Une retraite à la plage à Ocean Park! Courte distance de marche de la magnifique plage de sable blanc de 11 km et du centre de Ocean Park. Cette charmante maison a été récemment rénovée. Détendez-vous dans une maison avec de beaux planchers de bois franc, une salle à manger pouvant accueillir huit personnes et une cheminée. Profitez d'une cuisine moderne et lumineuse entièrement équipée. Il y a deux salles de bains - une avec douche et l'autre avec baignoire. Trois chambres dont un roi, un double, deux jumeaux. Le canapé dans le salon est un canapé pleine grandeur. La chambre principale est magnifique! C'est une grande pièce avec un lit king size et une télévision et dispose également d'un joli salon avec terrasse privée. Profitez de votre café du matin et de votre journal ou de vos cocktails après une journée à la plage. Vous trouverez tous les équipements que vous pouvez imaginer, y compris Internet haut débit, barbecue au gaz, laveuse et sécheuse, télévision 32 pouces avec câble et grande salle familiale. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans une région de vacances idéale pour les familles!

À une courte distance de marche, vous apprécierez le centre d'Ocean Park avec son salon de crème glacée, son magasin de bonbons penny, son restaurant, sa boutique de souvenirs, ses courts de tennis et son jeu de palets.

Promenez-vous sur la plage jusqu'à Ferry Beach, à proximité - ou, pour une promenade un peu plus longue - à pied jusqu'à Old Orchard Beach. Sauveteurs en devoir en juillet et août. Détendez-vous sur une magnifique plage de sable fin. Profitez de la pêche matinale ou nocturne, de la collecte de coquillages ou de verre de mer.

En plus de la magnifique plage, vous trouverez de nombreuses activités à proximité, notamment la navigation de plaisance, la planche à voile, le kayak, le vélo et le golf. Un court trajet en voiture vous mènera le long de belles routes panoramiques et de certains phares célèbres.

Family vacation

Beautiful property

Great house! Fully stocked with toys and books which was wonderful for our three young sons. About 10 minute walk to the beach- but much shorter if you grab a scooter or bike. We had a lovely stay. Hope to come back next year!

Amazing location and rental!

From the moment we pulled into the property we were excited! great looking home inside and out; Close to the ocean and activities! we loved the board games available; the upstairs balcony off the master bedroom. Plenty of space for the kids and great having 2 bathrooms. We just loved it; The kids asked if they could stay longer! The decorating is amazing as well!

Home and location was perfect!

We were in town for a local baseball tournament during Memorial Day weekend. As soon as we arrived we knew the place was going to be great. The home was clean and well organized, the neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing as well. The owners Rick and Kristin were always available for any questions and always followed up promptly. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Maine Vacation

Very nice and comfortable home. Walking distance to a nice beach. Not far from town for restaurants, groceries. A couple suggestions would be to replace the caulk in the upstairs bathroom. Also, maybe change check in to 3 or 4 vs 2 with checkout being 10am. We understand challenges getting the place turned over for the next guest but have never stayed anywhere where we have had to wash linens before leaving. Difficult when you have to be out at 10. Otherwise the hosts were very responsive and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes to cook meals. Overall was well worth the stay. Thank you!

A must stay

Beautiful little cottage less than a 10 minute walk from the beach. A 5-6 minute drive into town and the main strip. The house has every amenity you might need, and is very clean. My only comment would be the master bedroom really needs a current to separate the bedroom and the attached nook. I had extreme difficulty sleeping in past 5am because the room became extremely bright even with all the shades drawn. But over all a fantastic gem, and a high recommendation from us.

Beach get-a-way close to everything!

Location is fabulous! Owners were great and very responsive to all of our needs. House has plenty of room and everything you need to have a great vacation. The desk in the master bedroom is very helpful for a work/play getaway. Kitchen is very well equipped. Only thing I would recommend to make all future stays more comfortable is replacing the main sofa in the living room and adding air conditioners to the 2 upstairs bedrooms. Thank you Kristin and Rick!

Wonderful home and location!

This home is so much more spacious than it looks from the outside. Enough space for a large family - well stocked with kitchen items, games, books, etc. A nice walk (or extremely short drive) down the road to the pretty and fairly quiet local beach, or you can drive about 5 minutes to Old Orchard Beach if you want to be in an area with hustle and bustle. Also very convenient to the highway if you want to head to Portland or other destinations. The booking Kristin and Rich responded to my messages very promptly. I highly recommend this rental and will be staying here again in the future.

Beach days

All was as advertised. Short walk to beach. Many extras that were previously mentioned. Had some hot days for the upstairs but used the pull out bed with air unit close by. Very comfortable. Owners were super accommodating. We did need to purchase extra paper supplies however family of seven.

Nice home in OP.

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean and accommodated our group of six very nicely. The master bedroom was very nice with an adjoining sitting area and balcony. The kitchen was well supplied. The living room was large with seating for about nine people. We were definitely stay here again. The owners responded within minutes every time we had a question. It was just under a half mile walk to the beach, but we were able to drive when we wanted to because with Covid and this time of year (early September) it isn’t all that crowded.

Perfect

The home was so welcoming. The instructions for entering the home were spot on. Once entered we were pleasantly surprised just how much bigger the home was inside. The rooms were good sizes and accomodated everyone nicely. The water pressure was amazing! We could walk to the beach and ocean center which had a convenient store and ice cream shop. The drive to the amusement park was only about 7 minutes away. I had a question about something and the owners responded within minutes! We will be returning and making this our new yearly tradition. Thank you for sharing your home with us! 10/10

A wonderful home

We were pleased to stay at a well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood. The home was well stocked with dinnerware and glasses. The only problem we found was reported to you earlier and that was the need to explain where the lock box between the two windows was located (in the garage).

Property owners were a delight. Property was perfectly maintained and equipped. Beach 6 blocks away. Food was wonderful but as with everywhere Covid has taken its toll on the restaurant industry. Too bad we can't educate the uneducated about the benefits of society in general about the vaccines.

Well stocked and endless supplies for all our needs

We enjoyed our stay, loved the house. Would be nice to have a queen instead of a full for a second bedroom but there were absolutely NO complaints. We used the grill and laundry and beach chairs and that made our stay work perfectly! GREAT HOSTS!

Perfect cottage for family with young kids!!

We couldn’t be more glad we stayed at Rick and Kristin’s cottage. It felt like home away from home! Our kids were delighted to find a closet full of games and toys and shelves full of storybooks. There was more than enough space for our family of five, which allowed for a restful week in OP. We loved the living room so much - lots of go fish was played at the table and rockers! The walk to the beach took us about ten minutes with little legs in tow. Rick and Kristin readily answered any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again if it’s available when we book!

Last minute family vacation

The house was spacious and comfortable. A short walk to the beautiful beach and shops. Very clean and the property owners were responsive and helpful. Would stay here every year if it comes available.
