Beautiful custom golf course home with unobstructed views of the 4th hole fairway and is just down the street from Bear Mountain Ski Resort. Features many amenities including 2 pool tables, sunroom and jet tub. Located right on the golf course and within a short walking distance to the Bear Mountain, the newly renovated Moonridge Corridor, Alpine Zoo, and dining.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2,400+ sq ft home with a living room, pool table, smart TV, ceiling fans, bar seating, dining table, beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, balcony with amazing golf views, and private bath with double sinks, jet tub, and shower. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 queen/twin bunk beds and smart TV. Upstairs fourth bedroom has a twin bed with trundle. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Kitchen island, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Game room in the garage with pool table, foosball table, darts, board games, and card games. Second pool table on upper level. This home offers smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Large fully fenced backyard with gas barbecue and patio furniture.
