, and we will definitely stay again if you will have us! Thank you for a great week!

Lovely place

We had a lovely time here. So many fun things to do and such lovely views. We loved floating in the pool and overlooking the pasture to see deer grazing. We will definitely be back!

Family getaway

Amazing place to stay. Everything was perfect from cleanliness to things during our stay. Celebrated our daughter’s 4th birthday and absolutely loved it! Even though it rained on our last night, there was plenty of things to do inside from playing games to having a movie night. 10/10 would recommend. Turned off our phones and just enjoyed and soaked in this family time we rarely get. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Absolutely wonderful!!

I reserved this house 2 years ago for the solar eclipse. It was absolutely wonderful. The house was probably the cleanest in which we've ever stayed, and we had a wonderful time. It had everything we could possibly need, from family entertainment to privacy. My husband and I plus our son, his wife and child, had a fantastic time. Despite the chilly pool, we still enjoyed the hot tub then the refreshing plunge in the pool. We had absolutely zero complaints. I did give the communication only 4 stars since at one point, vrbo was no longer the company offering the house. I was still communicating with them, then vrbo became the company overseeing the property again. Such a lovely property!!

Second Visit

This was our second time to stay here and we loved the pool and game room! We spent most of our stay in the pool with the kids which was refreshing in the heat. My only complaint is the master bed. It’s very “creeky” and not very comfortable. A king sized bed would be great in this room. Other than the master bed, there are no other complaints! The house is a bit dated but always VERY clean which is most important to me. We look forward to possibly staying here again!
