☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This gorgeous property accommodates 8 guests across 4 bedrooms with an ability to sleep multiple infants (and pets of course).

1. Primary Bedroom - A sweeping primary suite with a massive king bed to spread out and relax. You'll have a private ensuite bathroom and ample storage for clothing and other goods that you collect on your trip.

2. The Kids Wing - You can lock-in parent of the year award when you book this property. This fully customised and oversized bedroom includes 2x bunk beds to sleep 4 guests, a TV, couch and Nintendo Switch (with plenty of games).

3. Garden View Suite - This bedroom overlooks the beautiful front garden and firepit area. Customise this room to suit your needs with either a 1x king bed or 2x long singles. Garden View also has a work from home space with a desk, chair, keyboard and laptop stand.

4. Guest Suite - The fourth of the bedrooms available for guests at the property. This bedroom is located adjacent to the second bathroom and has easy-access to the living spaces. Customise this room to suit your needs with either a 1x king bed or 2x long singles.

Guest will have access to 2 full bathrooms with showers during their stay. There is also an extra half bathroom (toilet) separate from the full bathrooms. Please note that there are not baths at the property.


☆☆ KITCHEN / LIVING / DINING ☆☆

The villa has a massive open-plan living and dining space towards the rear which looks out to the breathtaking outdoor space. The living area has a smart TV with access to all your favourite apps (wifi included), along with plenty of room to seat the whole crew. There is also an adjacent sitting area with chairs perfect for a morning coffee & chat.

The kitchen is in the centre of the area, meaning whoever is preparing meals (or platters for afternoon drinks) will never be left out of the conversation! There is also ample dining seating options for all guest between the dining tables and stools in the kitchen.

The spacious outdoor area consists of a large cabana style sitting area and a tranquil private pool. Pool fencing offers a barrier between the villa and the pool to ensure protection for the little ones at all times.

The cabana area includes:

- Outdoor Chairs (overlooking the pool)

Ambient garden lights can be found throughout the garden, making this a magical space to unwind as the sun goes down.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property for 100% private use during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Getting In:
Accessing the property is a breeze using our smart lock entry. All guests receive their unique access code the night prior to arrival with all the details you need – ensuring a low stress check-in experience.

Car Parking:
Guests will have access to one (1) garaged carpark at the property as part of their booking. We recommend that all extra vehicles are parked in free parking to the side of the property or at the Palm Cove Tavern which is a short (50m) walk from the property - also FREE.

Food / Drinks / ATM:
Palm Cove Tavern is situated across the road and is great for a simple meal or cold drink at any time during your stay. The tavern is home to the only bottle shop in Palm Cove. There is also an ATM located here if you require access to cash during your stay.

NuNu’s Restaurant & Chill at Portifino are also great for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Both are under 2 minutes walk away from the villa.

Groceries:
Upon arrival at the property, you can purchase basic groceries from Cafe Vievers which is just 1min walk. If you plan on doing a bigger shop, we recommend stopping at Coles in Clifton Beach (just 5 minutes drive). Coles offers delivery to your door is you’re seeking ultimate convenience! Additionally, we can assist with your grocery shopping requirements prior to check-in should you wish.

Tours & Attractions:

Interaction with Guests:
There will be no interaction between the host and guests during the stay. However, we have 24/7 support and in-person call outs to the property as and when needed.
