Magnifique condo d'une chambre récemment rénové. l'unité inférieure s'éloigne de la piscine inférieure. Ce magnifique condo est au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue magnifique sur la montagne West Maui. à quelques pas de la zone d'herbe grande ouverte du barbecue. Le lit King size est très confortable, le salon a un nouveau canapé / lit queen. La connexion Internet par le téléviseur est Spectrum High speed et est absolument GRATUITE. Nous avons également un modem sans fil. La cuisine est remplie d'ustensiles, casseroles et poêles, cafetière, grille-pain, micro-ondes, mixeur. Ventilateurs de plafond dans la chambre et le salon. TV écran plat en LR et chambre. Climatiseur NEUF dans la chambre. Le magnifique parc de la plage de Kamaole 3 élu «meilleur endroit pour regarder le coucher de soleil» se trouve juste en face. Chaque soir, le 'Hale Kamaole Conch Band' fait exploser ses coquillages alors que le soleil disparaît, vous pouvez vous amuser avec la coquille de conque dans l'unité alors que les décors se profilent à l'horizon. Les îles de Molokini, Kaho'olawe et Lanai sont bien visibles à l'ouest. Le complexe Hale Kamaole dispose de deux piscines, de deux barbecues au charbon à 4 stations, d'un court de tennis et d'un grand terrain gazonné sur lequel les enfants peuvent jouer. Si vous avez des enfants, c'est une excellente unité pour les éloigner de la rue. Les enfants jouent dans la zone centrale de l'herbe, mon unité offre une vue magnifique pour garder un œil sur les plus petits.

Belle unité inférieure # 175 près de la piscine, du barbecue, des courts de tennis et en face de l'océan. nouvelle salle de bain et TV écran plat. Wailea Resort de classe mondiale avec commerces, restaurants, tennis et trois terrains de golf est à environ cinq minutes en voiture. Il y a aussi 2 autres terrains de golf à moins de 10 minutes en voiture.

Great accommodation

We have stayed in 3 other units in Hale Kamaole and this one was by far the best, it was very clean and well looked after.It was well stocked with all kitchen utensils and had newer beach chairs and umbrellas Location was great being so close to the beach (and pool) and we had a fantastic view of the ocean We look forward to next yearThank Gail for everything

Family get away

Great location and clean, practical property. We loved our time here. Gail was great to work with to help us with small things with our stay and was easy to get a hold of. Cant wait to come back. The condo had a pack and play style portable crib, which we used instead of bringing our own. This was super helpful for us.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was well-stocked and very clean. It was also very convenient to restaurants and great beaches. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and very kind. We would defintely stay here again.

Gail, the owner, was so nice and helpful when my husband and I were evacuated due to the Lahaina fires. Her condo is lovely. It was very clean and had everything that we needed since we left Lahaina quickly taking very little with us. I highly recommend this property. It was super clean, remodeled and well appointed.

Perfect stay

We had a great time staying at Gail's place. It was beautifully decorated, clean and in a great location in Keihi. This was our 4th trip to Maui and probably our most favorite stay. For any questions we had, Gail was quick to respond. Waking up to a beach view could not have been more enchanting. Thank you Gail for making this a memorable family vacation!

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location

Gail’s condo couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Feet from the best beaches on Maui. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need for a paradise stay. The ground floor makes it feel like the entire lawn is yours. Gail has the gift of hospitality, great communication and on top of everything. We would love to stay again!

Spectacular Condo & location

Beautiful, super clean condo with everything we could have wanted. It has a well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for us to cook & BBQ. Plus tons of supplies for the beach- masks, snorkels, fins, chairs and coolers. We watched sunset every night at beach across the street- the end to a perfect day. We would definitely stay at this comfortable and stylish condo again! Highly recommend.

Perfect location, comfortable bed, and accommodating host.

This condo is located in a great spot in Keihi, right across the street from the beach. The decor is very nice and there are many items in kitchen to make it functional and comfortable. Gail gave us a really late check out and that was appreciated given our flight was at 11 pm. I would recommend this property to anyone that is looking to rent a 1 bedroom condo.

Beautiful condo next to the beach!

Loved staying here! We have stayed in Kihei at Hale Kamaole Co-op many times over the years, this was by far our favorite condo. A little pricier since it’s updated, but updates are super nice and for us was worth it. Lanai closet is stacked with outdoor/beach goodies. The unit was very comfortable, slept great in the big bed. Hopefully it’s available next time we visit the island! 10/10 recommend.

The Perfect Family Beach Side Condo

The suite has recently been updated. The huge kitchen counter was perfect for the kiddos to have a quick lunch and race back to the beach. We loved the ground unit, and the grassy area in front of the lanai felt like and extension to our area. The fact that the beach was across the street was perfect for everyone. We loved the evening grilling with the neighbours at the amazing communal grilling station. The unit had all the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and snorkel gear you could ask for. Everything about this suite was thought out. We can't wait to book for next year! Gail has a great condo, and working with her was a pleasure.

