À propos de cet hébergement

Cette maison de ville a été récemment construite il y a 2 ans. Tous les BR sont à l'étage - maître avec salle de bain principale privée, BR 2 a un lit superposé double, BR 3 et 4 ont des reines, 2e salle de bain complète. Cuisine, salle à manger et salon tous en bas. Téléviseurs dans toutes les chambres à l'étage et grand écran au rez-de-chaussée avec table de jeu de palets de 12 pieds. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les trucs de haute qualité pour ceux qui aiment vraiment cuisiner. La plage est à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons à l'est que vous pouvez marcher, mais il vaut mieux monter quelques rues pour traverser la 3ème rue qui peut être très occupée en direction du nord et du sud à travers la ville. Il y a aussi un barbecue à gaz et une cour clôturée. L'emplacement est génial car il est juste assez proche de tous les restaurants, bars et magasins amusants pour un accès facile / à pied mais juste assez loin pour ne pas avoir à faire face au bruit ou à la foule.

Perfect for our needs

The house is beautiful, clean and perfect for our needs. Great location and very close to the beach. If we ever need to be in Jacksonville again will definitely stay there.

Amazing Host, Perfect Stay

I have nothing but positive things to say about Kat and the house. Kat was wonderful both before and throughout the stay and I would absolutely recommend anyone to work with her and stay at one of her properties in the future. Thank you so much for making our trip so stress free and wonderful - just wish our golf games went as smoothly!

Perfect Stay

This townhome was perfect for our stay at JAX Beach. My wife had surgery so we needed something close to the surgical center and a nice quiet place for her to recover. We got both in this rental and also had room for some family and friends to visit in comfort. The furnishings and decor were excellent and the shuffleboard table was a big hit. We will definitely be staying here any time we come back to Jacksonville.

Great Stay

House was very clean and had nice little amenities such as coffee and bottled water. Very nicely finished inside. Owner responded quickly to questions before and during the trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience!

Property was perfect and just as described. Location was excellent with quick access to the beach or nearby Jax Beach restaruants, etc. Kat (property manager) was super helpful and quick to respond, house was fully stocked and even had bottled water in the fridge ready! Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again!!!

Amazing Place Near the Beach

We had a great stay @ this spacious 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom townhome. Walk to local grocery and quiet restaurants. Beach was just a few blocks away. Kat was so awesome to connect with and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here as we will definitely do again!

Nice and clean

This place was vey clean and comfortable and had everything you need in a kitchen. The host was awesome and very responsive. The only downside is that 3rd avenue is almost impossible to cross on foot. Otherwise this place was perfect.

The Best Trip/Stay Ever!

I wish I could give move than 5 stars because this rental/owner are fabulous! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We traveled over 6 hours down to Jacksonville and had our first rental fall through. We quickly worked with Phil (the owner) last-minute to rent his townhome and he was absolutely amazing. We had a few issues with VRBO making updates to the rental dates and he was so flexible and helpful. The townhouse was super clean, large space, perfect location, great for families. The house is pretty close to the beach (less than a 10 minute walk) and they had many public parking lots near by as well. The townhouse is less than 5 minutes to Publix and had many restaurants within a few blocks. Phil shared tons of recs that were helpful with it being a holiday weekend. I ended up getting engaged on the trip, so we couldn't of asked for a better trip. Overall, the townhouse was fabulous and Phil is a 5-star host. We would love to stay again! :)

Great place near Jax Beach

Superb host. Well-outfitted kitchen, especially if cooking for a crowd. Clean and convenient. Beds are comfortable. Towels, beach towels, etc. all provided. Host thoughtfully provided extra kitchen equipment for Thanksgiving weekend. It is west of A1A., but easy access to beach and pier area. Grocery store blocks away - walked there.

Great Stay

Place was perfect! A group of us came for the FL/GA game and the location was perfect close to the beach and nightlife. The house itself was super spacious and held the 7 of us easily. Shuffleboard table was a massive hit. Highly recommend

Just Like Home

Overall a very nice experience, would definitely rent this place again. Owner was very nice and a great communicator. The star of the stay for us was the tabletop shuffleboard (we had teen +) it made for a nice afternoon/evening when it rained. We played constantly trying to up our skills over coffee for the following evening. The place struck a nice balance as it was not bland like a hotel, but rather felt lived in and comfortable but very clean. Took our dogs for some walks in the area people were friendly. Not a ritzy area, seemed more local. Nice, easy walk to the beach.

Very nice place in great location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is larger than it looks in the photos, plenty of room for two families. The location is very convenient to the beach and area restaurants without being too close. Great experience.

From Knoxville, TN originally. I enjoy flying, traveling, roller skating, paddle boarding, wine and truffles! I absolutely love being a host. I had a yacht in Key West I hosted for 5 years and have all great guests and stories. Guests still call me to say hello or invite me to their homes even years later. I hope to continue this level of hospitality.

Only 5 streets from the beach! Nestled a short walk away from the popular places in Jacksonville Beach. A short 1.5 mile bicycle ride or Uber to Neptune Beach and Atlantic Beach 3 miles.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Large corner lot with lots of parking. 5 streets (5 min walk) to the beach. Still quiet and peaceful away from the action though! This has frequently been a family holiday and vacation home due to the size, layout, and affordability in proximity to the beach compared to getting several hotel rooms.
