Monterey A201 est un condominium au 2e étage situé dans la magnifique plage de Seacrest sur l'autoroute 30a (un mille et quart à l'ouest de Rosemary Beach et à environ quatre milles à l'est de Seaside). C'est un endroit merveilleux sur la piste cyclable 30a afin que vous puissiez profiter de la région de la manière la plus pittoresque.

Les condominiums de Monterey sont un complexe avant du golfe avec un plan d'étage de trois chambres / trois salles de bain, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une laveuse et une sécheuse et un grand balcon privé pour profiter des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe du Mexique.

Ce confortable condo d'angle au 2e étage offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur le golfe depuis le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et la chambre principale. Imaginez-vous vous prélasser sur le balcon en regardant le coucher du soleil après une journée sur la plage de sable blanc.

Ce condo peut accueillir 10 personnes avec une suite parentale principale, un roi invité, une chambre avec lit queen et un ensemble de lits superposés nichés derrière les portes du couloir. Les installations comprennent un bain à remous dans la suite principale et Internet sans fil haut débit.

Getaway to Rosemary Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were four guests and we were all very impressed with the Condo. Bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the bathrooms were very clean. Only problem with condo, fourth bedroom was a closet with bunk beds. Not a problem for us but it might be for families. Definitely for us 5 stars. Our view was spectacular!

Perfect Location

The condo is in a perfect location near everything. Very clean and well maintained. The only thing missing is some kitchen essentials such as oven mittens, aluminum foil or parchment paper, salt, pepper, oil spray.

Great Family Vacation

The view and location was wonderful. The pool was heated. Management kept in touch checking to make sure our stay was perfect. Would stay there again.

Private trumps public

This place is more than the pictures show. You can smell the subtle hint of the cleanliness thru the bleach smell and not the fake Febreeze masking cleaner as soon as you open the door. Our nose told us it was clean as our eyes were amazed at how beautiful the property is. The view of the ocean coupled with the silence and lack of "public" access really made it the most relaxing experience. My wife and I love it!

Benchmark Management made the process so easy. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. The only thing I would note is that the toaster didn't work and it is about time for a new blender, other than than that everything was perfect.

Family Trip to Florida

The Condo is very clean and we love this area because the beach is not crowded like other areas. This area is great to just decompress at the beach and now there is a Publix 5 minutes away to make grabbing groceries easy. Absolutely would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The kitchen is lacking cookware.The Wi-Fi is slow and g he ad trouble supporting multiple devices.Worst of all is the patio furniture is rusted. I ruined 3 shirts by sitting on them. Rust stains all along the back. Didn’t realize it until I got home and did wash.

Beautiful Beach

Was beyond frustrated that we got a text message the day before we left that the oven wasn’t working. We had already cooked meals and bought meals to cook while thee instead of eating out. Couldn’t use the meals and had to spend tons of money eating out.

July 4th trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice unit overlooking the gulf. There is a welcomed shade by the patio table allowing guests to enjoy plenty of time on the balcony. We were there and the kitchen oven was not working so a smaller, Oster oven was provided taking up valuable counter space in the smallish kitchen. The couches in the living room were not as comfortable as we would liked, but were fine. Finally, the shower in the master bath is extremely small and cramped, so it was not easy for a 6 ft tall individual to use. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our time at Monterey unit A201.

Reviewer Comments: Loved location of condo. Condo was updated and very nice overall. Living Room furniture very uncomfortable. Laundry room door would not close because of washing machine. Unit clean and maintained well. Bedrooms were comfortable. We rented this place because it was gated. Gates were open all but two days we were there. Pool gates also open. Did not like that. We are from Vestavia, Al.

First stay in Seacrest Beach

Our stay was 10/22 - 10/31, unfortunately high winds really stirred up red tide, warned to stay off the beach = people were wearing masks and it wasn’t because of Covid. Explore the area it is wonderful, gets bikes with your points!!! 2 chair beach service is provided by the owners = huge plus. I would absolutely rent again!!

Rusty porch furniture falling apart

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 2 condos for a family vacation. Although our condo was the same price as the other, ours was very inferior in view and furnishings. The porch furniture was rusty and falling apart onto the floor. When I called they said there is nothing they can do about it and the owner was unwilling to do anything. The furnishings felt cold and not thoughtful. There are large trees and bushes in the view and there is only a side view of the ocean. I would recommend 3rd floor and not this condo.

Monterey A201

Location is outstanding! The overall complex has some age, so the floor plan and built-in furnishings (cabinets, kitchens, bathrooms) are dated. The bedrooms are spacious. The den area and the bathrooms, however, are not. A smart TV would be a nice addition. As well, an upgrade with the bedding (especially the sheets) would be a welcome addition. One item needing immediate attention is the chairs (4) around the table on the deck. They are a rusty mess and need to be replaced. Again, Monterey has a great location. The complex has a nice size pool. The beach itself is wide. Overall, I would give this condo (A201) a B- grade. Our party of 4 adults greatly enjoyed our visit.
