Profitez d'une vue panoramique sur le coucher de soleil et l'océan, à quelques pas du quai opéré par Dive Friends et d'une plage de sable fin propice à la baignade - deux points d'accès faciles pour la plongée en apnée ou la plongée dans le magnifique récif de Bari !. Le Sanddollar Resort, le plus long complexe de Bonaire, se trouve également sur le front de mer.

Le service de navette aller-retour gratuit depuis l'aéroport, situé à 8 km environ, est inclus dans votre réservation. Une promenade de 35 minutes du condo vous amènera au centre de Kralendijk. Les tarifs supérieurs à 119 $ / nt pour deux personnes incluent le nettoyage tous les 4 jours pour les séjours de plus de 6 nuits. Les tarifs inférieurs à 119 $ incluent le nettoyage tous les 8 jours.

Cette unité bénéficie d’un emplacement unique à l’extérieur, offrant une vue plus panoramique que les autres caves de l’établissement. Le grand porche supplémentaire prévoit océan visualisation à la fois de votre chambre et le salon. Immédiatement en face de notre condo se trouve une petite plage de sable, une zone de baignade délimitée de périmètre, et Bari Reef, la plongée ou la plongée en apnée la plus facile à Bonaire, complétée par une douche au sommet des quatre ou cinq marches menant à la plage. À côté de la même plage se trouve le quai de plongée exploité par Dive Friends, à votre porte!

Dive Friends Bonaire, un centre PADI 5 étoiles IDC, est devenu en 2017 l'opérateur de plongée du centre de plongée voisin, à deux pas de votre place de stationnement ou de notre unité! Inclus est stockage 24/7 et accès au réservoir.

Des restaurants, une piscine, un magasin de crème glacée, un accès wifi gratuit, des courts de tennis, des barbecues et un vaste front de mer propice aux promenades en bord de mer sont également disponibles sur place.

Avec 950 pieds carrés, vous aurez toutes les commodités de la maison et d'un emplacement de premier ordre; pas des belles eaux bleu turquoise des Caraïbes et Bari Reef, numéro un classement dans les Caraïbes pour la variété d'espèces de poissons.

Dernier point, mais non le moindre est la planche à voile pour tous les niveaux de compétences au magnifique Lac Bay, et l'exotisme de 14.000 hectares Parc national Washington-Slaagbai dans le nord de Bonaire.

Excellent location near gate/entry to Dive Friends @ Sand Dollar and Pier. Great set-up on screened porch to hang and dry dive equipment. Will definitely book another visit.

A1 is located beautifully next to the dive dock, gear room, Dive Friends dive shop and Breezes and Bites restaurant in Den Laman. This is our favorite property to stay at, for the convenience, cleanliness, and ease of diving. Owner and manager very nice and communicative.

We enjoyed the space this condo provides. The furnishings in the bedroom are nice but the mattress is due for replacement. The wall hangings could use improvements like some fish photos, for example. We loved hanging out on the screened porch and watching the sunsets, swimming, diving and snorkeling in front of the Sand Dollar condo grounds. We had an issue with the WiFi when we first arrived and had to reset the router 2 times but after the last reset it worked fine. We have stayed on the second floor of the A building previous to this visit and the compressor from the dive shop was rather loud. My partner and I were quite surprised that it was quieter in A1 than on the second floor. In fact, the week we stayed at Sand Dollar was wonderfully quiet. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great for serious divers

The location is amazing. Wake up to a beautiful ocean view from bed. Best sunsets right from the unit or just a short walk out to the seating area at the seawall. So convenient to Dive Friends next door for shore dive launching point or boat dives from the dock right there. We spent 2 weeks here and felt very comfortable. The unit itself, yes it is dated. Mostly looks original. Everything worked great though. We had every utensil and item we needed. The bedroom and living room have nice decor. It had had some painting etc done to keep it cozy and tropical feeling. The price is quite nice too! Compared to similar properties/locations- can't really beat it. Pierre was excellent and made check-in/out very easy. Thank you!

Steps from Bari Reef and great local restaurants.

Quiet, cozy, ground floor. Large screened porch with ocean view. Glass doors that can be opened up from living room and bedroom to porch. Just steps away from dive shop, gear room, air fills. Dive Bari Reef right off the dock! Sand Dollar Resort has the longest stretch of ocean frontage on the island. Breezes & Bites is right next door. Their talented chef offers wonderful food and one of the best rib eye steaks I’ve had annywhere. Walking distance to a number of shops, including drug store, icecream shop, gifts, and several other great restaurants. This condo has been our favorite spot to stay the last several times we’ve been to the island.

quiet, great location

Nice place. Very low key and comfortable. The location is phenomenal. You can literally walk out your door and swim in a pristine, clear, calm ocean with a sandy bottom. The property manager Pierre was super helpful.

A little rundown

We only stayed one night because when we came back from dinner there were two giant cockroaches. Not a great value for the $. No swimming pool, no closet to hang clothes and only a tiny wicker four drawer dresser that would not have held all of our clothes. The location was great, but we just didn’t want to deal with cockroaches

The location was perfect right next to the dive center and the diving pier. The condo needs renovation and more space for storage. We kept our clothes in our luggage as there was no storage for them. Everything worked properly (air conditioning, fridge and other appliances). The manager answered our text messages very quickly. We would go back anytime

Great condo right on the ocean

Very nice unit with large screened in porch and a view of the ocean. Comfortably furnished, and a well-equipped kitchen. Free off street parking. Best of all, there was very nice snorkeling both left and right, right out your door. Greg and the property manager made sure we had an easy check in & out process. Would definitely book this place again.

