Waterscape's A629. This wonderful unit stylishly decorated and offers many amenities. The artwork and furnishings have been hand picked with the beach in mind. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo 's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a TV and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main hallway near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/ dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Have a family book this unit!

Great location next to the parking garage for easy unloading. Unit on outside of complex so very quiet and great privacy on the balcony with views of the ocean.

A piece of paradise!

Made our yearly visit and it is more amazing every time we go. The grandkids absolutely love the pool,lazy river, and the beach. I just love sitting on the beach under the umbrella and enjoying doing nothing. Can’t wait till next time!

Wonderful Trip

We loved staying in this condo at Waterscape. The layout and size was perfect for us. Our son loved the pools and its not too far of a walk to the beach. The only thing i would suggest is better mattresses. But even with that we would definitely stay in this condo again.

I would highly recommend this resort, the staff are amazing, the housing was comfortable and quiet. Best of all, these units come with every thing you need. The units are very modern and clean. My family and I were in no rush to leave. You'll enjoy your stay, again, the manager and her staff "Ashley" were very nice. Their communication is proactive, accurate, and on point. 👍

Perfect Condo

Loved the view of the bay and the gulf out our patio. Also on Wednesday night we got to see fireworks right out our patio on the pier. My only recommendation would be to get a good non stick pan.

Great condo!

This is a lovely place to stay with the family. Our kids had fun sleeping in the bunk beds! This room is very close to the garage elevator which was convenient! There were some games in the dining room storage that were fun to play when we had a rainy day. Overall solid condo and definitely recommend! Only detail to point out is that the front door to the condo opens to the parking garage instead of opening to an air conditioned hallway. Just wanted to mention in case there are others that care about that.

Perfect Getaway

Waterscape was a beautiful condo. You could see the ocean right from the balcony. The decorations were charming. We couldnt get 1 of the tvs to work, but it was probably user error. They had dvds to rent and gave us 10 free ones. My son loved renting a movie in the evenings. Its really close to the aquarium and wild willys adventure park, both i highly recommend. Overall it was just a great stay!

Nice room

Nice room but I wish the cable actually worked. It was difficult with a toddler who goes to bed at 8 pm. I understand you offered to call to fix the cable but we were only there for 4 days and I didn’t want a bunch of maintenance and cable men in our room with my toddler trying to nap throughout the day. I was told the TVs were smart TVs and to just use the apps but you can’t use the apps on either tv without going through the cable company.

Time in paradise

Made our yearly trip this time of the year and it was awesome as usual. Only there for a 3 day weekend but next year definitely doing a whole week. Grandkids loved it so much they never want to leave. Highly recommend staying here cause you have everything you need on site and you don’t have to drive anywhere.

Wonderful Stay!!

The condo was beautifully decorated & fully furnished. It was so clean & had a couple of smart tvs for viewing. I was so happy that we could see the beach from the patio. This unit isn't beachfront but you can see the ocean behind the neighboring hotels. I would definitely stay here again. My only wish was that the unit had better shower heads. Now that would've made our stay truly luxurious.

Nice Place

We stayed in A629. It was very clean and spacious. Loved that the parking garage connected to the building and I didn’t have to take elevators. We were here for baseball so we didn’t make it to the beach or pool so I can not comment on that but it did look beautiful from the 6th floor

A629 will not disappoint.

This is the cleanest rental we have stayed in!! It was so nice having 2 sets of towels for all six of us. There was also more than enough hand towels and wash cloths. Our big and little kids really liked the bunk room. They took turns staying in the bunk and guest room. Having so many of the smart TV's in different spaces was helpful for anyone who woke up earlier than the rest of the family or if anyone wasn't needing to nap. It also allowed the older kids to watch tv after the little kids went to bed. Those were the only times we used tv bc there was so much to do at the resort, beach, and surrounding area. We had a view of the pier/ocean and also a bay view. Being so close to the parking garage elevator was really nice. We used that to get to the pools and beach. We parked on level 6 to unpack, but lower afterwards so we didn't have so many levels to drive down and up. Then we parked back up on 6 our last night so we could load back up easier. It was also convenient being right by the trash shute. Everyone loved this trip and our condo. When we come back we will book with A629!

Great place, but only heated pool is small

A friend and I traveled on spring break with two 8-year-old girls. We enjoyed the condo and the whole complex. The good things: nicely decorated, both bedrooms had king beds, very nice bathrooms. The only negative was that the mattresses felt very old. Ours sagged in the middle and my friend said there's sagged on the sides. We thought the whole complex was great - more than one pool including a big one with lazy river, and easy beach access. The negative was that since it was chilly the kids had to all swim in the heated pool and the description did not make clear that the only heated pool was the smaller adult pool. It's basically a circle with none of the fun stuff in it for kids. So just wish they had heated the bigger pool so the kids could have enjoyed it. It was so cold, even in late March that we didn't get to use it.

Great vacation condo close to everything

This is a beautiful condo that is exactly as pictured. The property is great. Loved that beach chairs and umbrella were included. One thing I really liked was the fact that they had soap, paper towels, and full rolls of TP in every bathroom. I’ve stayed in many Vrbo and AirBnb with no soap and less than 1/2 a roll of TP requiring an urgent run to the store before we could even settle in. Plenty of bath towels too. They even supplied dishwasher soap and liquid. They did not supply beach towels but we brought some. There are several great places to eat (some within walking distance). So close to activities in Destin as well. We had a great time. Just note, some reviews mention parking was far from the condo. Not sure why that is mentioned. We brought a wagon and prepared for a haul…literally right there, no long haul.

Excellent beach getaway

The location of this property was perfect. We were in walking distance to several restaurants and activities and a short walk down to the beach and pools. The beach service was perfect! We didn’t utilize the pools or lazy river since we had perfect beach weather all week. When walking by the pools they looked a little crowded, but they would be perfect for families with young children. Our unit was clean, well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the dryer in the unit had a squeal when running, we solved the problem by starting it when we left for the day! While you don’t get a full ocean view from the balcony, you do get a perfect view of the summer fireworks from the pier! We would definitely stay here again!
