The main floor of the home features a large great room with your kitchen with island seating, breakfast nook overlooking the backyard and a large living room with comfy seating and TV. To one side is a light filled sunroom (the perfect space for a moment of quiet reflection away from everyone) and off of the kitchen is the formal dining room with seating for 8. Down the hall is the half bathroom, laundry room and side door leading out to the spacious outdoor shower. The main floor primary bedroom suite (Bedroom #1) features a king bed, large walk-in closet and a truly luxurious attached bathroom with a great shower and dual vanities.

The second floor of the home features a foyer with a seating area for that afternoon downtime with a book plus three additional bedrooms. Bedroom #2 has a king bed with a private en-suite full bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a king bed and Bedroom #4 has 2 twin beds. Another full bathroom in the hallway completes the floor.

All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $150-$250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
