July 4th family vacation

Fantastic house at folly

We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean with spacious parking, easy 3 minute walk to restaurants and beach. The kitchen was well equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful and clean and in the perfect location. We loved the fenced yard for our kids and our dogs. The basketball hoop, hammock, and fire pit were great too. Plenty of room for the whole family and a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Will definitely stay again if we’re back in the area. Thank you!

Great stay

We had a great stay! The house was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The location of the house is great for walking to the beach and walking into town. Would definitely stay again...

Christmas beach staycation

House is perfect location to access beach and restaurants and shops. Great fenced yard for younger kids or pets. Parking for 3-4 cars in driveway. House was very comfortable for 10 people.

Best house

This house was immaculate. Super clean and in a great location to Center Street and the beach. The fenced in yard is great if you bring a dog with you. We had a fantastic week.

Perfect Urban Beach Getaway

We loved our time in Folly Beach! The house was the perfect respite from busy days in Charleston. Minutes from the beach, we could start and finish our day there, after the hustle of the city. The house was the ideal place to relax and recharge. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a divine couch. Next time I’m in Charleston, I’ll be staying here again!

End of summer blast

Great time relaxing on the beach only a very short walk away. Teen kids had a blast walking around town and eating out on there own.

Great property for kids/pet

No complaints; place was great. Loved the fenced in front yard/driveway area which allowed for privacy. Definitely recommend renting bikes on the island. House conveniently located to everything.

We live this house

We have stayed here a couple times, and hope to do so again in the future. It is a great location and the house is exactly as described. Super clean and well stocked. We hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful vacation at the Blue Pearl. The house was beautiful and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was close to town and the beach. And we loved the yard!

Wedding weekend

6 adults stayed comfortably in this house. Location was perfect. We specially enjoyed all the available outside decks and fire pit area. Basketball ball hoop was a plus. We took advantage of the credit for rentals and got a few bikes and cornhole. Would highly recommend this house.

Perfection

Our trip consisted of our family of 5 and our best friends family of 4. Ages ranged from 2-8. The house was perfect! Close to everything, including the beach. The fenced in property was a great addition to keeping 5 littles in the yard. Will definitely be revisiting!

Folly Fun

We enjoyed our week long get away to Folly. The house had a great lay out and the yard was very well done. We played corn hole and had fires in the fire pit! My only complaint was that the yard had lots of mosquitos and the basketball hoop pictured was missing. We will be back!

Family Spring Break

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 plus grandparents. The location is excellent for exploring the beach and local shops/restaurants. The kids enjoyed playing billiards and shooting hoops. Do be aware this house has several steps which was not any issue for our group but could potentially be a concern. The house was well stocked with everything needed for making meals at home plus a Kuerig machine for morning coffee. The fenced yard was a plus for privacy and for our dog. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Great house

House was just ask described and perfect for our needs. Some kitchen items required cleaning before use but it was well stocked. Furnishings were comfortable and easily accommodated our group of 6 adults. We could not figure out the rope lights on the porch steps so it was pretty dark at night until you got about halfway up the stairs. Kept forgetting to call and ask about them. Loved all the windows- made the rainy day much better. The yard was fantastic-, functional , private, and beautiful. We took advantage of the beach gear rental and got bikes-rode them every day! Great place- would have stayed for weeks!

Great house with many gathering spots!

We were two families with six kids between us. Five boys and one girl. We chose this house because of all the boy space!! Fire pit, basketball hoop, pool table room. Multiple porches to gather up on. Side deck with picnic table!! So-many-places! The living area, and the bedrooms were perfectly appointed. It was such a great experience. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner had extension cords around dressers that covered hard to reach plugs. The Wi-Fi was very strong. The whole weekend was so great. We live in Charleston and just wanted to get away to the beach. It was a perfect retreat. Thank you, so much!!
