À propos de cet hébergement

Bel appartement central Montreux 30 kilomètres de la station de ski de Villars sur Ollon. Un balcon donne sur le Grand - Rue et offre une vue sur le lac Léman et les montagnes au-delà. Une terrasse sur le toit est également disponible pour une utilisation par les résidents. Restaurants, cinéma, boutiques et jardins au bord du lac sont tous facilement accessibles à pied.
Deux chambres doubles (chacune avec salle de bains) dormira confortablement 4 adultes et un lit de bébé est également disponible. Il ya un grand salon avec cuisine bien équipée. Verrerie et vaisselle sont abondantes que la nourriture et les vins locaux doivent être échantillonnés! Grand salon avec TV, lecteur DVD, lecteur CD, accès Internet, jeux et livres. Il ya un ascenseur vers et depuis l'appartement mais il ya un petit escalier menant à l'intérieur de l'appartement de la porte d'entrée pour le salon.
L'appartement est équipé avec sa propre machine à laver et sèche-linge, machine à café et presse-agrumes.
La belle ville de Vevey est à quelques minutes sur le trolley-bus qui longe le lac de l'extérieur de l'appartement, avec une multitude de magasins (grandes et petites) et un lac pittoresque promenade. Les trains offrent un tour panoramique dans les montagnes partent régulièrement de la gare de Montreux qui est à deux minutes à pied de l'appartement.

Excellent location in a lovely town of Montreux

We really like this place and have stayed there twice. The location is superb - unbeatable actually. Paula is a great host and Agnes, the manager very helpful. The apartment is clean and classy, and was great for a family or a couple. We will go back to this apartment someday.

Elegant and comfortable apartment in Montreux

My husband and I were very happy to stay in this elegant and spacy apartment during our ten days holiday in Montreux. The location is very convenient: it is just two minutes from the railway station and on the embankment promenade. Mornings and evenings we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a view to the lake. The apartment is very comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere.

Paula's apartment has everything you need. Clean, modern, the *best* shower with huge fluffy towels. Literally steps away from the train station and a stop on the main bus line. Friendly, helpful on-site property manager a definite plus. Be sure to get the "Riviera" card at the TI.. it makes all buses & trains in the region *free* and 50% off most attractions

Wonderful stay

Lovely apartment in a great and beautiful location. Very spacious well equipped. Paula was very quick in answering any question prior to us arriving at the apartment. Good high quality apartment with everything you would need and even a few provisions to start. Agnes the caretaker was also brilliant at helping and answering any questions. Location was close to port station and supermarket. We would definitely like to come back and will also be recommending to our friends and family.

Outstanding location

Superb location close to lakeside and beautiful promenade and between two of the most famous Belle Epoque hotels. Also very easy for train station on road behind apartment block for trains along lake and up mountain. Apartment very clean, modern and up to date with great lighting and surround sound speakers for listening to Swiss Jazz! Beds very comfortable and great bathrooms with excellent showers. Area stunningly beautiful and lots to see from trips to villages along lake and vineyards to mountain walks and the amazing view from Rochers-du-Naye. Paddlesteamer boat trip around end of lake highly recommended for a relaxing afternoon. Also many excellent restaurants in the area and very friendly, happy vibe everywhere.

Lovely Apartment with Great Amenities & Perfect Location

Paula’s apartment in Montreux fulfilled our needs perfectly. Being across the street from the train station made it perfect for taking day trips. The air conditioning in the kitchen/living room & fans in the bedrooms were much appreciated for the hotter than expected early September weather. Sipping a glass of wine on the balcony watching the sunset over Lac Leman was perfect for winding down from a busy day. And… being just down the street from the cafe, Le Cosy, made the location even better. We had the best cappuccinos, caramel cafe froid & almond croissants there! We hope to return to Montreux & stay at Paula’s lovely apartment again.

Fabulous place in the heart of Montreaux

The location of this property was incredible -- and so was the property itself. The private elevators to both street levels were amazing. Loved the balcony with its motorized awning. The kitchen was so well equipped, and sleek. The master bath was also amazing. This apartment epitomized swiss efficiency and design. Agnes, the concierge, was also very helpful with many different things. Always available and making sure that everything was ok. Our only issue was not having the right address for our gps since we were taking advantage of the private garage. Agnes quickly solved that for us.

Montreux Flat

Agnes the housekeeper went out of her way to greet us. TV doesn’t work, but in fairness to owner (Paula) she did warn us about this upfront and offer a refund . Unfortunately I couldn’t find any replacement properties 3 weeks out. The flat is spacious and has excellent WiFi. Unfortunately, there really isn’t any view of the lake, due to the trees that have grown. Beautiful views of the mountains though. The flat is in need of some TLC, as the A/C in the bedroom was not working, the ceiling in corridor had black bin liners taped to it(Which fell down) few other niggly things. Oh, and bring your own dishwasher and washing powder to clean,along with shampoo. Location is great. Paula is trying her best, but seems to be up against things happening.

Best place in Montreux

This is a very nice property in the middle of it all. Location was great. Places to buy food/alcohol are all within steps. Many great restaurants, all within steps. 45 Grill was fabulous. Irish pub a few more steps down was great, too. Train station right there. The front faces the busy street but the bedrooms are to the back and it’s quiet. Beds are comfy Showers work great Big sucken tub if the mood hits you The view is wonderful We cooked once, there’s plenty of nice pots/pans The place is secure and accessed by an elevator or escalator. Only stairs are into the apartment There is a nice stereo, radio only. You need to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels, cooking oil, etc There are random spices, sugar, coffee and tea. Not sure if stocked or left over. But it was nice. Bedroom has a stand up fan. Rare find in Europe. Private garage was easy and secure. I’d definitely stay here again!

