Located a stone's throw from Curlewis beach front this hidden gem is The Shoreline Escape, perfect for multiple families to retreat to a peaceful, stylish and spacious getaway. Located nearby and overlooking the waterfront, this property is a short walk away from local parks, cafes, golf course and more. With four bedrooms, two master suites and two living areas, it is the perfect size for a large family. Pet friendly with a heated pool and entertainment space.

PARKING/ GARAGE: Free parking on the street and 2x spaces in the driveway. 2x space in the garage for parking, guests will need to access the property before they can open the garage. We ask that guests do not park in neighboring spots. There is a public walkway to the left of the property.

ENTRY: Entry is gained via lockbox on site; guests will be provided their code 24 hours before check in. Host will be available to assist if guests have any trouble or questions.

WIFI: Complimentary wi-fi is available at the property, login information will be provided in your check in instructions and welcome book.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, basic condiments provided (Spices, oil, salt, pepper, sauces) Coffee pod machine (equipment provided) Tea, sugar, hot chocolate provided.

DINING: A dining table is located off the kitchen, seating 10 guests. An additional 3 dining spots are located at the kitchen bench and another 4 spaces in the outdoor dining table. There is also a spacious bench in the downstairs entertainment area with attached BBQ kitchen with mini fridge.

LOUNGE: A large lounge suite will comfortably seat multiple guests with large wall mounted smart TV and gas fireplace (Upstairs). Various apps available, guests will need to log into their own accounts. For convenience there is also a second living area downstairs with couch, smart TV, children's toys, foosball table and arcade machine with access to the outdoor pool and entertainment area.

OUTDOOR AREA (Downstairs): Escape to your outdoor family experience with dining and outdoor BBQ kitchen. Gated luxury heated pool (Solar Constantly with gas available additionalcharge. See below) available for guests year-round. Pool equipment, veggie garden and lounge chairs also provided for guests to relax and have fun.

Please note that from November to February the pool is solar heated and the pool retains a nice warm temperature. If you are booking the property from March to October and would like the pool gas heated to 25 degrees for your stay there will be an additional charge of $150 per day. Please let your host know 24 hours in advance so we can arrange this for you. If you are booking of November to February and would like gas heating, it is available to you at the charge above.


OUTDOOR PATIO (Upstairs): Connecting to the kitchen/ dining/ living room this outdoor area features 4-person table and chairs, additional seating plus a telescope. Beautiful views of the surrounding area and beachfront. With outdoor wall heater for comfort and a manual blind that can be lowered on one side for shade.

INFANTS/ CHILDREN: We have provided a highchair, plastic cutlery, porta cot for infants and toddlers. There is also a supply of board games, toys and books in the downstairs lounge.

PETS: We do allow pets at this property! We ask that guests bring their own pet beds, food and toys. All pets are allowed indoors but we ask that they not be allowed on the furniture or in the beds. Guests are responsible for damages and picking up any waste in the yard.

BEDROOM/ BATHROOM CONFIGURATION:
Please note all towels (Pool towels included), bathmats, and bed linen are provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided.

Bedroom 1 Master (Upstairs) - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Large connecting private ensuite, walk-in wardrobe, black out blinds and skylight. Additional couch and TV in the master bedroom for your entertainment and comfort.
ENSUITE: Large shower, toilet and double basin vanity.

Bedroom 2 (Downstairs) - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Connecting private ensuite, curtains, wall mounted TV and walk-in wardrobe.
ENSUITE: Shower, toilet, single basin vanity.

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs) - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Curtains, spacious wardrobe.

Bedroom 4 (Downstairs) - Double Bed bunk with single on top (Sleeps 3) Separate single bed (Sleeps 1) Spacious wardrobe.

Bathroom 1 (Downstairs): Includes bathtub, shower and single basin.

Powder room 1 (Downstairs): Toilet, connecting to the downstairs main bathroom.

Powder room 2 (Upstairs): Connecting to the study space, toilet and basin.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine and dryer in Laundry. Washing powder, drying rack, pegs, iron and ironing board provided. Washing in outside with easy access.

EQUIPTMENT: We have a toilet commode chair available, shower stool, ramp and grab rail in shower to assist any guest. If you have any questions, please enquire. No extra charge.

MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks. Please respect quiet times, parking guides and house rules. Fire and monoxide alarm present, with first aid kit and fire blankets.

Guests will have 24/7 response from their local host to assist with any questions they may have during their stay.

Located a 30 second walk to the Curlewis waterfront. This quiet neighborhood features two nearby children's parks, waterfront, walk aways and local shops.

Guests must be 25 years of age to book.
GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbours. Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for schoolies, hens or bucks parties. You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour. Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

Pet Friendly Properties: We ask you to be considerate of the property owner and employ good pet etiquette. BYO sleeping and feeding equipment, leaving the yard free of any animal waste, ensuring the pets stay outside unless prior arranged and always off furniture. Please note: A pet fee will apply for these stays.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited. Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying
