Charmant studio entièrement équipé et rénové en janvier 2025. Il est situé dans l’un des plus beaux quartiers de Paris, à côté du MARCHÉ DES ENFANTS ROUGES et de la très célèbre rue de Bretagne.

Vous êtes en plein coeur de Paris dans le secteur historique du marais. Entre la place de la République et la place des Vosges. Vous serez à 15 mn à pieds des quais de seine.

Clean, compact, good location

Comfortably sleeps three. Plenty of kitchen equipment if renter wants to cook in. Good location. Very safe, controlled access. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location

If you're looking for a fair priced place to stay in one of the better districts in Paris then this is it. Plenty of places to eat and an easy walk to the Metro station. It's small but we knew that when we rented it. We really just wanted a place that was safe and that we could sleep. When we go on vacation we don't spend a whole lot of time in the room. We felt safe even getting back late. The owner communicates quickly and the housekeeper was standing there with the keys when we got there.

A Glimpse Into a Paris Neighborhood

First, let me say the place was clean, convenient and the Murphy bed very comfortable. The communication with Jean-Julien was amazingly prompt and very helpful. It was lovely that someone left a few coffee pods to get our first morning started, and there is a lovely boulangerie on the corner which made getting fresh croissants so easy for breakfast. A suggestion, the couch/bed by the bathroom was uncomfortable to sleep on and really in the way once it was fully extended. So, if there are two people not sleeping together on the Murphy bed, the apartment is just too small. But that’s the only downside. There were just two of us, my sister and I, and we don’t sleep in the same bed together. Having that small fold out bed fully open was just a bit challenging. Other than that it is a good place and interesting neighborhood, especially if you like to stay out of the hustle and bustle of tourists, yet close enough to fine restaurants and the close proximity of the Metro. It was nice to see parents taking their children to school in the mornings and scurrying home at days end. A glimpse into ‘normal’ Parisian life. I can only emphasize that Jean-Julien was a wonder host.

Great property Amazing neighborhood

Everything with this property was perfect! Exactly as described in listing. Only 2 adults in my group. We never used the smaller yellow couch/bed. So, I can't vouch for that. If you travel consistently you will not be surprised by the size or sq ft. I would guess 150ish sq ft. Plenty enough room for 2 adults to maneuver, relax, & not be on top of one another. I myself could make it work with 4 adults, but I typically don't concern myself with extremely large, super fancy, or expensive places to sleep while I travel. That's not to say this place is not rather nice! Every single thing you need for an an enjoyable stay is on site. Heat/AC, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, fridge, TV with plenty of streaming service's, & plenty of extra blankets & pillows.This place has it all. The communication with the owner was perfect as well. Very nice, quick response, & easy directions for entry. Also, not to be overlooked the door to property is VERY easy to find. This typically is one of the worst experiences I have when I travel as the entry door from pics & address is rather difficult to find. Address is also directly Infront of door across the street. Also, room is on lowest level (ground floor/street level). So, no stairs or elevators with your bags or older people. Now hands down the best part of this property is the location! The neighborhood is amazing!! Every single thing you will need is within a 5 minute walk! The best cafe experience's/food I've had anywhere in Europe!!👍👍👍

Easy location near Metro, very small.

This was a cute, well-appointed small studio apartment on the ground floor. Very near République metro station. Ideal for a single traveler or couple. Host speaks English, which was a necessity for us. He even kindly arranged an in-person late check-in! Bakery on the next block was also a treat. But be prepared: the studio was very cramped, especially for four people. (Jean-Julien told us this ahead of time, but we didn’t understand how much.) Note the “bedrooms” are convertible furniture in the living spaces, so you have to pack away the beds every day to use the spaces for anything but sleeping. (The couch is a Murphy bed, so no one can use the couch as an extra sleeping space in a pinch.) The apartment would work better for two couples, but we are a family of four—three teenagers. The second “bed,” which is a convertible loveseat, is slightly bigger than a twin—possibly a double at most—and located in the kitchen. When converted to the bed, it blocks most of the bathroom door. The space did have a washer/dryer, though we found it difficult to use, being in French and unfamiliar with a washing machine that also dries. We looked up some translations online. But still didn’t understand 100% and struggled a bit—ended up using the provided air drying rack, which wasn’t ideal due to the high humidity of the apartment and the cramped space. We were consistently shuffling the furniture about the space, trying to make room for daily activities and luggage (and we only had one carry-on each). All of that said, we made it work, as we are a close family. Jean-Julien was very helpful, responding quickly, even on a National Holiday!