Erste Sahne! Alles wirklich sehr comfortabel , grosszügig und viel mehr als zweckmässig. Sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche. Für uns nicht wichtig, aber für TV Liebhaber B&O Tv+ Audio, Klimaanlage und... haha, TV auf dem WC 😂 Region: Vielseitig und einfach schön. 1.August Feuerwerk vom Balkon aus: Grandios! Beste Lage zum Zentrum + Bahnhof, mit Privatlift sehr nahe! Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Amazing apartment!

El apartamento es mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos, completamente equipado, con una ubicación perfecta, con vistas al lago. Además cuenta con parking y la parte de atrás del edificio da directamente a la estación de trenes. La comunicación con Paula antes de llegar fue estupenda, nos informó por mail de todo y la recepción de Agnes también! Pasamos unos días geniales en Montreaux!!

Incredible views and central location

This was our first international trip with our toddler, and this apartment was a perfect fit for our family. The location was across the street from the train station and steps away from just about everything in town. My favorite feature of the apartment was the incredible mountain views from the living room windows. With those views, you really didn't even need to leave!

Two lovely weeks in Montreux

This lovely rental is perfectly situated just short steps from the train station (we never heard the trains from the unit). Groceries and restaurants were also just steps away. Enjoy a stroll along Montreux’s lovely lakefront or hop on a boat and take a ride around the tip of the lake. Paula was very quick to respond to our questions and requests and Agnes was also available anytime we sent a text. The views from the balcony are gorgeous. The apartment is well appointed and comfortable, and we looked forward to returning here at the end of a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this property.

Wunderschönes Appartement im Zentrum mit Seeblick

Zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof und an der Uferpromenade, mit toller Aussicht auf See und Berge. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, abends vom Balkon das Panorama genossen und das Treiben auf der Straße beobachtet (vom Verkehrslärm bekommt man aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts mit). Es gibt auch eine Dachterrasse mit Blumenbeeten in der Anlage, wo man auch sehr schön sitzen kann. Alle Geschäfte und Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Vielen Dank an Paula für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Beautiful apartment

We enjoyed the apartment a lot. Beautiful view, lots of space, all the appliances working. It's on the main road, but the soundproofing is absolute, you would not notice the road with the windows closed. Everything walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Perfect location.

Myself, my wife and 22 month old son stayed here for 6 nights at the end of September. The location was perfectly central to access everything in Montreux and very close to the train station (noise from trains could not be heard) so ideal also to explore the surrounding towns around the lake. There was both stairs and private elevator access (for the buggy). The owner provided a cot and high chair for our son also so ideal for a small family. It was clean and fully set up with everything you would need to stay for as long as you wanted. Spare towels and sheets provided and there was a washer and dryer if needed. There are 2 double rooms with en-suites and a large, spacious kitchen/dining area. The balcony (with a table and 4 chairs) over looked the promenade which was a 1 minute walk from the apartment. The location is also private and secure and I would highly recommend it.

This place was EVERYTHING WE WANTED AND MORE!

The views were AMAZING! The IKEA catalog furnishings were so beautiful and functional. The location was perfect for us, so close to the Lake, the market and transportation. We were right next to the train station so our commute was sooo easy. The bed was so comfortable in the master...best sleep I'd had in weeks. The tub was short but very deep so I enjoyed a few nice soaks and the shower was the best water pressure!! I really was heartbroken to leave this place. I only wish we could find a place just like it everywhere we travel! Thank you Paula for all your hospitality!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful neighborhood

Paula’s apartment is in a convenient and beautiful location (steps from the train station and close to the gorgeous lakeside promenade). It is very clean and the kitchen is beautifully designed with everything you’d need. The on-site parking garage is a great plus. The terrace has a fantastic view and is a great place for breakfast or an afternoon aperitif. Montreux is a great location. It’s a short drive to beautiful vineyards and less than two hours from the stunning Jungfrau region. Thank you, Paula for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

The perfect apartment in every way!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying in Paula’s apartment after we received a cancellation notice one day before we were supposed to arrive in Montreax of the apartment we had booked several months ago. After a very stressful and distressing day frantically trying to get another place we were so very fortunate to find this one. It turned out to be better than the other and we couldn’t have loved it more. This is one of those places you show up and the pictures do not at all do it justice. Every day I found more and more great details and comforts. The a/c worked great. The washer/dryer were a savior. The living area, including the kitchen were beautiful and very tastefully done - and extremely comfortable, immaculate and functional. Great sound system. The views were much better than in the pictures. Breakfast every morning on the balcony was a treasure to remember. No need for a car. You could walk to everything including the train station, 3 minute walk. Paula, the owner and Agnes, the property manager were there for us for any possible reason. I could go on and on but if you need a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in a fantastic gorgeous location at a very reasonable price, you cannot find a better place.

The view of the Lake and mountains which greets me every morning is quite breathtaking, and stepping out of the apartment into the centre of Montreux is always exciting. A really magical place.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The train from Geneva Airport runs every 30 minutes direct to Montreux and the apartment is literally across the road from Montreux Station, so transport is wonderfully easy. Also the bus to Villeneuve (in one direction) and Vevey (in the other direction) stops immediately outside the apartment and provides a lovely trip alongside the Lake.
