Bienvenue sur Kona Pacific A-102! Une propriété spectaculaire qui est extrêmement spacieuse! A-102 a 1227 pieds carrés intérieurs et une véranda de 357 pieds carrés! Remodelé de façon exquise de haut en bas. Comptoirs en granit et armoires en hickory à fermeture douce!
Il y a 2 chambres et 3 salles de bains, une offre unique et spéciale pour des vacances merveilleuses.
En plein cœur de Kailua-Kona sur la grande île, il n'y a AUCUN ESCALIER pour accéder à cette unité et il existe un système d'entrée sans clé pour faciliter l'accès.
Une vue magnifique sur l'océan depuis la véranda pour le coucher du soleil relaxant. Les équipements incluent: un lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux (convertis en lit king sur demande) et un grand canapé-lit. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle et une machine à glaçons dans le réfrigérateur. Grande laveuse / sécheuse dans l'unité. The location from the parking spot, the main street out, the pool...it couldn’t be more convenient and still have that great front view and expanded lanai. The condo was well provided. The kitchen had the needed tools; there were so many towels for both home and beach. We never felt anything lacking. I really enjoyed our stay here. We reached out to the management company a couple times with questions and a maintenance need, and everything was responded to and resolved super fast. I was very impressed.

We had a good time and the property fit our needs . View of the water was awesome . Property manager brought over a new coffee grinder for us to enjoy our Kona coffee! Property management was great .

Perfect location for a Kona Vacation

This was our second visit to this unit. Its best features are that it is within walking distance to downtown Kona and all the shops and restaurants. The unit is also well situated within Kona Pacific on the first floor (no elevator rides), and a few short steps to the pool. The condo is a good size with two bedrooms and three full bathrooms (which did not get used). It is very well equipped as far at the kitchen and beach supplies. The large TV was appreciated. We just wished there was one in the master bedroom. The lanai is large and well furnished, making it the perfect place for breakfast and lunch. Communication with the property management company was generally good. Because of a plumbing problem that was going to require extensive repairs, they efficiently moved us to another condo. But, next year we will be back.

Perfect Place

We were really happy with the condo. The location is great. Really close to town (3min) walk). The unit itself is on the corner and has good size balcony with a partial ocean view. I loved sitting outside in the evenings with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The pool is very close which is convenient but maybe in summer this might be more noisy. We went in December so there were only a few people at the pool as the weather was overcast. They have beach chairs but unfortunately they were very old and broken, we managed without as I had brought a light weight beach blanket from home. The beds were decently comfy .. very soft .. I prefer more firm but I was comfortable enough. We went in December so there were only a few people at the pool and some days min as the weather was overcast. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to cook breakfast. check in process is a bit extensive with signing multiple documents before you go and then another one when you arrive. However we were able to get in to the condo by following the precise instructions! We had a great time staying here at this condo. It was spacious for our family of 4 adults. I would recommend this condo if you are staying in Kona.

It was difficult to find the two condos I rented, along with the parking spaces alotted. You should provide a map of the complex in the instructions with directions to the condo or condos rented. I tried to call the number provided to talk to somone but noone answered and they did not get back to me until the next day. The water pressure in the showers was not sufficient. Overall, good experience.

This was our second weeklong stay in this unit. Kona pacific is a very well maintained complex. Super easy access to town , beach , restaurants and weekend live entertainment. Can’t wait for our return visit.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The pool is literally down the hall, so the kids loved it. We walked down to Huggo's for dinner or had Mai Tai Flights across the street at the Royal Kona. Our house was clean and spacious. My wife needed to get a foam topper for our bed, but it seems we are the only humans that want soft beds when we travel. Thanks TARGET for having that in stock. Kitchen was well stocked so I could cook most anything I needed. Beach toys were well loved before we used them, but it all worked out great. Not happy the prices, in general, have tripled since the pandemic, but i guess its still worth it.

Wonderful property-Poor Management Company

Normally I would give this property five stars, but the management company is the reason for a lower rating. The condo was spacious,well furnished, and well equipped. It sits next to the street on the ocean side, first floor. The pool is right outside but there is little noise. The location made it very easy to get to parking, the pool, and exit to the street. Shops and restaurants are only a couple blocks away. The A/C units could not keep up with the afternoon sun from the ocean side so we had to keep the living room fairly dark. Ocean gear was appreciated although we did not use it. The management company started off by telling us that our reservation was not valid unless papers were not immediately signed. Upon arrival we received multiple unfriendly messages not to check in early. We had a SEWER GAS smell emanating from under the sink. It forced us to have the patio doors open at all times. The management company told us that this was an "ongoing issue". On our last day they offered to send the building manager which we declined because he had told us that it was not an ongoing issue and unique to our unit. As VRBO owners ourselves, we would have had a plumber there within hours. On departure they sent a message warning of FINES if the unit were not left clean enough. They constantly tried to get us to use their app and only book through them (not VRBO). Then they urged that no reviews be posted other than on their website, and excluding anything negative. Really?

Reunion with siblings

This place was selected since our sibling also has a condo here. It did not disappoint. The only comment was the air conditioner was very loud and made it difficult to talk while on the lanai due to the noise. We had 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was perfect. Couldn’t get much closer to downtown Kona and the market place since we didn’t have a car. Ocean view was perfect. Highly recommend this unit.

Hello, Kona Pacific was just what we needed for this trip. Easy access to the elevator and parking lot. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The outside patio dining table was perfect for dinner with a nice sunset after a day at the beach. The location was also convenient and felt very safe being there.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my stay was good. When I arrived to the unit my husband and I did a quick inspection to ensure all was well. We found that the window to the kitchen was ajar and the shower off the living room did not work. These are not deal brakers, but It would have been great if the management company to advised the aforementioned prior to our check-in so that we could have better managed our expectations. When I called the issues in, the management company advised that they were aware of the issues, however, they didn’t advise us. Transparency is key. Outside of those issues, the unit was nice and clean. During our last day inside the unit, individuals unbeknownst to us opened the front door, and that was scary. The management company advised prior to check-in that no one else would have access or our unit code to enter the unit, but that wasn’t the case. The individuals that opened the door were the owners and the handyman. I let them in but I was alarmed. They were there to fix the window, however, they wasn’t aware that someone was renting their unit at the time due to lack of communication on the management side, which is a deal breaker for me. I need to feel secured at all times.

There was also a cool brreze throughout the day so we didn’t need to use the a/c. Loved this location and unit. Will come back and use this location again

Family Hawaii Trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 6 stayed at this property and it was everything we expected. It was close to downtown Kona, which provided many dining and shopping options. There is a Walmart/Costco within 10 min drive to stock up on anything you should need during your stay. The place was clean and stocked with all supplies you should possibly need, especially for the beach. The rooms were spacious. Only knocks I could give them is no TV in the master bedroom and the map on the posting shows a hot tub in the community pool area but there is no hot tub (which I kind of assumed from the pictures). I'd stay here again and recommend to friends if ever traveling there!
