Mar-A-Lago a un accès facile à la piste cyclable de 8 miles de Logger Head, de sorte que ceux qui veulent se mettre en forme pendant leurs vacances n'ont aucune excuse. Marchez, courez ou faites du vélo, ce sentier s'étend du début de Cape San Blas Road jusqu'au parc d'État à la fin de la péninsule.

Very Nice but don't count on using the Big Green Egg.

Overall the house was extremely nice. Our family enjoyed the stay. The Great: House is very open with great views. Lots of windows, with an airy feel. AC is great, had no problem keeping the house cool on any level, despite the hot and muggy conditions at the time of our stay. Kitchen was very functional with two sinks and a gourmet stove. The bed in the master is a Tempur-Pedic and was super comfortable. Master bath is great with dual shower heads and a large soaking tub! Overall the house is incredible, great location, plenty of beach left, unlike some other homes on the Cape. Outdoor shower has hot and cold. Both beach facing bedrooms have private balconies and incredible views. The Bad: The Big Green Egg was unusable. I had seen this in other reviews and hoped it had been repaired but it had not. The band that holds the top was completely rusted, the top can just fall off. I had even brought my own parts to use while there, but it is too far gone. To me, the grill was a big selling point, as we love to cook, so I was pretty disappointed in the condition of the egg and the makeshift table they had it sitting on. To be honest, it is very dangerous and could possibly hurt someone if they try to raise the lid as it can fall. Should be junked and removed from the listing Elevator is inoperable, so be prepared for the stairs, 20 to the first floor bedrooms, 20 to the kitchen level, 20 more to the master. Pack light! Wine Cooler is missing in action.

Great location and beach front.

We really enjoyed this beach front home! The house was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. We had some maintenance requests and the management company was very quick to respond. We would love to stay here again!

Cape San Blas Vacation at Mar-a-largo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Woe had a wonderful vacation on the Cape. Cape and Coast always take good care of us. When we had trouble with the doors locking. They sent a man at 10 in the evening to help us lock the doors. The house was spotless when we got there. Great access to the beach. Fully equipped with top end appliances. Very attractive. Would highly recommend any properties that C & C have.

Watched Beautiful sunsets from this location

This was a great house. It had primarily everything we needed. The elevator was very convenient especially for bringing up our luggage and groceries. The listing advertised having a green egg, however the one that was there was run down and not useable. A gas grill was available though. The maintenance staff was responsive with our requests. I would stay at this rental home again.

Beautiful House, some Maintenance Issues during stay, but all ok

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the home was beautiful. period. Right on the beach, comfortable, relatively new. Had a few hiccups early on, like no hot water, but it didn't slow us down. Big thing was that the C&C staff were very responsive and courteous. One of our complaints after looking back was that, they advertise a full week, but really, that's not so. You can't check in until Saturday after 5, and you have to be out by 9 AM local time the next Saturday, so it's not really 7 days, more like 6.

Needs better water pressure & hot water. They were helpful with customer service, but it sounds like the cape isn’t able to keep up with demand

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was beautiful, so peaceful and serene! Couldn't have asked for a better location or home to stay in for the week! We didn't realize or get the email regarding the need to bring extra toiletries/such, as they provided just an initial roll or start of paper towels, soap, toilet paper, etc, so was more expensive in obtaining there vs we could've went ahead and packed our own home supply...The only issue was that the elevator wasn't working, which was ok in our case, but had we had a special needs or elderly person accompanying, would have been difficult. Overall, we had one of the best vacations ever, views in every room/deck were spectacular, can't wait to go back!

Beach Perfection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so pleased with everything about our stay at Mar-A-Lago. It was our first time visiting Cape San Blas, and the perfect area during COVID. The house was newly renovated and the finishes were incredible....dream kitchen, beautiful linens on the beds, and wonderful layout for our family. Lots of stairs (the elevator did not work) but we loved having the master bedroom on the top floor and kids on the bottom. The beach views were a dream from every room! The outdoor balcony furniture was awesome, we loved having our morning coffee out there and sunsets at night. We used the SOLO stove on the beach for beach fires everyday, it was great! The green egg was rusted and was not useable but they had another small charcoal grill available. We cooked every meal including Xmas dinner in the beautiful felt like being home, there was not one utensil I was missing it was perfectly stocked!We used our beach credit provided for chairs and bikes and enjoyed biking up 30-A everyday. There is a fresh fish market just up the road and we enjoyed picking up a different fish each night for dinner. I rarely find a rental house that has all of the amenities and finishes of home and this one fit the bill... we can't wait to return!! Cape and Coast was easy to work with, they answered all of our questions and provided us with details about the area that were helpful.

A little bit of heaven

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was just as we hoped. It was new, beautifully furnished, clean, and in a perfect location. We really like to cook and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The elevator was helpful in getting our luggage and groceries up and down. The beach was nice and wide, with the best shelling we’ve ever seen. We used our beach gear credit for beach chairs and a kayak and got a lot of use out of both. The house is very roomy with plenty of privacy, and great common areas. We loved the dining room table with lots of seating and spent a lot of time out on the decks eating, reading, or watching the waves. My parents are high risk for Covid, but felt very safe with lots of room to social distance on the beach. It was a wonderful week!

Immaculate Luxury.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, the home is immaculate. Kudos to the cleaning staff. The location is perfect. Highly walk-able to the BP/Scallop Cove and easily by bike to The Trading Post. It's on a perfect part of the beach. The hope is very well appointed and had everything we needed for all of our meals to be cooked at home. We were a group of 8 and had plenty of room and privacy to spread out. The house is very well built. No worries about hearing people walking on different floors. The side outdoor patio was great for enjoying the view and breeze, but not being in direct sunlight. Elevator was great for groceries and luggage. Small maintenance issue was addressed right away by the mgmt company.

Great Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Mar-A-Lago was a great house and location for our family of 12. Bedrooms, kitchen, living area and decks all met our needs and expectations. Good location with quick access to the Trading Post and St. Joe Shrimp Company. We requested assistance with a few minor maintenance issues and the staff responded promptly (even after hours) and professionally. The only negative was the elevator which was out of order and not repaired during our stay. This made it difficult to move items up/down 3-4 flights of steps. We'd rent from Cape and Coast again and rent this house as well.
