Très bon séjour , nous avons été très bien accueilli , logement où l’on trouve tout ce qu’il nous faut ... De plus, le logement est très bien placé , à côté du Vatican et à 100 mètres du métro ! Nous recommandons cette location

Great location

This is a fantastic location for sightseeing in the northern part of the city. It's very close to the Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, and other attractions. The area is packed with restaurants—more than you could ever try in one trip. Plus, it's conveniently located near the metro. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the lack of a shelf or holder for soap and shampoo in the shower.Alessandro met us at the door and showed us the entire apartment. Very good host!

The perfect location to discover Rome

We had very good experience with this apartment in the affluent residential neighborhood of Prati. The biggest value for us was its location close to the Vatican city end the historic center of Rome and the metro station as well, all close enough to reach rapidly by walking. Nice and affordable coffee bars and restaurants just outside of the building. We highly recommend this place for short visits in Rome.

Nice Apartment with Excellent Location

My family and I stayed at the location for 4 nights. We had a good time with the rental. The location is great. It is right on the city block and a few blocks from Vatican City and Vatican museum. The size is decent, a bit small for the U.S. guests. It is fine for 4 people. The kitchen is nice with a big fridge. The downside is there is limited control over the temperature of the house, and the hot water is only good for 5 minutes.

Clean, convenient place to stay when in Rome!

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandro’s apartment! Alessandro was friendly, offered vacation and restaurant suggestions and periodically checked on our well being. The location is great—located just a 5 minute walk from the entrance to the Vatican museum. In fact, you can see the Vatican’s north wall from the apartment. The Bascillica is a short 10 minute walk. The metro is only 2 blocks away, there is a mini-mart located next door, and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. We brought water bottles and enjoyed the cold water fountain at the corner. If you live in the country, understand that this is a city apartment so you will not hear crickets at night. 😁 The bedrooms are very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed, but there is no kettle. We would stay here again if we are fortunate enough to visit Rome again.

El aloja estaba justo al.lado del Vaticano en un muy buen barrio con muchos restaurantes y vida. Al lado del metro y muy bien situado para moverse por Roma. Alessandro, el propietario muy amable y nos informó de todo al detalle y nos dijo sugerencias.

Convenient, comfortable pied-a-terre

Our family had a fabulous quick stay here in June. It is literally right around the corner from the Vatican and just a block from the major metro line. It couldn’t have been easier to get around. The neighborhood is bustling but also not in the heart of the truly busy tourist neighborhoods. The rooms are spacious and have A/C. The only thing that was missing if you were going to stay a bit longer was a sitting area. It’s really just two bedrooms, bath and kitchen with a table for four. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, the kitchen is very functional but could have been enhanced with small extras like a pasta strainer. All in all, we found it perfect for us and highly recommend this as your place to stay in Rome.

This is a good apartment when visiting Rome. Clean and tidy. It’s in a good location, just 100metres from Ottaviano metro station and 10 minutes walk to Vatican City. Lots of good bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Great stay in Rome

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment, conveniently located near Vatican and public transit to go anywhere in Rome. Great area with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Check-in was easy, Alessandro met us at the door and showed us the apartment. Overall, very good experience. One small suggestion - it would be nice to have a second set of keys, since the key card controls the lights, and if someone wants to remain in the apartment when someone with the key is gone they would have no lights.

Helpful host and convenient location

I stayed for a week during a business trip to Rome. Alessandro was helpful and attentive, and nicely put up with my tardiness upon initial arrival (starting with travel delays). The apartment was quiet at night despite its location along a busy street (in my wintertime experience). It's extremely convenient to a Metro station along the red Line A. I would stay again.

Nice apartment close to Vatican

We liked staying in the apartment. It is very clean with high ceiling, nice size rooms. It was a pleasure to deal with Alessandro, who met us in the morning and gave instructions and keys. Nice neighborhood, we could easily get to St Angelo Castle and Vatican. Metro station is conveniently located very close to the property. Overall very satisfied.

Perfekte Lage

Sehr saubere großräumige Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gut geeignet für 4 Personen, mit perfekter Lage. Sie liegt direkt an der Bushaltestelle Leone IV und es sind nur wenige Minuten zur U-Bahn-Station Ottaviano. Zu Fuß braucht man bis zur Engelsburg auch nur 20 Minuten. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Nur einen Häuserblock entfernt, gibt es einen sehr gut sortierten Supermarkt mit großer Auswahl frischer Brötchen für das Frühstück. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte bestens. Wir haben unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt und er war vor Ort. Perfekt! (Man braucht eine gute Stunde vom Flughafen mit dem Leonardoexpress und der Metro) Klare Empfehlung!

Amazing apartment in brilliant location

Stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks and could not have chosen a better place as a base to explore Rome. With the bus 23 just outside the door, the 70 bus,the Ottaviano Metro and the 19 tram all around 2 blocks away, we could explore everywhere in Rome. As to the apartment, the bedrooms are spacious, lovely kitchen and very suitable bathroom, made our stay a pleasure. The local area is worth exploring, with some wonderful restaurants, starting right outside the front door. Alessandro was very helpful to us, meeting us at the apartment and regularly checked in with us by phone to see if we needed any assistance. He also organised our taxi at the end of the trip. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Schöne Wohnung in günstiger Lage.

Die Lage war sehr gut für eine Rom-Besichtigung. Die U-Bahn-Station Ottaviano ist nur ca. 200 m entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn kommt man sehr schnell zum Hauptbahnhof, zum Kolloseum, zur spanischen Treppe etc. Die vatikanischen Museen kann man von der Wohnung gut zu Fuß erreichen (ca. 300 m), ebenso den Petersplatz (ca. 800 m). Ausstattung mit W-lan gut. Freundlicher Vermieter. Check-in und Check-out war sehr einfach. Mit 5 Leuten kann man hier gut mehrere Tage übernachten. Wenn man viel in der Wohnung kochen / essen möchte, könnte die Ausstattung (Geschirr und Besteck) für fünf Leute etwas knapp sein.

Ideal for transport and the Vatican

Ideally located for the Vatican and transport. Beside and overlooking a busy road junction and around 150 meters from a metro station. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms both with TV and an adequate kitchen, though if you are here for a few nights I expect you would choose to eat out. Nearby are many restaurants including some exceptional ones. The agent was very charming and accommodating.