The property was just as pictured - in a great location and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Took off one star as security did not meet our expectations. The patio door was unlocked when we arrived which made us uncomfortable, and then a mix up with the property manager led to another customer entering our property while we were sleeping. This was unfortunate as it put a negative end on an otherwise great stay.

Great Overall

Overall, very much enjoyed our stay at Gail’s place. It was a perfect space for two people. The listing was very accurate to what is stated online. Great location - perfect for day trips exploring all over Maui, as it’s very central. Also right across the road from a great beach park and the complex has a great pool just outside the back door. Kitchen is very well equipped, and we appreciated the cooler provided along with the beach chairs, umbrella and ice packs. Gail was very quick to respond to all questions. We might have missed it, but it would be good to have some sheets with pertinent info regarding where to find things, where to take the garbage, etc. Also, it wasn’t terrible but not quite up to the cleanness I would expect in my own home - the kitchen and bathroom could use a little extra elbow grease. Also, I know it’s been mentioned in other reviews and it’s not something that Gail can help, but truthfully we thought the noise upstairs was being exaggerated. We were surprised to find, it was not. We’re early to bed and start our day pretty early so morning noise wasn’t so much of a problem, but if we did want to sleep in, that wouldn’t be possible. And even with earplugs you couldn’t block out the sound of people walking around and up and down the stairs.

It pains me to leave this review, but it is what I would hope to hear before traveling to Hawaii and staying at this property. First off the property has been completely updated. It looks beautiful and as pictured. With that being said, there are some things that are left out here from the listing. no code was ever left or communicated to me by Gail for the pool. I had to receive that from a generous neighbor. Also was never explained that I had a check a car in which I only realized after receiving a warning notice. Unfortunately, it seems that these are investment properties with very little thought to the actual people that rent them. The property is gorgeous but unfortunately has a roach problem. I understand roaches are common place in Hawaii but not to the point where they’re crawling on you in your sleep. I communicated this to the owner so she would at least have the opportunity to make corrections. All I received was a phone number and ask for a phone call to explain further. After I did explain further, there was no communication back. I see that there’s two properties owned by this party so I believe this is more or less an investment opportunity not really caring about the occupants in question. Again, I really prefer not to leave a review like that. I try to be proactive and communicate with the owner but that just didn’t seem to be an option again looks are beautiful but heavy roach problem.

The perfect Maui getaway

This property is spot on with the listing. Gail was a fantastic host and very responsive, she was also easily accommodating given we had itinerary changes due to airline delays. What can I say, everything we felt we needed to really make the most of our stay, we already had in the unit. I cooked at least one meal per day, the kitchen was fully stocked with basic herbs/ spices and cookware and had anything I could’ve asked for. Extra pillows, towels and bedding with lots of storage space in the bedroom. The hand steamer for clothes was a really nice surprise, as we had a couple of fancy dinners while there and it made our suitcase wrinkles quickly disappear! Google account linked to the “Hi Google” smart device was nice for atmosphere music, and smart tvs allowed you to input your own accounts for prime, Netflix, YouTube, etc. The main tv is huge and was great, though we had problems connecting to the bedroom tv due to network latency and it just seemed to be an older tv. Swapping that out with a more modern unit or Apple TV would definitely be an easy investment for a future upgrade, but was not a big deal. The A/c unit in the bedroom worked well, a bit loud but pretty standard. Both doors also had screens, with fans in the living room and bedroom keeping the air circulating nicely. Washer/dryer onsite was great and worked fine. The patio looked out over the Western volcano in the distance, was steps away from the pool and literally a 1 minute walk to Kamaole park, where dozens of people would gather every night to enjoy the sunset. Close to many local beaches, the outdoor storage area had beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, hard and soft coolers, and other gear. I ended up using most of it, super handy to bring a packed lunch on a days excursion, or bring drinks and ice to the beach. Don’t forget to bring your own shade! Hale Kamaole is a nice looking neighborhood and parking was never an issue. The unit is on the first floor and only second unit in from the street, so very easy to get in/out of. A handful of restaurants and shops are less than half mile walk up the road for easy access, and only a 5 minute drive into Wailea. Couldn’t recommend Gail’s place more, the location, amenities and closeness to our own group activities played a big part of our 8 night Maui adventure… which was epic! We would definitely rent here again - 5 stars across the board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour passé à Valmorel. L’appartement est propre, bien décoré, chaleureux, et les équipements modernes. L’espace est très bien optimisé. Le Bourg (commerce et restaurants) et la piste de luge sont accessibles à pied. Le télésiège altispace est directement accessible à ski. La station est familiale et vivante. Il ne nous a rien manqué. La communication est très facile avec le propriétaire. Très bonne expérience.
