Ceci est une villa superbement fini arborant des plus spectaculaires vues sur la mer de Malte donnant sur la Méditerranée bleue étendant aux îles de Comino et Gozo. Avec 300 mètres carrés de chambres spacieuses, des intérieurs modernes et situés dans la zone de marché en hausse de Santa Maria Estate, cette villa coche toutes les bonnes cases pour faire de votre séjour en famille sous le soleil de Malte, un moment inoubliable. A 50 mètres carrés piscine et grande surface de pont commande une vue imprenable et de faire le meilleur pour la vie extérieure idyllique. La villa est à peine 100 mètres à partir du rivage, et la plage de sable la plus proche est à seulement 1. 5 km. Une courte distance en voiture au village des commerces et restaurants de Mellieha, Villa Jasmine est juste en bas de la colline de la route principale, dans un quartier calme de ce lieu recherché.

* Les frais de nettoyage 100 euros applique pour un séjour hebdomadaire et le nettoyage dure 6 heures. Si vous souhaitez avoir un plus propre et plus souvent, il peut être organisé à un coût de EUR8. 00 / heure.

Long weekend en famille à Malte

Vue sur la baie remarquable Logement extrêmement spacieux et moderne Bon équipement général Endroit calme Piscine spacieuse Commerces, restaurants et plage à proximité (si voiture) Descriptif des lieux pas vraiment exact (3 salles de douche et non 5), et la disposition des lits dans les chambres est un peu particulière... La propreté n'est pas à la hauteur (four non nettoyé, piscine, verre cassé près de la piscine, assiettes sales dans le tiroir, 1 WC non nettoyé) Une maintenance des lieux à l'extérieur (peintures écaillées) serait utile.

L’accueil et la maison était conforme en tout point au descriptif. Sympathique attention du propriétaire qui nous a préparé de quoi faire notre premier petit déjeuner et profiter pleinement de la maison à notre réveil..

Exceptional holiday house!

We just had the most wonderful vacation in Malta at Mario’s beautiful home! Our group of 10 adults have been friends and family for 30 years, and are all well traveled together. This villa was perfect for our group! The views are spectacular, the pool is luxurious and the home is well stocked for all of your needs. We cooked some nights and went out some nights…the location is convenient to shopping, day trips to Gozo and easy to see the sites of Malta as well. We were very pleased with the neighborhood which is close enough to the action but more peaceful, and secluded. We had a great view of fireworks each night from the pool too! Our host was incredibly responsive too! Can’t say enough good things about this villa!

Great home with Outstanding View

Nine friends rented the home for a week. The view is breathtaking and the home has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. There are lots of restaurants nearby and Bolt will pickup and take you anywhere for a reasonable price. They are clearly redoing some things in the home and either it is incomplete or the workmanship is a bit shoddy. House needs a new dishwasher as well as glassware. There were only 4 wine glasses and definitely not enough drinking glasses based on the size of the house and our group. Also, all the rooms have decent beds and bedding but 4 of the rooms have all twin beds. Overall, great stay to discover the magic of Malta!

High quality property

The location, which gives a breathtaking view of Mellieha Bay, was fantastic and the overall quality of the property was as advertised. Thank you to Mario and his helper for their prompt response whenever we needed them. The only downside was the number of stairs which was difficult for one of our party; it would have been better if this had been noted in the property description. Otherwise a wonderful holiday.

WOW!

Eine unvergessliche Zeit, in einem wirklich tollen Haus mit super Lage. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Haus ist sehr gut geeignet für eine grosse Gruppe. Man kann die Zeit gemeinsam genießen und bei bedarf dennoch die eigene Privatsphäre genießen. Platz hat es dafür zu genüge. Ich empfehle diese Unterkunft sehr und würde selbst immer wieder kommen.

70th birthday family celebrations

Villa Jasmine was perfect for our family to celebrate a 70th birthday. Very spacious with lots of bathrooms and beautiful views making it a very special place. Mario the owner was very quick to respond to any questions that arose and left the place open for us to arrive at 2pm. Only downside would be that maybe a few appliances and furniture etc do need replacing at some stage but this did not distract from our stay. We booked a private chef to cook for us a celebration dinner on our last night who we cant recommend enough: Matt Vella. Overall therefore, Villa Jasmine is a fantastic stay for that wow factor in Malta, a great 70th birthday break! Thanks again. :)

Amazing villa

This is our second time staying at the villa and we simply love it. You cannot beat the sea view and the recent refurbishments have elevated it to an even higher level. Mario is a pleasure to deal with. Would like to stay again soon!

Lovely location and property

The villa was even better than we thought from the website photos; ideal for a large family group. Communication with the property manager was excellent and the maintenance staff were extremely helpful with check out arrangements. Really good holiday - Thank you

Beautiful view with large pool

The host and the housekeeper were very friendly. The takeover was very uncomplicated. We were a little late which was no problem. The view from the terrace is beautiful and the pool is large. Outside there are many possibilities to sit and lie down. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for cooking. It was a perfect stay!

