Notre condo est parfaitement situé au 2e étage donnant directement sur la plage et les piscines extérieures. Évitez les ascenseurs et garez-vous directement à cet étage. Nous avons également une serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé afin que vous n'ayez pas à garder de clés pendant votre séjour! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou à travers les fenêtres du sol au plafond dans toute l'unité. Avec plus de 2600 pieds carrés, la propriété de vacances est très spacieuse et confortable. Aucune dépense n'a été épargnée pour transformer ce condo en un lieu de vacances à la plage parfait avec tous les nouveaux meubles de grandes lignes comme Four Hands, Furniture Classics, Universal, Pottery Barn et Restoration Hardware. Nouveaux matelas, téléviseurs, éclairage, inventaire de cuisine, peinture et rideaux aussi!

Les commodités sont abondantes dans ce condo Phoenix West: l'unité est équipée d'appareils électroménagers de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'une télévision SMART à écran plat de 65 pouces dans le salon et d'une télévision SMART à écran plat de 55 pouces dans le maître, téléviseurs HD 2e, 3e et 4e chambres, buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Il y a un lit king size dans le Master, un lit superposé complet et double sur les lits superposés dans la 2ème chambre, un lit king-size dans les 3e et 4e chambres. Nous avons également un canapé-lit dans le salon pour dormir jusqu'à 14 personnes.

Will rent again!

Absolutely loved the property, amenities, unit and its location. We had a large group and there was plenty of space for everyone without feeling crowded.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit! We had 4 families here throughout the week and had plenty of room! That patio was our favorite! It was massive with plenty of space to spread out! Being on the second floor made for easy access to the unit when we were in a hurry being able to use the stairs! The kitchen had everything you could possibly want for your stay! We will be back next year with more family!

Orange Beach Condo

Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was very nice. It was clean and conveniently located on the 2nd floor. We had some plumbing problems (toilet overflowed) and management had to come up and run a very loud fan for awhile, one of the burners on the stove didn't work, we couldn't find the ice scoop, and the back bedroom bed was incredibly loud. Every time you moved on the bed it would squeak very loud. It was very spacious and clean as I said above.

2nd flour beats all

Having kids from 1-12 with us made the second floor condo perfect for watching them play in pool right below our balcony. And using side stairwell to avoid elevator was beneficial as well fir all those trips to get what kids forgot. Loved the condo. Plenty of room all of us to stretch out. Will definitely consider exact condo again for another getaway.

Spacious condo and great location

The condo was spacious and the location on the 2nd floor was great so we didn’t need to take the elevator. We loved the large patio and having 5 bathrooms. The condo building was located in a nice spot to walk to a few places. The condo itself does need a deep cleaning. Our feet were black the entire week from the floors. The bathrooms needed extra cleaning when we got there that we did ourselves. The living room ceiling had a lot of dust on it. Many of the walls and doors were really dirty. We were also woken by a garbage truck or construction at 4am. Overall, it fit our 6 adults and 4 kids.

Great location!

We made a short detour to Gulf Shores on our way to Florida for our annual family trip. The corner unit has a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and you can see the beach as well. The best part was being on the second floor. There were always lines to the elevator, and we just walked up a flight of stairs. The space was well furnished, and the beds were comfortable. The unit does need a deep clean. Including the doors, trim/baseboards, carpets and vents. You should definitely read the details very carefully as very little was provided. A starter supply truly means that. If you’re staying more than a day, be sure to have additional trash bags, soap, detergent, etc. Specifically, no beach towels, so be sure to bring your own. There was definitely lots for my teenage boys to do. The beach was busy, staff was very friendly, Specifically Anthony at the front desk. We would return, but it was a bit pricey for the unit and what it had to offer.

Very average condo rental unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The linen service used for this unit is horrible. The towels and hand towels were extremely old, thin and felt like sandpaper. The kitchen could have had a few more utensils to prepare a meal. There were a few light bulbs that needed replacing and the TV remotes needed batteries and were missing battery covers. The toilet seat was broken in the master bedroom and standing in the corner when we arrived. Nothing major wrong with the unit, it just needs some attention. The condo association needs to enforce rules regarding drinks / food in the pool. Regarding parking, it was a nightmare for us. No spaces are marked corresponding to the units owned / rented so it is first come, first serve and the spaces are very small. We had to park on the 14th floor several times for a 2nd floor condo unit.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived all the outside furniture was still inside. We had to take it out. The ice maker didn’t work and was disgusting. I liked being on the second floor. However I did not like being woke up every morning by 6:30 by the garbage and trucks right below us. This condo is directly over where the trash is picked up and they pick it up early every day. The batteries in the bedroom remote were dead. The floors were dirty. The master shower wasn’t as clean as it could have been. There is a very aggravating sound coming from the bathroom in the room with the bunk beds. My daughters feet were nasty after walking on them. We needed this get a way but wasn’t impressed with this unit. This was the worst experience we have had at a Phoenix property.

There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and the fact that every bedroom has a bathroom is a huge plus. The location of this unit in the building is perfect to not have to use the elevator and it's right next to the doors for the parking garage and the stairs. We found that very convenient. The unit could use some detail cleaning/maintenance, but was fine overall. We do wish the bunk room had a ceiling fan or floor fan to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Great space!

We really enjoyed our time in this unit! A couple of needed items to help make it cleaner/ready would have been a unit broom (no way to sweep up sand!), light bulbs needing to be changed out in couple of the bathrooms, and middle room’s screen door wasn’t working properly. Also the smaller shower head in largest master bathroom was broken. Overall we had a really wonderful time!

Perfect location

Everything was great. We had our family from 1 year old to 50’s and it was nice for all of us. Didn’t love paying for parking but at least they had space for all 3 of our cars. Loved walking up 1 flight of stairs to our room. No dealing with elevators.
