Insignia est une luxueuse villa de 4 chambres dans le quartier calme de Los Mojones de Puerto del Carmen. Achevé à la fin de 2012 il est exigeants propriétaires, il représente le meilleur de ce qui est disponible sur le marché de location de villa Lanzarote. Entièrement climatisé avec toutes les chambres avec salle de bains et piscine chauffée avec 8 personnes Jacuzzi, ainsi que 6 personne Hot tub séparée, la lumière moderne et un environnement aéré font Insignia la base idéale pour un séjour plus relaxant sur cette île magnifique.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé d'excellents moments en famille dans cette magnifique villa super bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Tout est bien pensé..... le confort total !! Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui a su répondre rapidement à toutes nos demandes. La société de gestion était formidable aussi ! Nous recommandons totalement et n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir. Merci Paul.

Beautiful Villa

Fantastic villa with everything you need and more. The hot tub was great. Slightly out of the town but it was not a problem for us, taxis very reliable. Had slight issue but Paul the host sorted it immediately. Would highly recommend it.

Amazing

We had the most amazing stay at villa insignia, the villa itself is fabulous and has everything you would need. Paul was very responsive with any questions I had before and during the trip which was great. Walking distance to Lidl and a nice walk downhill to the main strip, taxis easy to get also.

Great Week in the Sun!

The property is exactly as described. Really spacious with lovely high ceilings throughout. Three bedrooms are downstairs and essentially underground so lovely and cool, especially with the air con throughout. Well appointed kitchen for entertaining - although why would you stay at home when the cost of eating out is so reasonable. Outside there is a lovely pool, jacuzzi and and hot tub and a fantastic outside seating area under some shade. Location is perfect. 10 minutes or so walk from Lidl and the Biosfera. 15 minutes or so from the beach front. For those new to Puerto Del Carmen, there are so many great places to eat out. You can go cheap and cheerful at any number of pizza or tapas places, or in the karaoke or sports bars. Or you can go high end at Arena Lounge (new to us, short walk from villa, great food), Atlantico Lounge (sea views, great food) or La Cascada (for the meat lovers - best value chateaubriand in the world!) We had pre visit discussion with Paul who was quick to reply and very accommodating. Had easy contact through our stay through WhatsApp and text. Through the week we also had a couple of visits from the rental company to check we were happy. Met the pool guy, window cleaner and air con guys. All really nice and friendly. The place is clearly well looked after and serviced through the season. We would certainly recommend a stay here. Thanks Paul!

Villa review

Villa is very spacious, clean and all the mod cons, outdoor space is excellent for chillaxing by the pool. However the orientation of the Villa and the amount of trees around the Villa means sun bathing time is minimal. The hot tub failed after day 1 and took 4 days to repair, no welcome food/drink pack was provided despite stating this in information pack, was due a towel change and had to ask for this to be done, numerous lights not working in and around the pool, air con was on a timer which meant resetting during the night, no instructions received on how to work the alarm system. Had to ask for sofa bedding despite advising it would be required.

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this fabulous villa. The facilities were excellent and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. It's close to many restaurants and shops and would be great for larger families.

Celebration Holiday 🥳

Stunning villa, perfect place to celebrate parents wedding anniversary & dads 75th with family & friends. Enjoyed total chill out during the day around the gorgeous pool and frequented various bars & restaurants close by at night. Highly recommend staying at this luxurious villa. ...the entire booking process from start to finish was seamless. We would have no hesitation in booking this villa again. Thank you 👌🏼😃

Perfect family celebration

This property is out of this world. We booked it for a big family celebration holiday and it was just what we wanted. Paul was amazing right from pre booking (as I had a lot of questions) right through to the day we left. Fantastic communication all round. The management company knock on the door the first day to see if everything was ok and the cleaners that arrived mid-week were fantastic. Every detail has been thought of in this villa and we wanted for nothing. We spent most the time in the outside space - pool, tv, bbq, hot tub, jacuzzi, sofas and even a trunk full of pool inflatables! The pool was also maintained whilst we were there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa and Paul to anybody. My party of 10 had the best holiday ever. My 2 little girls want to live in your villa Paul! Many thanks for an amazing experience. We will be back.

Stunning Villa

This Villa was absolutely incredible - the photos are good but really do not do the Villa justice. Its spacious, clean and stunning. There were 8 of us plus 2 babies and there was plenty of room to spare. We met the owner Paul who happened to be there at the same time who was lovely and personally helped with a few minor issues we had. The pool etc was cleaned midweek and towels changed over. We pre booked travel through the management company which helped with travelling with babies immensely. The walk to the main strip isnt too far, but is on a bit of an incline on the way back up. However, don't let this put you off as a taxi back was just under €4! There is a lidl and hiperdino Express about a 10 minute walk away.. and a spar in the plaza (also 10 minutes walk in a different direction) We also took a taxi to the bigger hiperdino (about 8 minute drive) in Tias which cost roughly €7 for BBQ food supplies. Overall, Paul and the management company were great, from the moment of booking to when we left, making our stay stress free. We would highly recommend this villa and would come back here again! :)

Excellent Villa.