Excellent Villa, serene location

The Villa is beautiful, a lot of space with gorgeous views. Plenty of outdoor furniture, the pool lived up to expectations. We were able to get Bolt taxis very easily to the town for food shopping and eating.

Spectacular views and perfect location

We are regulars in Malta since we have family there, and this is the best property we have stayed at by far. The outdoor/ pool area and views are by far the highlight, and we enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. I’d recommend rental cars if you stay here, although the beach is walkable if needed. The bedroom configuration online is not really accurate so we had to reassess the sleeping plans when we arrived- the upper floor has one master with a queen, a single room with a twin, a room with two twins and a room with two double beds. The basement area has one room with three single beds and one with a single and a trundle. That being said, the property is enormous so very comfortable for a large party, and we’ll equipped. Thank you for an amazing stay, and we will be back for sure!!

Long weekend in Mellieha

We stayed at Villa Jasmine between 26-29 September - a party of 10. We were met by the lovely housekeeper Josette who showed us round. The villa is well set up to accommodate 10/11 people with 2 lovely double /1 triple /1single bedroom upstairs overlooking the pool and the sea beyond ! The other two bedrooms were in the basement and this was the only negative as my adult daughters and their cousin found the room quite claustrophobic . More suitable for older children /teens. The rest of the house, amenities and ambience, was perfect and we all felt that it made our holiday special

Very impressive large family Villa

Villa was booked for 11 adults ,one child there is loads of room thro the villa to easily accomodate everyone Pool is bigger than i thought and again lots of room for eveyone,the pool area has more than enough loungers plus chairs under the shaded canopy We had all of our meals on the terrace just outside the lounge there are plenty of very long tables and chairs on the terrace Views are great and the villa is in a quiet area Car not essential as the Maltese version of Uber is really good 6 Euros into Meheilla beach,40 Euros into Valetta We used to walk down to the beach but get a car back up its a 20 min walk uphill in the heat Running machine in the gym in the basement games room was good,table tennis ,table air hockey and pool table was a nice touch Be aware the 3 off 2 person bedrooms on the 1st floor have a terrace outside and then there is a single bed room on the same floor but at the front of the house The last 2 bedrooms are at the games room basement level There is a 3 bed 3 person in one bedroom The last 2 person bedroom in the basement is very basic and will only be ok for children to share i would say adults would not want that room There are plenty of bathrooms toilets etc spread over the different levels Mario the owner and the housekeeper who meets you one the first day are very helpful All in all an a good choice of Villa to stay in

Great space with fantastic views

We loved it here. The rooms were large and well-proportioned so that no-one felt crowded. The views were to die for - across the bay to the Red Tower, and Gozo beyond. The pool was huge and heated to the perfect temperature and the outdoor seating was really well thought - out - a canopied sitting area by the pool, and a covered terrace for meals. Everything was immaculately clean & well-presented, & the housekeeper Josetta was delightful. Communication online was super easy. The location is great for exploring Gozo as well as the west of the island. We found a delicious seafood restaurant on the bay btw called Munchies - with a name like that you expect burgers, but actually we got fresh fish, lobsters & a great wine list. The owners are, above all, kind people. One of our party injured himself whilst we were staying, and we asked for a late check-out on the last day so that he could rest a bit. Owner Mario not only granted this, he refused payment. Would highly recommend to anyone & hope to go again.

Excellent stay

The house is amazing, very impressive upon arrival. Rooms are huge and living areas worked perfectly for our group of 12. The pool was so lovely too. The supermarket was a 5 min drive and a beach around the same. Check in process was easy and the lady was very informative and kind. They made extra allowances for us which we very much appreciated. It is worth noting that electricity is capped and you will pay per unit used after your allowance, we were told that this allowance would be plenty in the time we were there if we didn't use air con but we did actually go over still, although our usage wasn't excessive. The charge is not huge though.

Villa is as described, clean and beautiful with nice views

There is plenty of space, all equipment in kitchen worked, which made life easier! The game room is fine. Beds are comfy. Electricity allowence of 25units per day is not enough, but you could expect that if you take into the account house size and how much AC consume. So if you keep in mind that and leave your self some spare cash to pay for electricity i think you going to be ok. 3 days of house use for 11 people accumulated a 40eur bill on top. Tho we tried to be responsable with electricity.

Beautiful holiday villa

We stayed at this villa as a party of nine in February. It's a very large villa, extremely well equipped and surprisingly even better than the photographs, with amazing views across the bay, with Gozo clearly visible in the distance. The location is perfect for exploring the island of Malta and literally a few minutes in the car from the ferries to the islands of Comino and Gozo, both well worth a visit. We were there for seven days and really only scratched the surface of things to see and do in the area. Mario, the owner of the villa lives close by and is happy to provide any information you may need and is a fantastic host! If you're heading to Malta, we highly recommend you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Even better than pics!!!

Everything was wonderful, house was HUGE! Kitchen was well outfitted and perfect. (Mario... new project: open up wall between kitchen and dining/living room - would be great!). House was clean, beds were comfy, lots of privacy and bathrooms. The view was amazing and pool was perfect. If we ever come back to Malta, we will definitely stay again. Mario was perfect host.
