Lorsque l'aventure vous emmène à l'extérieur, vous n'aurez pas à vous rappeler d'apporter vos kayaks ou vos vélos, dirigez-vous simplement vers le garage et prenez le matériel pour l'aventure de la journée!

Après une journée complète de plaisir en plein air, tout le monde aura la possibilité de se ressourcer dans l'une des 4 chambres ou de se réunir pour récapituler l'aventure de la journée dans le salon avec une belle cheminée en pierre du sol au plafond en son centre. Le sectionnel surdimensionné bercera votre corps pendant que vous récapitulez les jours d'aventure ensemble. Loved the place

The place was really nice. The refrigerator freezer was a little banged up and hard to open, but it worked out. Also, there were crickets and ants, but I assume that is the case with most places.

Great stay, nice home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 3 families together for Christmas, and this home accommodated us all comfortably. In addition, the kitchen is well stocked which allowed us to prepare a fantastic Christmas meal, and spacious dining room with big table allowed all of us to sit for dinner. Having a living room and family room, it gave us the ability to spread out and for everyone to be comfortable. Hot tub was nice, and we used the gas barbecue to cook the meat for Christmas dinner. We would definitely stay here again, thank you for your hospitality!

The water was too low and the jets were spraying water up in the air. There was no hose available so we were unable to add enough water to use it. We called for service but no one came. Otherwise everything was great.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Horrid. So sorry. For 520 a night, the original home I rented was awful,! Requested to more 15 lesson was fine, but the additional 550.00 for 2 nights is beyond words. I am aware that you can’t help the weather, or the extreme air quality, nor the fact the pool was closed. Not sure what the resort fee was, as the “resort “ was not in use. Even the cave was closed due to air quality. I have stayed with you so many times. But for 2,100 for 3 nights I would rather be in Maui. A refund of the ADDITIONAL 550.00 would be appreciated,

Great multiple family house

Loved the two master bedrooms with connected baths and bunk room. Made an excellent house to share with another family. The house was clean, well equipped and a short walk from the north store. The large deck was also awesome for dinners outside. Would definitely stay again!

Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family with three boys (ages 4-10) and both sets of grandparents. There was enough room for everyone. It’s a little bit set away from the Sunriver shopping area and SHARC, but there is a grocery story pretty much right out the back door. Came in handy when we realized we didn’t have syrup or basil. Someone would just walk to the store 2 minutes away. We enjoyed the layout of the home. TVs were a little difficult at first, but the people before us must have hooked up something and not rehooked up the cable. An easy fix once we looked at it. Hot tub was great.

Fridge leaked water

We really enjoyed our stay however, when we entered the home, there was an extremely powerful campfire smoke smell. Our refrigerator also began leaking on the floor. We were told an appliance person would come fix it but never heard from them. That was disappointing. Overall, we really had a great time and would stay again.

Plenty of Room for a Big Family

We totally enjoyed our stay at Lassen 15. We had our entire family - 6 adults and 3 toddlers and infants - and the house was comfortable with plenty of room for everyone and all in one level. The walk-in closets also made for great places for babies to sleep. :0) The kitchen was well-outfitted overall, but as with most vacation rentals, the cookware was sub-par. There were very nice paper towels provided, but no plastic wrap or foil. You'll want to bring those from home. The furniture is cozy and casual and the mattresses firm. The bed linens are just fine and the towels were thick and soft. The house is maybe 50 yards from the north store, which is handy, but otherwise feels a bit far out of you like walking or biking to the village or resort.

Perfect multi family home

Lots of separation of space for our family gathering. The private, sunken, newer hot tub was amazing and we never had an issue with it. Sitting in it with my sister in law as the snowflakes fell will always be a great take away! A week long tournament of foosball was fun for all of us (ages 4-67)! We would love to eventually use the bonus of included SHARC passes, due to covid/weather, we haven’t been able to. The home is well appointed, the beds are memory foam kings and very comfortable, the living and family room furniture is like a grandpa’s big bear hug—warm and soft and just right. I do wish the “welcome” placard had been more obvious—it had info on it that I was looking for on day one, but didn’t discover until the day we left, however, my daily phone calls to the patient and helpful PM answered any issues or questions! The back bedrooms and family room do get very cold if the heater isn’t on consistently, I’m not sure what could be done about that. Maybe a ceiling fan or blower system by the gorgeous ceiling high rock face fireplace? I do wish there had been notation of lack of DVD’s to watch—most rentals have those on site but this house didn’t. I don’t know if that’s a covid thing. The other thing that was a little odd was that some channels weren’t available in the living room but were in the family room. The kitchen has what you need—but bring spices, Saran Wrap, ziploc, and hand soap for the kitchen sink as those sorts of things weren’t in the house. A huge positive: the North Store is right behind the house, across the path and backyard. It isn’t as well stocked as the Village store but it works I’m a pinch. It is a good 4 mile round trip, uphill both ways on the walking/bike path to the village—which is the ONLY thing I would say is a negative about this house. Overall, we loved our stay

Couch was comfortable, beds were comfortable, the separate family/tv room was nice, kitchen well stocked and we spent a lot of time at the long dining room table. Hot tub was larger than most, clean and hot! The country store was very conveniently located too!

Great property with two master

The two masters are on one side of the house and other two bedrooms on the other. It’s still easy to hear if kids have a problem. The outdoor space is great and stayed mostly shaded, which allows lots of outdoor time as a virus precaution. The kitchen is well stocked, but the oven took a long time to heat. The fussball table and bikes in the garage were well used by us. There were also kayaks and some other equipment. I usually like to stay closer to the Village. This property is a ways out there but was within eyeshot of the north store, so it was easy to pick up extra provisions. Overall, a really great place.

Great Family Rental

Very comfortable, spacious home for even a large group! The home is comfortable and stocked with everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, and the two living areas are especially nice when traveling with children/teens. We really enjoyed our time here and would rent this home again!
