4 chambres King Size, 2 autres chambres chacune avec 2 ensembles de lits superposés, dormir confortablement jusqu'à 16 lits, un peu moins de 4000 pieds carrés d'espace de vie, piscine privée 12x32 (ouverte de 4 / 15-10 / 25), bain à remous, salle de jeux avec piscine table, canapé, réfrigérateur pour les boissons, basket-ball et fers à cheval extérieurs, appareils de cuisine en acier inoxydable, 2 tables de salle à manger et tabourets de bar au comptoir - maison très spacieuse avec 4 ponts des deux côtés - 8 ponts au total. Great beach house

This house was perfect for our family vacation. We loved that we had a pool and a hot tub with the beach right there. It gave our big group many options for entertainment. We enjoyed our week and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Gorgeous vacation!

This house and location were perfect for our family vacation. You are truly away from it all! The views, sunsets and sunrises were breathtaking. The house was perfect for our large family with plenty of space and rooms. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The host made the entire stay easy. As an added bonus, we were able to see many of the beautiful horses. Magical location for sure!

Beautiful secluded house on the beach

“Away from it all” was a great vacation home for us. The kids, dog and adults had a wonderful time. It was our first time in Corova so getting to the house was different at first with driving on the beach, but we ended up loving that. We had horses in the yard the first day we got there, the kids loved that of course. The house is clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anybody if you have the chance to enjoy this house. The host was great, extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with. 5 stars!!!

We loved out Away-From-It-All family vacation week!

It was a far out of the regular area stay and we absolutely loved it. Not crowed on the beach, lovely provate pool, and got tub. Very comfortable beds and furniture. It was a relaxing retreat!

This was our second time at this house and it was awesome like usual. The quietness and privacy is bar none and we love how the house is setup. It was a great trip and location. Highly recommend the house!

Summer Vacation Getaway

This was our first time vacationing in Corolla & we really enjoyed the beauty and solitude of the area. Of course, seeing the wild horses was pretty amazing as well! Communication responses from Amy were quick, helpful, and always friendly. We had a really great vacation week!

Wonderful, spacious house, with all the necessary comforts and magnificent ocean views, and wild horses all surrounding. Fabulous rental with 360 views for horses, dolphins, and ocean. Pool and hot tub a huge bonus!

3 friend families rented and had a spectacular time! So spacious, amazing balconies and views, resort like pool, hot tub, dolphin watching, and wild horse sightings just to name some highlights. Away From It All did not disappoint! Awesome!!

Away from it all

The name of the house says it all. You can be as far away from people as you want or you can drive into town as much as you want to be on the go. The property was great and I would recommend anyone to check it out. We rarely decide before we leave a vacation that we will be returning but this house has us hooked. Looking forward to an annual trip with friends and family.

Away From It All

It definitely is away from it all. Once you get on the beach, you need to travel 10 miles up the beach to get to the house. It is 1 1/2 miles from the Virginia border. One of the perks is being able to watch the sunrise from the back of the house and the sunset from the front each day. Even though the owners have done many updates inside the property, the outside shows signs of age.

Away from it ain't all that

Not worth the amount of money charged. We expected better accommodations at the least one decent face cloth and towel if they could not afford them in all the baths maybe the master bath room at the least. Cost is much more than the property and accomodations has to offer.

The rug under the dining table is defraying. The half bath toilet clogs. I unclogged it with effort but it is not flowing freely. The basement is smelling musky. The house is very nice and we treated it with respect that you and it deserves.

Negatives; Door locks were not working very well. 1 middle level bedroom had no working sliding door lock. The was a 2x2 foot area of the floor in the bunk-room on middle level that was falling through. Outside shower was so full of stuff we didn't bother trying to use it. Pillow top mattress was a 1 inch thick pad. And the bed squeaked. Positives; Plenty of water pressure and hot water to shower. Pool was decent. Kitchen appliances were nice and worked well. Amazing views of the ocean.

Expected Better for the $

We arrived on Sat., June 10th. The decks were all covered in sand even at the front entrance. The stair railings were covered in dust. The carpet throughout the house was dirty. The main gathering room/kitchen/master suite was on the top floor. The air conditioner did not work. On Sunday, a service man came out, and could not fix the ac. Later that day, 2 window units were brought out and a floor cooler that took ice. Those 3 "ACs" did not cool the rooms. My husband & I could hardly walk into the bedroom during the day without sweating. The repairmen were out all day Thursday, June 15th. Our whole day was disrupted. When the unit was started, it blew black particles all over the dining table, our clothing, our computer, the bed. We could not find a vacuum. We had to ask the servicemen if we could borrow their shop vac. The jacuzzi in the master suite did not work. The ice makers in the 2 fridges did not work. The sheets for all the king beds were too small and came off the mattresses. The towels were paper thin. The list goes on and on. My family and I have stayed in several rentals for our family vacations/reunions. We have never had a bad experience until this trip. I feel when I pay this much money, the property owner/manager should make sure the customer has a very pleasant, memorable experience. My family & I will not be returning to this particular house. The beach is amazing. Can't say the same for the house

Family get together

The views, pool and comfort of the house was wonderful. We had room for everyone , and space for individuals to have alone time if needed. Kitchen had all amenities needed. The owner and management company were very responsive to any questions we had. Could have used a few more towels, which I understand were limited due to COVID. We were told in advance of the limited towels so could plan accordingly . We brought our own portable gas grill, since the property has a charcoal grill only. We saw wild horses and dolphins . Long walks on the beach,. The drive on the sand to the property had some of our group worried but our group of 5 vehicles managed the sand well. We coordinated showers, since the water pressure on the top floor is limited when water is used on the first 2 floors.. Matress comfort was good, except for ground floor bunks….used by adults .

Amazing stay and location?

Perfect for a family-babies and dogs included! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House has beautiful views for dolphin watching and very quiet end of the beach.

Relaxing

The property is magnificent. Breathtaking views, great beach access, nice hot tub, great pool. The house was equipped with all the essentials. The only down side is the access to the house from the beach; very far in and nerve-racking drives on the beach. Overall-- Loved it!!!

Wonderful Get Away!

We had a great time at Away From It All! Wonderful private location. Driving on the beach to get to the house bolsters the charm. My family truly enjoyed the beach, the horses and the comfy accommodations. We will be returning in the future! Communication with the owner was easy and open.

Great Get Away!

Easy process. Great location if you want privacy. Be prepared to drive on the beach. 4WD is a must! Entire family, including dogs had a great time playing on the beach. Great area to search for sea shells! We’ll be back! Great trip!!

On the 4 x 4 beach where the wild mustang horses roam, the dolphins play and where the shelling is plentiful and the views are the most magnificent of anywhere! This home is atop a dune with Views and More views and 4 balconies on the front and 4 balconies on the back of home facing the ocean, too! Large private pool, hot tub, game room with billiards, outdoor basketball and horseshoes, sleeps 16 and rest, peace and relaxation all away from it all! Come enjoy our Paradise!
