The open layout flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, where a large island with bar seating invites everyone to gather. Whether you're whipping up a meal or enjoying takeout, the kitchen offers all the essentials—including a dishwasher to make cleanup a breeze.

Just beyond the dining room, you’ll find a door leading to your own private backyard oasis. This outdoor space is truly the highlight of the home, featuring a heated pool, wood pellet grill/smoker, dining area, and lounge chairs. A basket of pool toys adds to the fun, creating the perfect vibe for spending sunny afternoons or laid-back evenings under the stars.

The primary bedroom on the first floor is a tranquil retreat, boasting a king canopy bed, a smart TV, and a cozy reading chair. Upstairs, you’ll find two more beautifully furnished bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed, plus a smart TV and a few workout weights to keep you moving. All beds are fitted with luxurious hotel linens for a restful night’s sleep.
A second living room upstairs, complete with another smart TV, provides even more space for guests to unwind. Three TVs throughout the home mean entertainment is never far away. The sleek bathrooms offer all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in convenient dispensers.

The in-unit laundry room, located on the first floor, provides extra storage and makes keeping up with laundry easy. Pets are welcome, and with free parking available in the driveway and on the street, getting around Austin is simple. Guests will have access to the entire home, the backyard, driveway, but not the garage.

Please note that while we strive to provide our guests with an enjoyable pool experience, the availability of the pool may be subject to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance, cleaning, or other issues beyond our control. We prioritize the safety and satisfaction of our guests, and sometimes this means the pool may not be accessible during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to ensure any impact on your stay is minimized.

If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with access information before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy entry.

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. We encourage our guests to review Texas and Austin’s travel guidelines and restrictions before making a reservation. We must work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone that enters our properties.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