Voyage réussi!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appart durant 12 joutant accompagné de nos 2 enfants (11 et 14). L’espace est petit mais très fonctionnel! Le 3e arrondissement dans lequel est localisé l’appart est parfait. Central et proche de beaucoup de services et d’activités. Il s’agit du meilleur qualité prix que l’on puisse trouver à mon avis. Nous donnons une mention très spéciale à notre hôte, Jean-Julien. Il est tout simplement genial. La communication est très facile et ses conseils sont très appréciés. Ça contribue à avoir un séjour agréable!

Zentral gelegen und sauber

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral bzgl. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Metro. Notre Dame und Louvre sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, hat aber alles und ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnungsübergabe ist toll gelaufen. Man hat sich vom Vermieter gut begleitet gefühlt bzgl Wohnungsübergabe, man bekam immer zeitnah eine Antwort auf Fragen und außerdem wertvolle Tipps für Paris. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Small but great stay!

The place was pretty small but perfect for a couple who enjoys being close. It is a studio and not a two bedroom. It was clean and had everything we needed! The location was wonderful, close to sites, food, markets and the metro. I would certainly stay here again.

Wunderbares kleines Apartment in toller Lage. Paris rocks!

In direkter Nachbarschaft sind sehr gute Restaurants, ein fantastischer Bäcker, den wir jeden Morgen aufgesucht haben, Supermarkt, Käseladen, etc. sowie mehrere Metro- und Bus-Haltestellen. Das Apartment ist klein aber fein, praktisch und gut organisiert eingerichtet. Wenn beide Betten ausgeklappt sind, geht es zwar etwas eng zu, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, da wir tagsüber ohnehin in Paris und Umgebung unterwegs waren. Die Größe des Apartments hat auch deshalb gerade noch für uns (1 Erwachsener, 3 Kinder) gepasst, weil ich mit drei Kindern unterwegs war, von denen zwei immer noch gut Platz auf dem Schlafsofa gefunden haben – zwei Erwachsene oder ein Erwachsener und ein Kind hätten dort eher nur unbequem nebeneinander schlafen können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Jean-Julien, war unkompliziert, mit stets prompten Antworten auf Rückfragen. Jean-Julien war immer hilfsbereit sowie sehr freundlich. Auch unsere späte Ankunft war überhaupt kein Thema für die Schlüsselübergabe. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Excellent location!

Great little ground floor studio in a perfect location! Host was very gracious and communicated promptly. Everything we needed in a very organized space. Murphy bed is very comfortable but the second pullout is not as comfortable and kind of blocks the bathroom door when it’s made up. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect TINY apartment

I loved this tiny apartment located in the 3rd district of Paris. It was near the metro and plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants. It had everything we could need cleverly tucked into the tight space. My husband, 6'2" and 27 yr old son were less thrilled as they didn't fit and found it to be too cramped for them. I thought it charming. It's probably best for just two people or a smaller family. Regardless we enjoyed our Paris adventure!

Fantastic place, great location. But be aware of size before you book

My overall experience was fantastic at this place. However my 4 star review is because the accuracy of the listing was incorrect. I booked this place assuming it was a 2 bedroom, but it is truly a studio with 0 bedrooms. My search filters were set to two bedrooms so when this listened showed I assumed it was accurate. My friends and I also had to work a bit, and the size constraint was a problem when we all had consecutive virtual meetings. And the table is a little small when it comes to getting into a productive flow. This being said, my friends and I were able to tolerate the tight space in order to make the most of the fabulous location and the affordable rate for the flat. Keep in mind the size of the flat. But beyond that it would be the perfect space to stay in for a single person or a couple. It would have exactly what you need for your trip especially the location makes everything fantastic. The host and their house cleaner were so very helpful for recommendations and any other requests. And they were flexible with our check-in time considering we had some delays. I would definitely look to stay here again the next time I’m in Paris.