I would stay there again.

The owner and property manager were great to deal with. Very good communication. The property is a great location for snorkeling. I saw an octopus my first day just steps from the front door. The place is close to everything you would need. Bar/restaurants/dive shop all right next door.

Location location location

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Sand dollar 1a. Although the property is dated, it was just what we needed. We loved being just a few steps from the dock to Dive Bari Reef and to the dive shop as well. The bed was comfortable and the air in both the bedroom and den cooled things off when needed. We had plenty of room and the large screened in porch had plenty of hooks for drying wet bathing suits and rash guards. We left our other gear in the drying room at the nearby Dive Friends. I would stay here again.

Best Location!

This unit has absolutely the BEST location for diving if you’re staying at Sandollar Complex. The unit had coolers, chairs, even a beach umbrella for your stay! This unit also had more basic kitchen supplies than any other unit we have ever stayed in. The unit is dated, and it would be nice if it was renovated, but it serves all of your diving needs, with THE closest location to the dock at DenLaman 😊

Perfect spot for scuba divers!!!

The communication between the property owner and property manager with me was excellent. The downstairs room provided all the necessary cooking and cleaning utensils needed for a stay. It’s like you’re in your extended home. The kitchen is nice size w a bar and four chairs there’s a small table with four chairs. The patio area is larger than most of the ones on the property it has plenty of room for hanging your wet clothes BCD‘s and all scuba diving equipment. You are less than a one minute walk from Dive friends scuba diving shop. The pier is a one minute walk. The Bari reef is in front of the condo and is one minute from your back door. Easy entry and exit at the pier and a place to rinse gear and shower off afterwards. The room has a firm mattress but comfortable. glass entryway on the ocean view side of the room in the bedroom and the living room. The living room has a pull out couch for another couple or kids. There’s also a cot in the small bonus room/closet. There is a safe to keep valuables. There’s an air conditioner in the bedroom with a door that you can keep closed so you can cool off the room before going to bed. There is also a larger air conditioner in the living room. I kept my front door open when I was there and there’s a window on the front door that you can open up that has screen in case the bugs are bad and the whole patio area is completely screened in. I will definitely stay in unit A-1 again.

The best location I have ever visited

The property is not fancy, and after staying at -much- more expensive places, I was initially a bit concerned, but within a few hours I realized that I had landed in heaven. All the essentials were there: Clean, air conditioning in the main room and bedroom, comfortable bed and couch, covered patio, full sized fridge/freezer and 9 foot ceilings (I am tall and cannot bear the standard 8 feet). And the location...OMG: It is 65 steps from the front door to private beach access with the best snorkeling I have ever enjoyed, it was like swimming in an overstocked aquarium. And if you prefer diving to snorkeling, there is a Dive shop right next door. Right next to the private beach is good restaurant right on the water with availability every night. At just $20 for fresh mahi-mahi dinner, why cook? Note: It is not loud, they close at 9pm and there is a gate with key-code entry separating the properties. There are lounge chairs setup overlooking the ocean that anyone can use to enjoy the sunset or night sky. Excellent Italian ice-cream shop ~5 minutes walk away Good supermarket 1/2 mile down the road. Safe, quiet gated community with easy parking 50 feet from the apartment. The property manager and owner were both very responsive and a pleasure to work with. This was the best vacation that I have enjoyed in over 20 years. Zero stress, everything available in one spot, and I with such great snorkeling that I dropped my weight a full belt size.

Great location for divers and Beautiful view for non divers

I took a diving course with Dive Friends of Bonaire and this unit was within 100 feet of their Sand Dollar Dive shop and school. We ate most of our meals in the unit with the use of the fully furnished kitchen. The host went above and beyond in accommodating us with schedule changes due to the Covid epidemic and always was quick in answering our emails. We would gladly stay here again.

Absolute Paradise at Sand Dollar A1

We stayed in the lovely A1 one bedroom unit at Sand Dollar for a week and couldn't praise it more highly. The location was right next to the wonderful scuba dive Bari Reef, which we dove for our checkout dive with Dive Friends as well as a night dive. Dive friends has tanks available 24 hours a day at Sand Dollar and in unit A1 you are the closest possible to the dive shop. All of the amenities in the condo were useful and in good working order. The view from the patio is perfect for dining while watching the sea and the sunset. The property manager, Frederick, is very responsive and quick to help if needed. We absolutely loved our week of paradise in A1 and we look forward to being able to return to A1!

Perfect location for me

The location was perfect for me. Close to the dive shop and very close to the little beach. The property has a screen porch as wide as the condo. We really enjoyed having meals out there and just relaxing. The interior is a little dated (80's?) but it was very clean. I also noticed that the couch has a hide-a-bed that can be pulled out. The only complaint (from my GF) is that the compressor from the dive shop is also very close to the condo. It runs from 9am-5pm. In the mornings, when I was doing boat dives, the compressor noise caused my GF to have to move to the other end of the property. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning.
