C'est un beau studio rénové, beau et lumineux au 22ème étage. L'appartement dispose d'un balcon et de grandes baies vitrées avec une vue panoramique fascinante sur la ville et l'océan. L'appartement est décoré avec goût dans un style moderne et élégant qui préserve l'atmosphère tropicale. L'unité a un dressing et un lit queen. En outre, le bâtiment dispose d'une sécurité 24h / 24, d'une piscine privée et d'une salle de sport. Les installations de buanderie sont situées au 2ème étage avec laveuses et sécheuses à pièces. Un accès Internet est disponible dans l'appartement, le hall et la piscine. Parking souterrain sécurisé dans l'espace attribué uniquement pour les locataires. Un court de tennis à l'hôtel Marriott, qui est juste en face de nous, facture un tarif horaire minimal. Accès gratuit à la plage; l'entrée est en face de nous. Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

Beautiful views in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! It was also very nice to have a parking spot for our rental. Beautiful location, clean unit, lots of great restaurants and fun night life near by. We loved our stay!

Out of all the years we have stayed at vacation homes, Jacqueline was by far our most gracious host. She genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The building is quiet, the neighborhood is safe, walkable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and is within a block of the nearest beach. Great rental!!!

The first impression walking in was the spectacular views from this apartment! Our stay was very brief, but this is a beautiful place that felt very secure and was in a great location for walking access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would definitely book again!

Nice condo with a view

This condo was just as described and had great views. It was a good location we were minutes from the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and she answered any questions we had. It was a perfect place for just my husband and I for the week in San Juan.

My host Jacqueline was outstanding. She was even kind enough to help me find another accommodation when the electricity went out during a bad storm. 5 stars across the board. I will definitely book this again in the future.

Amazing high floor property. Very well maintained. Quick 15-20 minute ride from the airport. Neighborhood is quite touristy but there are plenty of restaurants with local charm. 2 minute walk to the beach. Jacqueline’s communication and follow up were great. The whole experience was seamless, will definitely stay here again!

This place was phenomenal! Amazing views of Condado and coastline! Condo had everything you need to have the most restful and relaxing vacation. Owner was very involved. Having a secured parking spot was great. Location could not be better. I will be back again for sure.

Beautiful apartment in perfect location.

This apartment is wonderful, on the 22nd floor and the views over the water are perfect, especially with coffee first thing in the morning. Everything is very clean, there is a full kitchen and comfortable bed. The location is quite central, Old San Juan is a bit of walk (but Uber is quite cheap!). Quite easy to reach from the airport, too. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The building is also quite secure, with a doorman and keys needed for entry. A great base for San Juan!

Beautiful view

I can’t even explain how clean this condo is, the view is breathtaking! I was so skeptical about booking Jacqueline condo bc of the no cancellation policy, however I am so glad I did! I will definitely recommend and if I go back I will book with Jacqueline again!! I love it!!! Everything is walking distance, no need to rent a car! So many places to eat and there’s even casinos across the street! Don’t look just book!

Excellent Location and Studio

This unit is at the heart of all the action in El Condado, with security 24hrs. Walking distance to shops, market, restaurants, the beach and hotel/casinos. Whatever you are looking for this will be your studio. if you want to just relax and have a good time, just stay at the balcony with the magnificent views of San Juan. I personally stayed with my wife until 2:00am almost every night just talking and relaxing, I am already missing it. The communication with the owner is great, simple to check in and out instructions. I will be back to this studio.
