Welcome to this charming 1925 rock house, one of the few remaining original rock homes in the heart of New Braunfels!

This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is available for monthly rental and offers a perfect mix of historic charm and modern convenience.

Rock House Haven features shiplap accents, a massive kitchen island with butcher block countertops, and stainless-steel appliances, making it ideal for extended stays. The original hardwood floors have been refinished to preserve the home's character while adding warmth and style to the space.

The main bedroom is a comfortable retreat with a queen-size bed, smart TV, and ample closet space. The guest bedroom is furnished with a twin-size daybed and a twin-size trundle, perfect for extra visitors or a home office setup, also featuring its own smart TV. The guest bathroom retains its vintage appeal with the original clawfoot bathtub, toilet, and sink, offering a charming touch of the past.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included, ensuring easy living for long-term stays.

Situated on a lovely corner lot, this home boasts a charming front porch where you can enjoy the neighborhood’s relaxed vibe. Located just a short walk from downtown New Braunfels, the Comal River, shopping, and dining, this home puts you in the heart of it all.

Please note there is an attached apartment at the back of the house where the homeowner resides when she is not traveling. For added privacy, the two spaces are separated from the rental by a private door which remains locked at all times.

Additional rules
-Renting party must be 23 or older (all members of the group must be 23yrs of age or older, unless there's a parent/guardian present during the entirety of the stay).  
-Must sign Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in details- please let us know if you'd like a copy before booking (we can't attach)
-If booked on the same day or weekend, please call After-Hours # provided, as we can access our phone quicker than AirBNB
-No day visitors (3 guests-max occupancy- occupancy includes children)
-Max parking- 2 vehicles
-For stays over 28 days- max 1 guest per bedroom 

-Monthly reservations during our popular winter months (January, February, and March) MUST be booked from the 1st to the 1st.
-Remaining off-season monthly stays must be booked for a FULL month (i.e. 1st to the 1st, 6th to the 6th, 27th to the 27th, etc)
