Relax and unwind at this cozy single-level home featuring a quaint covered backyard patio with hot tub and built in fireplace, and a front yard patio with a bubbling fountain to relax to with your morning coffee.

The house also includes use of the two car garage, front load washer/dryer units, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, an office table, and a backyard covered retreat with hot tub.

Within walking distance is the neighborhood park with playground and basketball court. For those a little more adventurous, there is the City of Chandler Espee Park featuring baseball fields, a splash pad, and a skateboard/bike park.

Cute nearby shopping and restaurant hubs in the area include Downtown Chandler, Downtown Gilbert, and Agritopia.

We recently added solar to the roof so you can know that the energy you are using at this house is being offset by renewable energy sources.

Ready for a great stay in Chandler? This is the perfect Vrbo property! Clean, cozy and easy access to everything one needs to relax. The decor demonstrates great detail to superb taste. Outdoor space is conducive to restoring one’s energy. Highly recommend this property.

Chandler house

We spent several weeks at this house and enjoyed it very much. It was comfortable and we loved hearing the fountain and enjoyed spending time in the back yard. My husband loved the hot tub.

Excellent backyard with spa and entertainment area.

The house was clean and nicely furnished. One of my favorite parts of the stay was using the spa. It was warm and ready upon our arrival. Overall, a very nice place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice Cozy Place

This is the second time I stayed at this property and both times it was a great experience. The place was convenient to meet friends and the amenities were appreciated. I highly recommend the place for out of town visitors.

Our group of six adults were in Chandler for a family wedding and this lovely home worked perfectly for us. It is comfortable and very well equipped. The location was ideal. Communication was prompt and check-in was smooth. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wonderful Property

Great stay!

Was exactly as described !we really appreciated the hot tub and the easy to follow instructions for the spa. It was nice to keep the window cracked throughout the day to hear the water fountain while I worked remotely. The neighborhood is very peaceful. Definite perk is that I got to use the garage, easy directions to open and close with a app and lastly I appreciate your home not giving a laundry list of chores before leaving. Thank you !

This was our first home together that we designed and remodeled. As we lived there, we were blessed to raise three children.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The home was purchased out of foreclosure in an unlivable state. We were just engaged, Josh had some handyman experience and Elle worked in the fix and flip industry. Over the course of three years we completed a three-phase renovation including: a full interior remodel, front yard, and backyard.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Enjoy the sound of running water from the fountain in the front yard, pass through the designer RV gate to enjoy a cushioned seat under the covered patio while enjoying a fire in the custom fire pit. Planters throughout the yard provide opportunities for flowers, vines, and herbs that add color throughout the space.

Vaulted ceilings and minimal hallways inside the house make this home feel larger than it is with it's open floor plan. Enjoy preparing and eating food on granite counter tops while enjoying the view of the bubbling fountain and yard.
