Romantic Get Away or Family Vacation Cabrillo 1404 Las Palomas Phase 2

Cabrillo 1404 in Phase 2 at Las Palomas is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath retreat with a large patio to sit and relax as you look out over the Sea of Cortez. The condo was professionally decorated, and you will feel right at home when you walk in the door. It has memory foam mattresses on both the king sized bed in the master suite and the queen bed in the guest room, as well as for the sofa bed in the living room. There are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms; and the condo also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, cable television and free (fast) WiFi access. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, as does the living room. Plenty of channels, as well as Netflix on the smart TV are available for that time away from the beach. All appliances are new. You can order room service for that romantic dinner on the balcony as you watch the sun go down. Or head on over to the fantastic gym for a work out.

Las Palomas, a 4-diamond AAA rated beach and golf resort in Rocky Point, is the PLACE TO BE! Las Palomas has on-site lobby check-in, an 18 hole championship golf course, a beautiful sandy beach, two fine dining restaurants, two beach side bars/snack bars that include swim up sections, a fitness center, convenience store, secure underground parking, numerous pools, 4 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, a water slide, plenty of lounge chairs around the pools and palapas and lounges on the beach. Large beach towels that can be check out near the pools are also provided for your fun on the beach and in the pools.

This condo is in the Las Palomas Rental Pool. Only guests with wrist bands will have all resort amenities and privileges. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. The condo is sanitized after each guest stay.

Stunning Views

Beautiful place! You won't regret renting it with its spectacular views! It was well stocked with everything we needed and most importantly the beds were SOOO comfortable. We will definitely be coming back! The host was very receptive and nice and answered all my questions.

Beautiful views and tons of space

Loved staying here with my husband and 3 kids. Two bedrooms and a pull out couch was great. The big couch with a sofa bed and extra bedding made it easy for 3 kids to sleep. So much space! Big kitchen area with most of what you’d need to cook anything and a dining area as well.

Georgeous unit in Las Palomas

This unit is gorgeous, on the 14th floor of Las Palomas Phase 2. The views are amazing and the unit is well stocked with kitchen essentials plus plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Unit was very clean and furniture is comfortable.

Awesome room, awesome property…the pools were clean, the ocean and beaches were clean; the staff was friendly and helpful…we had a great and relaxing time! The only problem was food…if you do not bring your own food, be prepared to travel to other places. The 2 restaurants on the premises are only okay!

Perfect getaway

It was amazing, our stay, the condo itself was perfect For us. My parents got the master bedroom which was amazing, the bed, the bathroom and the view! We got the other bedroom, perfect for us and our own bathroom as well. The entire condo was awesome, it was clean and well stoked with most things you may need to have a good time. We love the resort and those that work there as well. This was by far our favorite place and not over exaggerated price. Truly can’t wait to go back and when we do will definitely want to stay here again. Thank you!!

Everything was as described- wonderful

We have stayed at several of the Las Palomas units, some better than others, none a a disappointment. This unit was really the best. There was a blip in the checkin, but the owner resolved all in 10 minutes. The kitchen had all that was needed. Perhaps the best daily service ever; my wife left her $20 on day 2 just because of her/his work. The bed was comfortable and mostly the place was just so clean.

Clean, comfortable, and a beautiful view!

What a great place! The views were fantastic. The condo is spotless. Comfortable beds comfortable lounging areas walking distance to about 10 restaurants and cocktail spots. We particularly enjoy the hot tub and pools every day at both phase 2 and phase 1 properties. And, it’s always helpful when the owner is friendly and eager to make sure your state is perfect. We had one little tiny mechanical issue that came up during our two week stay and they had a fix within 30 minutes.

Excellent place to enjoy Rocky Point! Perfect for families.

We have stayed at different condos in Rocky Point and by far this is THE BEST. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. I can see how Debra was very thoughtful in making her guest comfortable and making sure everything was easy to find. I especially love the comfortable sectional because of the soft fabric and great pullout bed. The kitchen was very well stoked with everything we needed. Also, there was a very helpful sign that made it so easy to connect to the WiFi. Las Palomas has awesome amenities that are kept very clean and disinfected. Excellent location too. My family and I are looking forward to staying here again!

Lovely Rocky Point Holiday

We very much enjoyed this high rise condo on the beach in Rocky Point. The home was well-maintained and had nice views of the ocean. Parking was convenient. The on-site facilities, restaurants and beach were all excellent. We enjoyed visiting the town for a snorkeling trip (Rocky Point Divers), sunset sail (Del Mar Charters) and several meals. Travel to and from Mexico was easy. Debra was a fine host.

The property was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. We should have gone to the grocery store because everything one needs to cook was there. Furnishings/beds/location (near the elevator) was great because we had toddlers that need to be corralled. Great place, communicative host. 5 stars!

Great Stay!

Visited RP many times but first time staying at Las Palomas and loved it. Great for families, room was immaculate, and owner was great - very responsive and helpful. Will definitely be staying there again!
