Perfect pool

Hands down the pool area is the best feature of the property. Its in the sun the majority of the day but the umbrella table and covered patio give shaded options too.

Great Family Home

We were a family of 5 visiting other family for Christmas. The house has a beautiful kitchen. The pool and pool area were very nice. Beds were comfortable. Very roomy and a nice outdoor patio with seating.

Great location Easy bike riding to beach. Pool fabulous and warm. Just a few minor items that needed fixing or were missing; office fixed quickly. Would have like a few Keurig cups to get us started but otherwise all the items to hold us before grocery were provided.

Great Week on Vanderbilt Beach!

The property exceeded our expectations. The beds (although in pics look sparse) were quite comfortable—updated kitchen and bathrooms. Linai and the pool were great. We paid extra for the heated pool, and it was very nice. We were only 5 minutes (by car) from Vanderbilt beach and found the public parking garage reasonable and convenient. The Mercato center had many excellent restaurants and was less than 10 minutes away. One night we had six people and it would have been nice if the couch was a rollout. We really enjoyed our time.

July 4th Weekend 2022

Enjoyed the house, the canal, and the area. Very comfortable home, away from home. Management was very pleasant and helped us with our needs. I would have preferred though if the pool, as well as, outside area would have been cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to pick up dry poop from pool deck from prior rental. Overall, I would rent the house again.

Last minute reservation

We originally rented another house for this vacation and were advised within 48 hours of leaving home that the house flooded and our reservation was canceled. We scrambled to find another rental in the Vanderbilt Beach area and this was the ONLY rental available. I will admit I was worried - why was this house not rented during this very popular time frame (Spring Break). Taking a leap of faith we rented this house and were pleasantly surprised. The house is in a great location and close to the beach, grocery and the Mercato. We rented bikes and rode to the beach (20 minute walk or less than 10 minute bike ride) most days. The pool heater was recently replaced (previous review said the pool was cold) which kept the pool at a perfect 85 degrees- daily pool heating fees is $40 per day. The property manager was exceptionally responsive when we reached out to her regarding an issue with the wifi password and when we wanted to extend our checkout to accommodate a late return flight home - $75 per 3 hours. The house has a great layout - open concept with large kitchen and living/ dining room. The pool area provided the perfect amount of shade and or sun for each member of our family with 5 lounger chairs and an outdoor dining table - seating for 4. The kitchen was recently renovated and has a new large sofa in the living room. There is a large TV in the living room but we never turned it on. The house provided new bathroom towels and pool towels. This house has a lot of potential - A great layout, location and pool but honestly if they hired an interior designer and replaced a lot of the furnishings this would be a great house. The furniture felt more like a collection of left overs or hand me downs. I hate saying this because we did have a great vacation and we were happy in the house - also I realize this is a personal preference and the house was just as advertised.

Wonderful!

Our stay here was so nice and comfortable. Nicely stocked with towels, beach chairs, etc., even a nice array of seasonings and spices! Location is great….lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was amazing! We had a minor issue with the pool and it was taken care of promptly, and when the air conditioning broke, someone was there that night to access the problem and came back the next morning to fix it. We’re totally satisfied. One minor flaw…..you don’t have access to the garage and our car got really hot outside in the sun.

Overall, the property was wonderful.

We loved the house, impeccably clean, interior updated nicely, beds very comfortable. The property management team prior to, and during the stay were all very attentive, very nice, easy to work with. Being able to text the management team was so nice, they responded very quickly. We had to call to get the beach towels, chairs, and cooler that were to be provided, but arrived very quickly after the call. We rented bikes from Naples Cyclery (as recommended by management team) - very, very worth it, we used them each day, prices and bikes were great. Kitchen is very well equipped, very clean. A few things should be noted: The pool temp when heated is still only 72 degrees, not swimmable, cold as the ocean in December. They did refund the amount paid for pool heat, however. The outside lights at the dock are not available, as the owner does not want people out there for insurance reasons (understandable, just should be aware, as there are pics on the listing.) Garage is also unavailable, just to keep in mind. (Although the neighborhood is very safe).

Sunny Daze Spring 2021

We liked this house very much. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the pool, grill and deck. There was also a problem with the pool heater. Live Rite Vacations was on top of any problem. They definitely deserve five stars. I would recommend this house for groups up to six.

Good Location Some Shortfalls

Sunny Daze was pretty much as advertised. The house was in good condition with the inside very clean. The pool area needs some TLC as there is some mold on the walkways and patio area and the pool level declined every day. Dont bother with the pool heat as it is not a good value for the heat you get. The street along side the house is very busy with road noise most of the day, and the lot across the canal is open and people let their dogs relieve themselves all day long there so be aware of both. No TV in the master bedroom and make sure you know all your passwords for Netflix/Roku etc as the TV cable only gets 4 channels. The management company was responsive to my needs and did well to take care of us. All in all not a bad house but would not stay there again.

Very pleased at this home!

This was a delightful home for our getaway from the Chicago winter during a pandemic! The home was clean and well kept. The minor issues of a dyeing hair dryer and incomplete kitchen supplies were remedied by Danielle immediately. As well as the power wash of the pool deck that needed to be completed. She was incredibly responsive, although it would have been nice if these hadn't come up. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we had all the kitchen cooking and dining supplies that we needed. We appreciated the beach chairs that were supplied. The pool was cared for by a very nice "pool guy". FYI, in late February, we noted that we had sun in a small corner of the pool deck. If you expect full sun all day, this is not the house for you! Also, be aware that even though the pool is screened, very tiny spiders are very busy making webs. I just cleaned them up with the broom that was left for us on the lanai......no big deal. We would recommend this house!

Found out upon arrival that boat dock can’t be used despite booking it for that reason. We were also informed garage is not accessible. Pool area full of spider web and pool light not working. Bugs through out house, flying ants all in Master bathroom and sinks. Steve was great! We felt bad having to keep calling him back so I decided to hang shower closure back up in guest bathroom my self. So many little things it’s hard to remember it all. We wish them the best but we don’t recommend it nor will be renting this house again.

Great Stay in Naples

Very cool in Vanderbilt

The property turned out to look better than in the photos. The kitchen, outdoor lanai, and pool were by far the main highlights of this property. The space lends itself to either a relaxing or a fun time with family or friends. We enjoyed cooking dinner together, barbecuing in the outdoor terrace, and having refreshments by the pool every day of our stay (there is a table with a tiki umbrella in the pool)! There was a little hiccup during the check in process but the property manager resolved it quickly. The beds were comfortable for the exception of the master bedroom which felt a bit too firm and somewhat small for two adults. The only suggestion I would give for the future is to be more mindful of hosing down the outdoor screen and loungers as Southwest Florida tends to have a few bugs in the summers. But overall we had an amazing stay at The Conners and would definitely go back.
