Perfect for your vacation getaway, this oceanfront property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen with all of the necessary appliances, a wood-burning outdoor fire place, and various spaces for you and your family to hangout. Enjoy sunbathing and watching waves crash right outside on your own private beach!

Couldn’t be closer to the ocean!

My husband and I needed a little getaway and this house was perfect! It was spotless and so organized! The view was beyond amazing and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals and the knives were even sharpened! The bed was so comfortable, the linens and towels so nice. We can’t wait to stay again!

Cute home, Amazing Views! Camp fire outside was a fun way to end the night. Nice quiet neighborhood, amazing great host. Would definitely come again.

Anniversary/Babymoon Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary/babymoon with our 2 dogs and had a FANTASTIC stay. The location couldn't be better and our dogs loved being able to explore a sandy/beachy area for the first time. There isn't much time you're able to be down by the shore before the waves overtake it, but just being right on the water is so nice. There were some ants in the kitchen and bathroom, along with some little things that were broken in the house (locks, door stopper, etc.), but it definitely wouldn't deter us from staying here again. You also do not have to do anything before leaving (any cleaning, stripping beds, etc), the property management team takes care of all that which is very nice. We hope to be back one day for sure!

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this waterfront home. The home was mostly as shown and had the basics for cooking. Communication with the hosts was smooth and the check in was easy.

A great house right on the water

Our family was able to safely get together for a quiet beach front get away. The check in and check out was very easy. The staff was very accommodating and available if there were any needs. We loved the porch overlooking the ocean and the private beach. We look forward to staying again soon.

A perfect beach house !!

The view is amazing , the house is coastal decor and the area is so peaceful . You will be so happy if you could rent this house for a vacation ! Everything was seemless .

Sweeping Seaside Bungalow

On the beach with oceanfront views to enjoy. Sandy beach with accessible rocky shoreline. Enjoyed S’mores around beachside firepit at night and sighted porpoises offshore in day. Really a great family getaway for all. Location is fabulous! As mentioned there are stairs, and refrigerator could be upsized. Would stay again! Maintenance needs were promptly responded to, although at least 2 were from prior guests. Older house, so Maint needs do crop up. Reco housekeeping do better at reporting obvious issues between guests.

Perfect Family Getaway

It was very comfortable for my husband and I, and 2 little kids. That being said if you are looking for luxury accommodations this is not the place for you. But it was perfect for our weekend family getaway and we would love to return.

Felt like a true beach house. House was clean and simple. The management team waS fast and responsive. Our maintenance guy, Max was very polite, friendly and got the job done if we needed anything. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is amazing and great location right on the beach in a quiet area. The kids had a sandy area to play in while the tide was high and could play in the water when the tide was low down about 8 or so stone steps. Would definitely stay here again! The washer and dryer are outside and the washer was a bit tricky to get working as the door did not close properly to ‘lock’, but pushing the bottom in the right way until it locked solved that problem.

Right on the Water

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is so close to the ocean that spray from the waves reaches the window screens! It is an older house, but has been well preserved, which gives you a feel of what an original beach cottage would feel like. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill, firepit and hot tub all worked well. This is not one of the neighboring mansions but is a very unique place. Parking is easy. There is a significant walk down twisting stairs to the house. Not a good choice if you are older or have accessibility concerns. However, for a family with two teens, it was great.

Perfection in the Pandemic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beach bungalow was exactly what we'd hoped for. It is charming and the location cannot be beat! The waves and beach directly in front of us were inviting morning-noon-and-night! We couldn't keep our kids (ages 10-15) out of the water... boogie boarding, playing in the waves, and teaching themselves to surf! The beds and bed linens were more heavenly than any rental I've stayed at. Loved the minimalist beach decor. The kitchen and bathrooms aren't exactly luxury, but they are clean, functional, and well stocked with towels, dishes, utensils, etc. The deck out front was where we spent our days - bbq'ing all day, card games, meals, and just enjoying the ocean views. The mini gas fireplace on the front deck and the hot tub on the side deck were favorite features. Dolphins swam by and played daily. Nice to not stress about beach parking given that the lot is plenty large. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We brought all our own food and did one instacart delivery during our stay to restock a few essentials. I'd advise bringing extra trash bags and paper towels (we ran out since we were eating in every day). Loved this stay! Our trip was filled with family memories that I'll always treasure! Can't wait to return!

This house is small and definitely dated. However, compared to older reviews, this property has been updated to resolve many of the concerns. We did not encounter any unsafe patio or floor areas. Location is amazing right on the ocean. Due to tides, we had a brief hour or two during our stay to really play on the beach in front of the rocks. Would consider coming back

October 2021 Stay

Great views. House, grounds in terrible shape. Laundry area disgusting. Too many steps just to the house. Dog poop, garbage in “private beach” sand. Dated furniture. Dirty window coverings. Apartment refrigerator with broken handle. Too much negative to say so will stop. This house was very disappointing to us. Will never recommend or return.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ll begin with the positives. Great views and great gas stove (but it needs an exhaust vent to meet code). Great response from staff to fix water pressure regulator. I’ll speak of only a few of the issues we had with the house. House was described as 30 some steps to the Ocean. There are 33 mostly chopped brick stairs just to the house, another 12 to the private beach and another 6 or7 to the actual beach but those are usually covered with rocks. OceanFront required our ages when we rented this house. I’m 73, my husband is 77. We should have been told of the steps. The grounds were a mess. House window coverings filthy. Outdoor furniture so dry and splintered and we could not use. Repeat business and referrals are so important and we can give this house neither.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has so much potential. It is super cozy and in a very quiet location with an awesome beach space. The house however has been left in I’ll repair. The outside needs a lot of attention and the inside has a broken apartment size refrigerator. If they would do an update this would be a perfect rental! The management was attentive however I am waiting to hear back from Peter about reimbursement on the way too small refrigerator needs in a house that size. I would reccomend this house only if the owners give it attention. The deck is dangerous in spots

Great Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, excellent location. The house is small but the views are incredible and make it worth it. It’s a beach house vibe. The rooms are a good size but the kitchen is tiny and challenging to cook in. The beds are comfortable. The one downside is - for the price, it’s missing all the little touches. No napkins, no beach toys, no extra toilet paper, no extra towels. Things that are pretty basic for most rentals at that price. For a very small amount of money they could take this place from really good to great.
