Ce magnifique condo 1 chambre King, 2 salles de bains spacieuses au 6e étage est entièrement rénové et mis à jour avec un décor côtier charmant et chic. C'est le parfait "chez soi loin de chez soi" et vous attend pour profiter de vos vacances à la plage! Ce condo haut de gamme a été entièrement refait avec de beaux nouveaux planchers de vinyle de luxe partout, des appareils en acier inoxydable, de nouveaux meubles et un nouveau surmatelas en gel! Vous apprécierez la glace dans la porte du congélateur, la cuisine entièrement équipée avec une cafetière Keurig, une étagère à épices, du sel et du poivre et un tout nouveau mélangeur pour votre usage! Il y a beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, de vaisselle et de verrerie à utiliser au cas où vous prévoyez de rester et de cuisiner un repas fabuleux! Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour complet, y compris des dosettes de café, des édulcorants, des sacs à ordures, des savons et des shampooings, beaucoup de serviettes, un panier à linge, des cintres assortis, un porte-bagages, une planche à repasser et une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre usage.

This is our second time to stay. It’s our favorite. Clean, beautifully decorated and conveniently located to our needs. We split our days between the beach and then the pool. Teresa is easy to reach out to if you have any questions and provided all we needed to enjoy our stay. Obviously not our first and won’t be our last stay.

Beautiful condo and well stocked.

Teresa was so easy to work with, and I've never stayed in a condo that was stocked as much as this one. It was beautiful. Me and my family got three condos at this resort, and mine was the best one.The bed was so comfortable. Loved all the decor. The only thing I didn't like about this resort, was the parking garage across the street and having to take two different elevators and escalator to get to our room. Teresa did explain the best way to unload our luggage and where to go. It was very helpful to us. I saw some people struggling on where to go. I would definitely stay here again and book this condo.

Perfect!

The condo was just as good as we were led to believe. Right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. The condo was very clean, spacious, and everything looked updated. Several convenient items such as extra towels, soaps, shampoos, dishwashing packs. We have been going to Panama City Beach for 15 years and this has been our favorite condo. Definitely booking again if possible.

Beach Getaway

The condo was tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained. From the living room to the bedroom and the bathrooms, every corner of the condo reflected a high standard of cleanliness. The kitchen was spotless and the bathrooms shone, making our stay extremely comfortable. The condo was very well-stocked, with every essential one could think of. Whether it was kitchen appliances, utensils, or cleaning supplies, everything was readily available, which made our stay incredibly convenient. The attention to detail in this condo was impressive. Small yet significant items like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, extra blankets, and pillows were all available, which added to the overall comfort and ease of our stay. It was these little things that made a big difference, making us feel at home. A particularly nice touch was the inclusion of beach chairs. This thoughtful gesture added to the overall beach condo experience, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful ocean view in ultimate comfort. This beach condo exceeded our expectations in every way, perfect for anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Home Away From Home

Our family of 4 had such a wonderful time here. The weather wasn't beach material, but we made the use of our place and facilities. Teresa was very communicative throughout, it was easy to check-in/check-out, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, etc. I can't wait to come here again. Everyone were right about how Teresa made all the small details convenient for us. Some notes for future guests: - No need to park at the unloading/loading side. It'll be hard to cross the busy street for parking. Just go straight to the parking lot b/c there will be a lot of carts on each floor to use. - Beach attendant is rarely at their post. We can never get a beach chair/umbrella b/c of this and just take over other people's chairs/umbrellas after they leave. I was told that they open at 8 AM and will stop taking names at 3 PM. However, for those that already reserve, it will remain on the beach until the guests leave for the day (how my family were able to use them). - Runaway Island down the street will take you at least 50 minutes of waiting whether you go put in your name at 5 PM or 7 PM for dinner. - Great donut down the street called A'more Donuts. Foods such as pizza is cheaper than the one near the seafood market. Seafood market has coupons. You'll just have to look for them. - Target and Walmart are very busy and shortages of stock due to being the only ones near the area on Hwy 98. - There's a great restaurant called Salty Sue's on Hwy 98

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay right before spring break. The area was starting to get geared up and ready for the travelers. It was nice to be there before all of the crowds. Great location with places to shop and eat and walking distance! Communicated with the owners a few times and had very quick responses. If you were looking for a place with lots of extras, like soaps and detergents and lotions and coffees and sandwich bags and other things you may not have thought of, you are looking at the right place! Wonderful views of the sunset over the ocean, of course!

Great condo right on the water

Very clean and well stocked condo right on the gulf of Mexico. Everything was as described. We have stayed at at Emerald beach condos for the last 10 years and this was the cleanest condo with everthing you may possibly need. From the kcups in the kitchen to the batroom shampoos, I don't think we ever had such a well stocked place. Unit is on the 6th floor so very short elevator ride and you are on the beach and have use of the beach chairs the owner provides as well. The 3 resort pools are open (the beachfront one was remodeled last year). Starbucks was on site and there was also a large gym. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would.

We’ve stayed here before, and we were happy to return. The unit is very well appointed-with everything from a well-stocked kitchen to nice linens & comfy furniture, We meet friends at this complex every year; we all agree that this is the best unit any of us have rented! The property was amazing. The Owner was by far the kindest person. She made sure that we didnt have a care in the world. All you need to pack is food and clothes. Absolutely LOVED our stay.

Everything We Needed

Nice clean room, exactly as listed. Had all the little things you might forget, paper towels, dish liquid, aluminum foil, shampoo, lotion even sunblock, etc. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. Would definitely rent from this owner again.

I first came to Panama City Beach back in 1994 and fell in love with the powder white sand and emerald green water. I vacationed there many times since then and always dreamed of having a second home there that would eventually become my retirement home. My dream is now a work in progress!

I have stayed at many properties along the beach but Emerald Beach Resort always stood out as a true resort experience. The amenities, the cleanliness, the staff, the location, and the condo floor plans all contributed to this complex being at the top of my list. I am very lucky and blessed to be among those that are able to own a piece of this paradise!
