Welcome to The Pink Cabin, a charming three-bedroom, one-bathroom home nestled in the heart of Barwon Heads! Perfectly situated and within walking distance to shops and a picturesque beachfront, this cozy retreat offers both convenience and tranquility.
Step inside to discover a modest and inviting interior, with 2 living areas, sleeping 6 and an outdoor shower. With a fully enclosed backyard, it's an ideal haven for your furry friends to roam freely.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION: Please note all towels and linen are provided.
Bedroom 1 (Master) - King bed and spacious wardrobe (Sleeps 2) Please note the floor is secure but does have a natural curve to it toward the window.
Bedroom 2 - 2x single beds, spacious wardrobe (Sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 - 2x single beds, spacious wardrobe (Sleeps 2)
BATHROOM CONFIGURATION: Bathmats, hand towels provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

Separate private toilet (Off laundry) - Toilet
PARKING: Free parking on site with plenty of space in the driveway, not enclosed or in garage (Garage inaccessible) There is also ample free on street parking.
ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via lockbox on site, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.
WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided on check in.
KICTHEN: Toaster, kettle, coffee machine (Coffee beans), dishwasher (Located in laundry), oven, fridge. Complimentary selection of tea, coffee, sugar. Spices, oil provided.
DINING: We have a dining table set for 8 guests.
LOUNGE: Open plan living room with couch, smart TV, books and fireplace. Please note the fireplace is inaccessible to guests. Smart tv for Netflix, Stan, YouTube available, we ask that guests use their own accounts to log in.
SECOND LOUNGE: Located off the main living area, this room offers books, couch and TV.
GARAGE: Not accessible to guests.
BACKYARD: Private spacious yard with patio at front door, enclosed yard, Gazebo with BBQ. There is also a private outdoor shower.
HEATING & COOLING: The property features a ceiling fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning in main living area for heating and cooling.
LAUNDRY: Washing machine in laundry. Washing powder provided, there is a clothes line in the back yard. Please note this room also has a dishwasher and access to the second toilet room.
PETS: Pets is pet friendly. We ask that guests supply their own pet beds, toys and food. Any droppings will need to be picked up from the yard before check out. Strictly no pets on the couches or beds, there will be a small pet fee per booking.
MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks.
Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.

Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided. CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys. Pet Friendly Properties: We ask you to be considerate of the property owner and employ good pet etiquette. BYO sleeping and feeding equipment, leaving the yard free of any animal waste, ensuring the pets stay outside unless prior arranged and always off furniture. Please note: A pet fee will apply for these stays. UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances. PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
