Maison récemment mise à jour qui a maintenant de beaux planchers de bois tous temps et des murs fraîchement peints la rendant lumineuse et aérée. Il y a un maître de taille spacieuse et deux autres chambres. Avec une grande cuisine américaine moderne entièrement équipée comprenant un coin repas et une salle à manger séparée, il y a beaucoup de place pour la famille. Un tel endroit idéal pour vos vacances en Floride. Cette maison est dans un emplacement privilégié pour les parcs et toute l'excitation de la zone Disney.

Amazing location!

We all had a lovely time. Property is located 5-10 minutes from restaurants and shopping. It is only 15-20 minutes from Disney. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was amazing at answering any questions I had. Very pleasant experience and will be booking again next time we travel to Florida!

Price was right

Nice house that fit the price. I have stayed in florida at homes. I picked this home because of the price... house has no back yard neighbors and pool gets full sun all day. Everything worked in the home as it should and it had everything we needed. House was not perfect but for the price you cant go wrong

Great Disney location at a great price.

Overall, we had a nice stay. The things that were broken in the house did not affect our vacay. My family's only real complaint was that the beds were uncomfortable. Other than that, it's a nice home in a convenient location.

Frustrating Experience: Foul Smells, Unmet Expectations, Excessive Charges, and Intolerable Beds

My recent stay at this property left me frustrated, and I share my disappointments for the benefit of future guests. Despite acknowledging the hosts' efforts, numerous aspects fell short. First off, the total amount paid was nearly double the listed price, attributed to mandatory insurance and additional fees. While I understand these charges, the dissatisfaction compounded the frustration with the high costs. Adding to the disappointment was the hosts' inability to accommodate a reasonable request for an extra person over the weekend. Many places provide extra cots, but this option was unavailable here. From persistent urine odor to maintenance issues like a missing faucet and worn-out furnishings, the atmosphere was far from ideal. Towels and blankets did not smell clean. Practical inconveniences, including a dishwasher with missing parts and worn-out skillets, added discomfort. Moreover, the beds were surprisingly uncomfortable, affecting sleep quality. Comfortable bedding is a basic expectation, and unfortunately, it was sorely lacking during my stay. In light of these challenges, my guests chose not to stay, underscoring the overall discontent. I share this feedback with the hope of prompting improvements. Every guest deserves a transparent and comfortable experience, and my intention is to provide an honest account of my stay. I trust the hosts will consider this feedback constructively for the benefit of future guests.

good place for small family

inside was very clean, there enough space for small family to spread out indoor. the pool is quite dated and the furniture is a little rusted. There is also a grill which is nice. Inside furniture is in good condition, everything indoor in general is very clean. our family was comfortable while we were there.

Long-awaited family holiday

The property provided everything we could have hoped for, we enjoyed a fantastic holiday. As past reviews also highlight, whilst the villa is superficially clean a lot of the fixtures are certainly dated and really would benefit from being updated; nothing to detract overall from our stay. The location is great - easy access to Disney and a wide choice of restaurants nearby.

A wonderful, extended stay

We really enjoyed our time at this house. The house is located very well for all things in Orlando area, including the Theme Parks (especially Disney). Everything is within reach. Tip: If US192 gets too crowded in the mornings to go to Disney, just take Lindfields Boulevard south to Funie Steed Road and take this to the east. Then take either Entry Point -> Sherberth Road (especially for Animal Kingdom) to enter Walt Disney World, or return to US192 via Morgan Williams Road and follow the Disney World signage from there. The house has a nice layout and a big pool. It's equipped quite well, some equipment could need some renewal though. Overall, the house is in need of some better maintenance and repairs, but nothing too serious, and the property manager tries to do everything she can to get approval from the owner for new stuff. Upon our arrival, the cleaning of the house was ok, but a good deal away from being perfect. But I have to take into account when writing this, that we moved to the house from our previous hotel on the day of Hurricane Ian and the property manager made it possible that we could go to the house about 4 hours before the normal check-in time. So the housekeeping team for sure did not have the usual time span to clean the place and also had other properties to clean before they had to go home earlier as usual to be safe from the upcoming hurricane. That's why I don't really mind that not everything was perfect. I wouldn't even have deducted any stars for cleanliness for this, as it was understandable. The 2 stars I have deducted from this rating are more for the maintenance issues, as there is no single rating for maintenance, and some things really have to be renewed. What I want to point out, especially on my review is the communication with the property manager, Jackie. She did an amazing job. Not only while we were staying at the house, but also before we even booked. When I needed some info for medical reasons, she went beyond what one can expect to get me the info I needed very quickly (no other property management company did this). This high level of perfect communication stayed the same during all of our trip. We thought about overall rating this house with only 4 stars due to the maintenance issues mentioned, but it was Jackie's high quality support during all of your stay that made up for all of this and made us decide to give an overall rating of 5*.

Great stay!

The property is very nice and the pool was very warm. The kitchen needs some work half of the burners on the stove were not functional and only one side of the toaster worked. The pots, pans, and plates have over stayed their welcome. The property was a little dirty when we arrived. There was a grill which wasn’t included in the description so that was nice. The outlets seemed to not work in the spare bathroom as well. Overall it was a great stay just wished we could have done more cooking :)

Stay at Linfields

All was fine, nice house but some things need to be fixed (stove and toaster were partly broken), some more lights in the bed rooms, further all good, nice pool, quite area.
