This stunning new construction home is ready for you and your family! With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths there is room for everyone to stay comfortably. We are located right next to the town park, playground, tennis courts and most importantly ONLY 3 ½ blocks to the beach! Every amenity that Cape Charles has to offer is only a short stroll or Golf Cart ride away! The first floor offers a wide-open floor plan with comfy sectional, 6-person dining table and 4-person granite bar providing enough room for your entire family to spread out and relax! The gourmet kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, Keurig, glass tiled backsplash and beautiful granite countertops. The cabinets are stocked with all the kitchen essentials you will need during your stay! The backyard has a six-person patio table, gas grill and quaint yard for those beautiful summer day or night cookouts. On the second floor you will find the laundry room and spacious primary suite with king bed and balcony. The primary ensuite has a fully tiled walk-in shower and free-standing soaker tub waiting for you to melt the stress away from everyday life! The third-floor features two large bedrooms and full bath with a large deep soaker tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the second guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin over full bunk bed! Both guest rooms offer spacious closets and dressers. Each room in the home has a new Smart TV for those late night NetFlix and chill shenanigans. The Bay Front Beaches at Cape Charles have sandy white beaches, clear water and out of this world sunsets! With trails, charter fishing, marinas, winery, distillery, breweries, eateries, bakeries, shopping and more there is something for everyone awaiting you in historic Cape Charles… the Sunset town of Virginia! Restful and Relaxing Week in Charming Cape Charles

This was our family’s first vacation to friendly Cape Charles. My husband and I were joined by our 2 20-some daughters. We all loved the town, beach, restaurants, shops, and puttering around in a golf cart! The home is in a wonderful, central location near the park (pickleball courts) and in great shape - comfortable beds, very clean with new, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, nice outside sitting areas. The property manager made us feel welcome and communicated perfectly. Deadrise pizza was delicious for takeout one evening. Yoga class was challenging. We will be back! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Stay!

Enjoyable week stay at this beautiful home! Especially liked having the large griddle for pancakes and grilled cheeses! Recommend renting the owners golf cart for easy beach/shopping/dining! My 9 month old grandson LOVED the golf cart rides! Great beach for kids! Supper shallow with afternoon pools & sandbars. Great critter finds on beach.

Love Cape Charles

House was perfect for our family. Open floor plan downstairs with large kitchen and dining area was great for our family meals. We also enjoyed the back deck and grilling. Bedrooms were large with plenty of closet space. Very tastefully decorated. Great location. The kids loved being right across from the park. Beach was just a short walk or golf cart ride away. This was a great house in an amazing beach town. Would highly recommend staying here.

Family of 5 adults stayed in this property while vacationing in Cape Charles. This house exceeded our expectations!!! The listing doesn't give it justice. Spacious and modernized while stocked with everything you need in the kitchen / bathrooms. Host was great to work with answering all our questions in a timely manner before we rented and provided detailed instructions for arrival / departure. Nice having golf cart with house and not having to worry about renting elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Cape Charles!!!

Perfect for family vacation

Our family of five had a great time the week of the fourth. The location was convenient to everything, the neighbors were friendly, and we appreciated the owners communication. The kitchen was well stocked, and the open floor plan made it easy for our family to hang out. We already booked our visit for next year!

Our favorite home away from home!

This was our third year renting and we couldn’t be happier! This house is beautiful from top to bottom, the location is fantastic (close to the beach and right on the park) and the owners couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating! We had an amazing week and can’t wait to come back next summer! Highly recommend!!

The house was just as listed! Communication was great! Property was the cleanest beach rental we’ve ever stayed in. All the beds were very comfortable. It was a great location to town, the beach and the playground! Our family had a wonderful week!!

Come for the beach, stay for the stairs

We had a great stay here. The beds were comfortable, the showers were great, the layout worked really well for us. We had 4 small kids with us and they had a really good time. The ceilings are super high which makes everything feel super airy and open. It also means that there are a lot of stairs to the third floor. We eat like monsters on vacation so I’d count this as a plus. If you have kids, it’s a two block walk to a playground and a soccer field. We went there daily and really enjoyed not having to load up in the van. Would recommend!

Beautiful home, great location - totally heavenly!

Cape Charles was recommended as a wonderful quaint getaway any time of the year by a friend. After researching rental options, we decided upon this lovely, well-appointed home just blocks from downtown and the beach! We couldn't have been more pleased, It was absolutely heavenly! It was everything a guest could ask for. The owner was thoughtful, generous, and communicated well with us before and during our stay. I highly recommend this home for your stay in Cape Charles!

Wedding Weekend Perfection

Attended a wedding at the Oyster Farm and needed comfortable, spacious accommodations for family and friends. This house exceeded my expectations in all categories. The online pictures are beautiful but believe me when I say it this home is amazing in person. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, nice bathrooms, and great outdoor space. The owner has thought of everything, even sound machines on the bedside tables! Will stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends and family. Be sure to rent the golf cart! So much fun scooting around town and easy parking at the beach.

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Beach town

We loved our Cape Charles vacation in this home. The house was perfect. We walked in and on the counter were two bottles of wine and two free ice cream passes for us to enjoy. It’s close to the beach, town and the park. We had more than enough space for six people. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front porches and back deck. Kitchen was well equipped to have meals at home. At night, after a stroll in town and ice cream, we enjoyed watching movies together on the big, comfortable sectional couch. We loved our stay and hope to come back again. We also rented the golf cart which helped immensely with carting kids and beach gear around. Thank you for a great way to end our summer.

Great location

We just returned from a week here and the location is excellent, property is super clean and well laid out. The golf cart wasn’t necessary but was super convenient for back and forth trips tp the beach or downtown. A great and relaxing stay.

Cape Charles Fun

Our family had a great time at Cape Charles and thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Raffaele’s home. It was as advertised. The home easily accommodated our party and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals which we did for a couple of dinners. The area had plenty of parking spots available for our vehicles. The area is quiet and close to the park. I do recommend renting the golf cart which was very nice. It was great leaving the car and just using the golf cart to go to the beach, shopping, or eating out. We would definitely stay in Raffaele’s home again if visiting Cape Charles.

A Dream!

Our first trip to Cape Charles and the perfect home base for getting everywhere we needed to in the incredible town. The house was just as listed and the space was perfect for our family. We had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The host was helpful and responsive. Do get the golf cart - it is easy and fun!

Flooded and Two Cars Totalled

The home is beautiful, that's true, however, we lost two vehicles on night one in a flood due to a storm that came in sometime between 12 and 5 am. Being the first night we had no idea a storm was coming. Both vehicles were totalled, unable to be moved, we spent most of the time stressed, trying to get tow and rentals. We left before Saturday, and after telling the owner what happend, they did reach out to say sorry, but we never heard from them again. I have to wonder how many other people this has happened to.
