The large sectional couch in the living area offers a cozy spot for the whole family to gather by the fireplace or enjoy a movie together. After a challenging day of skiing, unwind in the massage chair near the fireplace.

This residence includes three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The master suite features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub. One bedroom can be separated from the rest of the home for flexible rental options.

In the winter, enjoy ski-in/ski-out access to Vail Ski Resort. During the summer, explore nearby Gore Creek, hike Booth Falls Trail, or bike along the Vail Pass Path. For dining, visit Tavern on the Square, browse the boutiques in Vail Village, and relax at the Aria Athletic Club and Spa.

- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.

- There is one parking space in the heated underground parking garage.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
