À propos de cet hébergement

Located in a gated community on the Back Bay about two blocks from the beach, our cottage is newly renovated and ready for your vacation getaway. Enjoy wonderful views of the bay and sunsets from the back deck after a long day soaking up the warm sun and sand at the beach or fishing from your own private dock and community boat slip. Play tennis at the courts located on site, enjoy the pool directly across from the cottage or the pool located at the main club house as well as take a bike ride through one of the nature trails in the Back Bay wildlife refuge or our own community. Pool hours are 10a-8p daily.

Our cottage offers one bedroom with a queen size memory foam pillow top mattress, Queen Size sofa bed in living room, and two recliners looking at a ROKU Smart TV with cable and internet available complimented by our blue tooth speaker. Kitchen dining combo as well as a six seater outdoor table. Full size bathtub shower combo within the cottage as well as a bath house and laundry facility just across the lane.

In addition to two bikes , two kayaks, two fishing poles, two beach chairs, and corn hole boards , we stock enough basic necessities that you can arrive knowing you have basic toiletries, coffee, creamer, paper towels(1), toilet paper(1), trash bag, and dish soap to get you settled. Please bring additional for extended stay.

Sheets and bath towels are provided. Kitchen hand towel, bath hand towel, comforters, and pillows are provided on site as well. ***Please bring your own beach towels.***

No matter whether you spend the day out and about enjoying the amenities or just stay at the cottage and relax, we hope you enjoy Bayside Paradise part of Surfside at Sandbridge / Outdoor RV Resorts as much as we do!

Fantastic Stay steps from the bay and a short bike to the beach!

This cozy, extremely well-appointed cottage had a perfect deck to dine bayside and read or watch the sunset. The dock was perfect for fishing and kayaking.

A Peaceful Stay

The cottage is in a perfect location, very quiet and safe, plus the setting was lovely. We biked a lot in the refuge and state park beyond and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We would stay there again.

Great cozy place on the bay near ocean

We are family of 4 and have been coming to this cottage for the past 4 years. We love the setting of a small village on the water with beautiful sunsets, wild life,safety for the kids to roam around, familiar faces year after year, very short walk to the beach and pool right in front of the cottage.

Perfect Getaway

This was the most beautifully decorated little cottage that offered so much. We enjoyed coffee on the dock each morning and kayaking and fishing in the evening. The location on the inlet was beautiful and the distance to the beach was perfect. I would absolutely recommend this cottage to anyone. I look forward to visiting it again.

Peaceful Trip to Sandbridge

This our first trip to Sandbridge beach! We loved the location right alongside the bay and within walking distance of the beach. During our stay we experienced lots of rain (remnants of Beryl) and while other neighboring properties were flooding we were quite dry and content. The decor was functional and aesthetic! The trailer was very clean and had everything we needed and more. Our family of four had plenty of space and felt very comfortable. We utilized the kayaks, bikes, swim tubes and the grill provided. On most swim days we had the nearby pool all to ourselves. The most memorable part was interacting in the bay with some curious otters, turtles and the neighboring heron. The communication and hospitality was amazing and we would love to return someday!

Fun little home away from home

We loved our stay here! So much better than a hotel room as it comes with kayaks, bikes, cornhole, and amazing sunsets from your own private dock. Communication with the owner was excellent. Everything you need is found within this updated and very clean RV. There were even fresh cut flowers in a vase! Close to beautiful beaches that you can walk or bike to and a swimming pool just around the corner. Would highly recommend!!

Perfect Little RV Camper

Great location on the bay and within walking distance of the beach. RV is supplied with all the cooking needs, games, gated large porch with outside dining, plenty of seating, solo deck for fishing out on the bay, kayaks, bikes and more! Great for small family gathering and couples. We were impressed with the little space because it felt much bigger and we didn’t need for much. The owner was very hospitable and available. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had such a great time staying at this bay-side bungalow! It was perfect for our family of three and our daughters first trip to the beach. It might be a small place, but it definitely doesn't feel like it. Bright, clean, and what appears to be newly redone. If you have a young child coming with you, a pack and play will fit comfortably next to the bed in the little closet area. We were able to use the beach chairs and went out on the kayaks. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. Being so close to the second pool and laundry was an added bonus. The community is gated, so it also felt very safe and prevented others from our group staying in another house from popping in unexpectedly :D. The host's hospitality was amazing, very communicative, and clear instructions. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Peaceful little cottage on the bay

We have stayed in many RVs at this resort over past 13 years and Bayside is one of a very few best there. We have been coming to Bayside last few years , and every year it becomes better, every year we see new little conviniences and necessities being added making the stay more and more comfortable. This place offers pool and laundry right next door, beautiful sunset off the deck, nice sitting arrangements outside, shades and fan if necessary, very comfortable sleeping. Crispy clean and fresh!

We were very happy with our stay. The bed along with pull out sofa were very comfortable and property was very well kept along with lots of cute touches to make it feel like home. We will definitely be back when we visit Sandbridge again!

This is our third time staying here and, as always, it was lovely. We hit the beach twice and had seafood. The view of the water at the back bay is so peaceful ❤️ The cottage is so cozy and has everything one could need!

Tidy & Charming Cottage by the Bay

We enjoyed our stay so much. Just as the listing showed - the cottage was very clean and incredibly well-equipped. The gated RV resort community was a delightful, clean, safe area where residents are friendly. It's just a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the extra amenities like having basic toiletries available. The hand-written welcome note was a sweet touch. Megan also provides bikes and kayaks, which we enjoyed - highly recommended having a paddle around off of the dock behind the house. Megan is a wonderful hostess - she's very friendly, accommodating and attentive. Highly recommend!

Lovely little cottage in RV resort!

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this really cute cottage for my birthday weekend. The layout of the cottage cleverly utilized the available space so that it did not feel cramped. The outdoor porches and dock were spacious and provided great additional living spaces and water views. The weather was cool and sometimes rainy, and we enjoyed relaxing in the mornings and evenings in the twin recliners in front of the crackling gas fireplace. We especially appreciated all of the many extras that the owner included, in particular the bikes. The RV resort neighborhood was quiet and well maintained, and folks were friendly when we were out walking or cycling. Would definitely recommend!

Delightful and wonderful!

We have stayed at many rental properties and this was one of the best - it was just exactly what we needed for the two of us! Located right on the water with so many seating options outside - Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, a large seating table with chairs...it was so nice to sit and relax and watch the birds and do a little fishing off the lower deck! Our hosts thought of everything and then some...it is the little details that make a big difference, right down to the fresh flowers they left for us! They had bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, bug spray, coffee, charging stations, plenty of plugs and USB plugs, hangers, and even soap and shampoo for us to use! The fireplace took the chill off at night and the bed is soooo super comfy and the place was so clean and smelled wonderful! Perfect location - the neighbors were all super friendly and it is nice and quiet and close to the beach. We absolutely loved it and could not have asked for anything more! They responded to our texts immediately, although we did not really need anything, it was all there!

Excellent family vacation!

My family had a relaxing vacation! The beach was close by, as well as a couple of restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. It was a great experience!
