Cette propriété récemment rénovée bénéficie d'améliorations fantastiques, notamment de parquet et de carrelage! Le plan d'étage à concept ouvert est parfait pour se divertir. Le niveau principal du condo comprend un grand salon avec une télévision à écran plat et l’accès à un patio privé avec vue sur le lagon. La cuisine est équipée d'électroménagers en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en granit.

Le premier niveau comprend une chambre avec un lit king-size, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bains privative. Cette superbe salle de bain a été rénovée avec un beau carrelage et une grande douche à l'italienne.

Le deuxième niveau comprend les deux chambres restantes. Une chambre a un lit king, une télévision à écran plat et une salle de bain privée avec une combinaison baignoire / douche. L'autre dispose d'un lit double, d'un lit simple et d'une salle de bain privée avec une combinaison baignoire / douche.

Le Springwood Villas est situé à quelques pas de la plage et à quelques minutes en vélo de Coligny Plaza. Les visiteurs du complexe ont également accès à une piscine complexe.

Good location

Everything we wanted to do was a short drive or walkable. Golf was all around. Great place to end the day. One negative was the pool was closed while we were there.

Weekend rental

House had enough room for 7 people, had everything we needed for our stay. It takes about 10-12 min to walk to the beach from the house but we drove and parked most of the time. I would have liked the house to be deep cleaned but overall it was ok, the most important areas (bathrooms and kitchen) were very clean. I did wipe down the stair rail because it was really dirty. Overall great stay and easy to rent with vacasa.

Quiet location very close to the beach

Pictures match the condo perfectly. Location was great. Cleanliness could be improved, bathroom vents had mold/rust, light fixtures had spider webs between them in the 2 bed room. Spacious rooms, plenty of space for the 3 of us with each of us having our own room. Plenty of closet/drawer storage for items in the bedrooms and kitchen. Very end of the units, little hard to locate when arriving at night. Only downside is not being able to locate a gate pass that's needed to leave and enter the premises and after contacting Vacasa still did not get response or copy of it so we had to drive all around just to leave or explore.

Beautiful Villa

This Villa is definitely as Advertised, Very Clean Everything you need for A Week or Weekend Stay Beautifully Decorated. Only minor issue was in the room with Two beds there was No Television but that’s an easy fix maybe they could add one . I definitely will be going back to this villa .

Great Rental

My family and I stayed in this rental for 5 days and had a great experience. The unit had everything my family needed which was fabulous. The process was seamless to book this rental and had great communication with Vacasa upon check-in and check-out. This rental had plenty of space for my family of 5 and was in a great location and not too far from the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this unit and if we make our way back to Hilton Head we would rent again.

Updated and clean, decent location but be aware of walking requirements

Nice, updated condo that was comfortable and relaxing. Updated appliances and flooring throughout. We enjoyed our stay. We did have a couple of notes that would be helpful to know. The layout of this complex is such that pool access is only available from the units (I.e. there are no gates to allow you to enter from somewhere else or cut through). This causes two issues. First, if you have a second floor unit like this one, you can only access the pool via a narrow spiral staircase on the unit’s shared patio. This was not an issue for us but I could see it being an issue if you have mobility issues or want to bring a rolling cart to the pool. Second, because you can’t cut through the pool, it takes a long time to walk around the complex from this unit, which is on the very end of the inside corner furthest from Dealleyon Ave. This makes the walk to the beach much longer via either Dealleyon or the back exit near the dumpsters that drops you onto Nassau Street.

Family July 4th trip

Great villa with lots of room for the six of us. Love the decor, so airy and bright! Everything we needed to cook for ourselves. Getting to the complex pool is only possible down scary spiral staircase. The beach is relatively close, but too crowded!

WONDERFUL Stay!

Sadly we had terrible weather during our trip but that only made us appreciate these wonderful accommodations even more! Comfortable beds, cozy vibe, all the little things made our girls trip special! Will be back! I have four kids and this would even be the perfect spot for my family to stay too!

Weekend getaway

New floors throughout the unit with large bedrooms and each had a bath.. There were 3 couples traveling and we all had plenty of room . Very nicely decorated and loved that they had coffee for us!

Labor Weekend get away

This is a great property. Plenty of room for 7 of us. The kitchen is one of the best stocked rental kitchens I’ve seen, made Sunday morning brunch go so much easier. Great location for shopping, dining and the beach. All just a short bike or car ride. Not really walkable for my older parents. The unit is also a second floor unit which was not mentioned in the description when booking. Overall a great place and would rent again.

Perfect!

We had a great time in this condo at Springwood Villas. Some of us walked to the beach each day and others took bikes. We loved Coligny Beach Park, the beach, and Plaza. The condo was comfortable and easy entry on first day and exit—all digital. Communication was great. Everything in condo was new or like new. Very nice trip and experience.

Overall Great Value

Beautifully decorated and super clean place. There are a few minor issues which should be addressed--air conditioners don't really work for upstairs bedrooms and plumbing in upstairs bathroom must fixed as the water takes forever to drain out of tub. In the end these issues were minor and the overall experience was great, especially given the price. Great location too. I suggest the owners provide more information about amenities and transportation in the area.

Lovely Condo in great location

I admit I really enjoyed my stay here and the condo is very nice. There are some things that I would have appreciated to know beforehand. Pros: There are a lot of upgrades on the first floor with the appliances and bathroom. The bed on the first floor was very comfortable as well as the one directly facing the steps. (the other bedroom was just not used) I love that you can adjust the thermostat and that there are ceiling fans all over the house even in the Kitchen. The kitchen did have the basics like pots, pans and silverware and they provided a personal bottle of dish detergent as well as pods for the dishwasher and the laundry, There were plenty of towels in the home and a washer and dryer as well. Plenty of space to sit for eating and entertaining if you had a larger crowd. I did not have any issues with neighbors who complained about noise or anything (which from other reviews I was worried about). Cons: The floor appears cleaned but it was honestly just filthy. I spilled a little water from the icemaker/water combo on the fridge door and when it wiped it up the paper towel black along with socks of the children. There was no obvious stains on the floor but it was off putting to see that paper towel. The beach is not really close either. Its a bit of a walk with kids, cooler, tent, etc. There is free parking but its about 10 spaces that are right there, usually its pretty full unless you have handicap placard. And when you walk you have to cross two lanes of pretty busy traffic as well. And lastly and the most severe of my personal complaints is pool area, The pool is safe from outsiders for sure but the only way to access the pool is from your backdoor. For starters you have to go down the spiral staircase, (which is scary for me anyway) and you also have to leave the sliding glass door unlocked! I did not like that. For one the neighbors next door share patio with you there is a wall but they can easily come right on over and they share the stairs with you. Try to plan for someone to be in the condo so you can enjoy your time at the pool, as you can't see the pool from this condo. There is no way to get to the pool other than that. All my belongings were essentially unsafe. We did find a gate that lead to the pool and a resident informed us that its a service entrance and the keep fab will not let you in. All in all the area is nice and condo is too. The backdoor is my biggest complaint about the place but I did like the place overall
