L'intérieur est lumineux, spacieux et confortable. Depuis le hall d'entrée, la salle de séjour avec ses sièges confortables se trouve sur la gauche la cuisine équipée et salle à manger. Il y a 3 chambres, la chambre principale avec un lit double, la deuxième chambre avec 2 lits simples et 3 chambres avec 2 lits simples. La villa dispose de 2 salles de bains avec baignoire / douche et bidet. Occupation maximale à 6 personnes. Service de ménage hebdomadaire. Télévision dans le salon, TV anglaise par satellite (certaines chaînes SKY disponibles) -DVD player. Stationnement privé hors stationnement routier et complexe sécurisé + alarme à la maison -Fournir lit bébé et chaise d'alimentation. Excellent location and a very nice little villa. A few issues with facilities that didn't work properly and the property manager didn't always respond in a timely manner but for the price, I'd happily recommend it.

Fantastic location and homely villa

Realy enjoyed 10 days in this villa and Pascual is an excellent and obliging host. The location is central to the port and the town so no need for taxis or buses.

Nice villa in a very convenient location.

Great area, nice, well equipped villa. Could do with an update to bathrooms and the kitchen but we had an enjoyable stay. The owner Pascual is lovely and communication was easy.

Lovely holiday!

We had a lovely holiday in Pascual's property. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches. The house was perfect for 3 friends and the pool was great. The only thing was the shower in the main bathroom leaked. The beds were comfortable and the living areas and kitchen were perfect. We would definitely return.

Great location but a bit run down

The location and size of the house was perfect for us. Close to everything in walking distance. The host is also nice and responsive, late checkout was possible which was great. Dishwasher and washing machine were very good. Everything is available in the kitchen. What we did not like was the smell in both bathrooms. The windows had to be open 24/7. In both bedrooms the walls have yellowish stains probably too much humidity - there is no AC which could be the reason. Mattresses are worn out and should be replaced. In one room they were very smelly. Internet did not work at all for 10 days. And everything just feels kinda used. We did not use the pool, but it did not seem to be much heated (we were there late winter). Somewhere was mentioned that a cleaning will happen after 1 week - not for us, but we did not ask. Overall we think with some renovation the house has a lot of potential.

Great location

A comfortable stay everything we needed was there, maybe the beds needed to be replaced but we're used to a harder bed! Pascal is lovely and also Santiago who owns 27 & 28, fabulous location to front town and a 5min walk to flamingo beach and a 10 min walk to the high street all in all a very comfortable stay

Great villa and location

We loved playa Blanca and the location of the villa was superb. The villa was as it was advertised. And all communication with the owner was brilliant. Loved it and would definitely go back. Children loved the pool and the jacuzzi and our private terrace for sunbathing.

A lovely 3 bedroom villa in a lovely complex with great facilities and pools which is very close to lovely beaches and restaurants. The villa had everything we needed and the owner Pascual was always on hand and a lovely man. We would definitely return in a heartbeat.

Great Location

My wife and I have just returned from a 9 day stay at the villa. Everything is as advertised, a great location less than 5mins walk to the nearest supermarket bars and restaurants. Pascual the owner was an excellent host and is always at hand for any queries you may have. We will definitely be back.

Great Location

We had a lovely 2 weeks break at Pascul's villa. Pascul was on hand to answer any queries we had. The villa was clean and comfortable and the pool was great and shared between three villas. Perfect location with a short walk into town and the playa flamingo beach.

Great location and lovely setting, with the bonus of a pool shared between the 3 villas

The villa was well equipped with almost everything you would need for a short medium term stay and would have been ideal with aircon. We are quite fussy but other than the aircon we couldn’t fault it, with only a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and bars. If we return to Lanzarote we would definitely stay here again.