Spacious clean and well maintained villa that we couldn’t fault. Located on a hill not far from the town and beaches. Taxi up is not expensive so don’t let the hill put you off. Management service was great. We didn’t have gas for the bbq and they delivered one within a couple of hours. Pool and hot tub were lovely and clean.. If we decide to come back to Lannzarote we would definitely use this villa!

Outstanding Villa, complete luxury

Excellent villa, largest 4 bed we have ever stayed in, big enough that you are not on top of each other, enough space to feel your on your own. Close enough to the town to walk so no need for a car. Luxury fittings and top quality accommodation, four well sized double rooms for 8 adults, would highly recommend and certainly would book again.

What a villa. Everything was perfect for our stay here. If you want perfection this is the Villa.

The Villa was a dream to stay in. It was absolutely perfection . Would highly recommend staying here. I booked with Paul who was a pure gentleman to deal with from the offset. Nobody wanted to go home after our stay here but unfortunately reality has to kick in. So if you want the 5 star villa experience look no further. Till next time.

Sehr schönes und grosses Haus.

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Sogar Milch, Zucker, Tee, Kaffee, eine Flasche Wein, Mineralwasser, Toast und Div. war vorhanden. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl und willkommen in diesem Haus. Alles war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch mit dem Schlüssel im Schlüsselsafe war alles bestens organisiert. Während der Woche kam sogar einmal die Putzequipe und hat alles geputzt und frische Wäsche gebracht. Wir waren 7 Personen und wir hatten mehr als genug Platz. Da das Wetter leider nicht so mitgespielt hat, waren wir enorm froh, dass wir etwas heizen konnten. Dieses Haus können wir sehr weiterempfehlen.

Beautiful and luxurious villa in a great location!

Villa Insignia is stunning. The space was amazing. Lots of thoughtful details throughout made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We have stayed in lots of different villas in Puerto del Carmen and we rate this one as one of our top five. It would have achieved the perfect 5* score had the pool cover and its roller been repaired or replaced. Sadly its quality brought down the overall score of the villa. We would definitely recommend the villa to large family groups, and would consider rebooking it ourselves should we return to Lanzarote in the future. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Outstanding villa with very impressive decor and facilities!!

This huge villa has been furnished to a very high standard in a very modern theme! Outside, with the pool, hot tub and dining/relaxing area was our favourite place to be! Each of the bedrooms were very spacious and it was good to have them all en suite for our party of 3 couples. Any small queries we emailed the owner Paul about, were responded to very very quickly. A nice touch was the very useful and thoughtful welcome pack - this was very much appreciated on our arrival! The icing on the cake would be a water dispenser/cooler. We will certainly highly recommend the villa to friends and family. Pate’s , Brough’s & Spencers😎

Fantastic villa!

The booking from start to finish was so good.Paul answered all queries promptly.The villa was beautiful with plenty of space for our party of 4 couples.10 minute walk down to old town to all the nice restaurants. We would gladly recommend. And hope to return ourselves.

Einfach umwerfend

Die Villa verfügt über alles, was das Herz begehrt. Sie ist modern, sehr sauber und mit vielen schönen Details ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, ebenso die Badezimmer. Der wunderschöne Pool und Whirlpool laden zum Entspannen ein. Die Beschreibungen der Villa entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Another perfect stay!

Villa Insignia will be hard to beat. Impressive

Our 5th holiday in Lanzarote and we have always stayed in private villas. Villa Insignia is top of our list now for accomodation we will return to. Villa and pool were fantastic, owner friendly and accommodating. Villa was well presented, both spacious and cosy, comfortable, inviting and had everything we needed... Great views of the mountains and sea, felt thoughly spoilt and relaxed, perfect holiday... thanks Paul.

Wonderful Villa!

We had a wonderful two week stay in this beautiful villa! It has a very high specification and is immaculately presented throughout. The pool area has a hot tub and jacuzzi with comfortable sofas, TV and eating area perfect for relaxing all day in an idyllic setting. I would describe all the bedrooms as suites, they are very comfortable, beautifully dressed and very spacious with lovely bathrooms. The spacious open plan living area has spectacular views of the resort and bay and provides a luxurious social space for everyone to enjoy together. There is a stunning separate TV lounge that opens out onto the pool, it was perfect for our teenage boys to enjoy. The owner has created a truly stylish home. We hope be back next year!
