The space
Fully equipped kitchen, wood burning fireplace/stove, gas BBQ grill, and hi-speed internet and AppleTV (BYO Streaming Service) THERE IS NO CABLE. 3 bedrooms 2 bath sleeps 5 comfortably. There is open loft space with a futon and a single bed. Please note that the loft space is not suitable for small children or infants.

Town of Truckee requires us to collect 12% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) and 1.25% Truckee Tourism Business Improvement District (TTBID) Assessment which VRBO will include in the booking price.

THE CABIN WILL COMFORTABLY SLEEP 6 BUT WE CHARGE ADDITIONAL GUEST FEES AFTER 4 Adult GUESTS. YOU AGREE TO ACCURATELY MAKE YOUR RESERVATION AND INDICATE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS.
WE EMPLOY A PLOWING AND SHOVEL SERVICE TO KEEP THE DRIVEWAY AND WALKWAY CLEAR AFTER 5 INCHES OF ACCUMULATION. HOWEVER, DURING STORMS AND OTHER ACTS OF GOD THERE MAYBE A DELAY TO GETTING TO THE CABIN AS MOTHER NATURE BLESSES US WITH HER SNOWFALL. THIS IS A MOUNTAINOUS REGION AND THERE ARE STORMS AND BAD WEATHER. YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO HANG TIGHT AND ROLL WITH IT JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE AREA. THIS ALSO MEANS THAT SOMETIMES THE WIFI OR POWER GOES DOWN. AGAIN, THESE ARE THINGS OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND THERE IS ONLY ONE WIFI PROVIDER IN THE AREA. BREAK OUT A BOOK OR PLAY A BOARD GAME AND HAVE A CUP OF COCOA AND THEN HIT THE POW POW.
BY PLACING A RESERVATION REQUEST YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE RULES AND COVENANTS OF TAHOE DONNER HOA and the TOWN OF TRUCKEE including but not limited to:
PARKING VEHICLES off-pavement, on other
person’s property/driveway or on access
easements is prohibited.
Noise. The hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., seven
days a week are considered quiet hours, during which noise
shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable
annoyance or nuisance to neighbors.
Light Pollution: All exterior lights must be turned off
between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., seven days a
week that are no longer needed for safety. Motion
detector lights may remain energized.
WIFI IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY. We have contracted a 1GB service plan and is quite speedy, however Local ISP may experience outages and you agree that host is not responsible for any service issues.
